- Carson (4/5): - We had a two-week stay and purchased the breakfast included option after seeing the breakfast buffet in the pictures and people commenting about it the reviews. We even called to confirm the reservation and no one mentioned that their cafeteria is under renovation. Breakfast turned out to be room service, which sounded great except not. In the two weeks we were there, there were only 3 rotating options with each day having a predetermined option by the hotel, and the meals are about palm size. We voiced our concerns regarding why we booked the breakfast buffet and this hotel, but management wouldn’t agree to either a refund for no breakfast or providing additional foods. Needless to say, we were all sick and tired of the 3 options after 2 weeks and had to spend additional to get real breakfast foods. We would not be coming back again. The bathroom shower was also horrible—the water would never drain and there’s constantly about an inch of water sitting in the shower.

- LIM (8/5): F - We reached the hotel it about eight plus early in the morning ,the hotel check in time is 3 pm ,we got no choice so we leave our language at the hotel and we went some where else , few hours later we feel like very tired so we decided to get back to the hotel see they allow us to check in early not , unfortunately the room is not ready yet , we have no choice so we took a rested at the sofa , quite a long waiting time , finally we get our room , The room is clean and big enough for us , but there is a bit problem is there don't provided any tooth brush and toothpaste , the house keeping is not so standard they sometime never top up the tea bag and coffee, other then that is ok to stay this hotel

As they don't have breakfast on location, it was ordered in, delivered on time and left nothing to be desired. The room was clean and spacious.

- Mark (8/5): Taipei - I was not sure if they changed the sheets daily or only when requested. So I asked them to and they complied. They offered a daily breakfast for the guests. The staff is friendly and complies with most requests. Several of the staff were English speaking which helped. My room had a bidet which was a good feature. I could not adjust my rooms temperature and make it warmer. I was told it was preset I could only turn it off which I did. The temperature was 20 C in the room. The hotel was within walking distance of train stations and near a McDonalds and 2 seven elevens.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 遭透了…. - 整體住宿體驗糟透了👎 唯一給的兩顆星是給清潔打掃的人員 以及離華山和善導寺捷運站近…. 停車是機械式電梯型的窄停車空間，不僅沒有人員指揮，到達現場撥打電話還要我們自己處理，停車空間狹窄到不行，基本上只要是比較稍微長型或者休旅車真的不建議來這裡，辦理入住時櫃檯完全沒人，站在那裡等了10分鐘人才出現，電梯非常老舊，完全沒有翻新整理，從民國88年使用到現在….雖然有檢驗使用合格證書還沒過期，但外觀老舊到不行，房間內部看起來有重新翻修過，但雙人床卻是兩張單人合併，中間那有空襲，即使使用兩張單人合併成的加大雙人應該也要鋪厚一點的墊子，不應該讓兩張床中間有空隙，連續入住兩天櫃檯卻告知僅會提供一次礦泉水及泡澡碇備品….如果入住一天提供一次為講求環保我還能理解，但試問我入住兩天付兩天的費用，完全沒有減少其他費用，這些只提供一次也太過分了吧？！早餐餐點非常爛，不是自助式餐點，而是只會提供飯店限定一人份餐點，例如漢堡一個或三明治一個….提供自助的東西只有咖啡、牛奶、柳橙汁、吐司和一點都不新鮮的生菜….單人份餐點完全不能依房客需求調整….若有吃素食或者提供的東西不能吃也不能調整，而且當天要等他們送餐之後才知道是什麼餐點，基本上這樣跟浪費食物沒兩樣….因為兩天住宿下來提供的東西沒什麼差異….就是吐司麵包換成漢堡麵包、火腿換成組合漢堡肉、荷包蛋換成炒蛋…..這樣還要額外加價才有的餐點真的不合格….我寧可去超商買都比他提供的好吃….

If you want to check in after 12 you need to pay 1500 NTD extra. - we asked for a quiet room and received a room next to the escalator and the storage room for the cleaning staff. They talked before our room and made loud noises every morning. - the wardrobe was very old and broken. - the room and especially the bathroom are smelly Ultimately it was to expensive for that service.
