Desde restaurante, hasta las actividades acuáticas, servicio de masaje e incluso transporte por el lago hasta el pueblito de Guatape. Literalmente Todo disponible en el mismo hotel. Además de el jacuzzi que a pesar de estar frío el clima, lo pudimos disfrutar incluso de noche. VOLVERÉ! Gracias a Daniel que fue tan amable Amamos TODO!

Karina (5/5): Nice place but won’t be booking again - The property is located in a nice area of the lake the rooms are elegant and spacious. They offer breakfast and is amazing also the place has a restaurant where also the food is amazing and the staff is very attentive and friendly Only two things I didn’t like first the access to this place is not a nice road is a very tight road were if a car is going up the car going down must stop or back up. Scary in a way and in darkness is even more scary cause the road is made only for one vehicle going up or down. Secondly the wifi when I stayed I don’t know if it was a faulty wifi modem but at midnight no wifi connection in any area of the place.

Daniela (10/5): Top - Las instalaciones son simplemente espectaculares. El lugar tiene una vista maravillosa que te transmite una paz increíble, perfecta para desconectarse y disfrutar del entorno. La atención es 100/10; todo el staff está siempre dispuesto a ayudarte y hacer que tu estadía sea perfecta. El restaurante es buenísimo y los cócteles son aún mejores, definitivamente un plus que hace la experiencia completa. Sin duda, un lugar para volver. Como punto a considerar, el hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado, pero en nuestro caso dejamos abierta la ventana de atrás y fue más que suficiente, ya que la temperatura es bastante agradable.

Fletcher (6/5): Most of the restaurant servers and bartenders were exceptional, very nice, accommodating, and hard working. However, the - It had a beautiful view and offered activities. There were water leaks under the sink that puddled the floor. My parents stayed in the Presidential Suite and had a major water leak from the roof every single night it rained, to the point that the ceiling was caving in and water reached their bed. Alot of the functions in the room didn’t work, lighting was horrible and the mirror lights did not work. There was also a power outage that caused people to be stuck on their floors, with the only emergency exit accessible through my parent’s room, so there were strangers being allowed to walk through the room while my parents were away. They also refused to turn on the generator because they “had to wait 40 minutes to see if the power came back on its own”. The hotel did not offer any compensation for the leak in the rooms, which occurred every night during the 5 night stay, until the end when they only offered 10% off the consumptions at the hotel plus taking away the gratuity that was supposed to go to their hard working staff.

Angie (5/5): NOT A RESORT!! SUPER NOISY! - The service was genuinely good — the staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Their hospitality really stood out and made a difference in the overall experience The place doesn’t really have the facilities or environment to be called a resort. The music in the restaurant is extremely loud throughout the entire day, which makes it hard to relax or enjoy a quiet meal. The noise at night is also quite ridiculous — this is clearly not a place to rest or unwind. This is not just my impression: noise seems to be a common complaint raised by many visitors, and although management appears to be aware and willing to fix it, it still impacts the overall experience significantly. Additionally, the route to get to the property is in poor condition. This is not flagged to visitors in advance, and it would have been helpful to know before arriving.

El 21/08 fue el cumpleaños de mi esposa y contraté el servicio de declaración en la habitación (quedó muy bonito), pero me hubiera gustado un pequeño presente de parte del hotel. (Algo así como un pedazo de torta y que le canten por su cumpleaños)

La comida excelente, aunque podrían incluir más opciones light en el menú. En realidad todo me gustó. Pero podrían tener opciones para el transporte hacia y desde el Hotel, ya que siempre son como 20 o 30 minutos desde el Peñol y la carretera tiene partes destapadas y regulares. El menú se podría variar más, para una instancia más larga, así no tocaría repetir platos. En las noches también podrían tener la opción de shows en vivo u otras actividades, un gimnasio básico, sería super ya que se permanece todo el tiempo en el Hotel.

Mario (7/5): Podrían ser excelentes si se lo proponen. - La vista es tal vez de las mejores que existe sobre el lago. La comida es deliciosa y la atención de los meseros es muy buena. Tomás estuvo pendiente de todo lo relacionado con la atención sobre el accidente. La vía de acceso al hotel está en malas condiciones, pero es entendible dada la ubicación estratégica del hotel y su vista y acceso al lago. Adicionalmente, el mantenimiento de las zonas húmedas no fue apropiado y se generó un accidente con quemaduras químicas a mis acompañantes en uno de los jacuzzis del hotel. Exceso de cloro y poca atención del personal asignado al mantenimiento. Tiene potencial para ser más exclusivo de lo que en realidad es.
Numael (7/5): - Las instalaciones y el servicio del personal fue muy bueno, la comida nos gustó mucho Tuvimos inconvenientes en el jacuzzi y por un mal manejo de las zonas húmedas presentamos quemaduras químicas en la espalda y piernas, diagnosticadas por el médico que nos brindó el hotel.
