I had to make a short notice reservation on the same day due to a delayed flight, and the staff was very understanding, supportive and ready with a huge room, very clean, nice design and very comfortable bed The breakfast was a little lacking

• JOHN (10/5): - The staff was really attentive. If you like walking this is a great option. It is not far from Plaza Bolívar. There is a mall across the street.
• Reynaldo (9/5): A comfortable stay that exceeded expectations. - It's a relatively new building, and so all the facilities were new. The room, a Jr. suite, was large and spacious. Although located in the city center, ambient noise in the room was low, owing to design features. The staff was superb and the service great. Although there is no on-site parking, the hotel has an arrangement with a parking garage located a block away. Overall, it was a great value.

• Dinesh (8/5): - The property is nice & well kept. Breakfast was not good at all. It was served cold & not appetizing. I booked 2 rooms with triple beds in each for 5. They insisted for paying for a 6th who was a child who happened to join us. Charged extra for the 6th person.

• Nile (1/5): horrible - nothing it was absolutely horrible! we booked for 5 days left after two because air conditioning was broken! they had nerve to say they took off the air emoji on Booking app and that’s why it was ok that they had no air. it was over 100 that week and they refused to give any credit
