It has everything that is needed. Unfortunately the building looks a bit run down, however the apartment is fully renewed and very modern.

• Arieh (4/5): - L'appartement est bien conçu, moderne et propre. L'emplacement est central, vers Syntagma. L'environnement de l'immeuble n'est pas forcément adapté aux familles. Le bruit est notable, les fenêtres sont mal isolées. Attention :tous les appartements proposés n'ont pas accès piscin3. L'appartement pour 4 personnes ne l'avait pas par exemple. Nous l'avons signalé, rien ne nous a été proposé.
• Lam (9/5): Great stay and convenient - Location, location, location. The apartment is really in the heart of Athens. If your plan is to go to acropolis or the museum, this is a great spot to stay. It's also very convenient. There's a train station a few minutes from apartment and there are a number of restaurants nearby. Also, the host is really fast at responding to messages and accommodating. The apartment actually looks quite modern and stylish btw. As others mention, there may be music from nearby bars at night time so as long as you're aware, it's good. Also, there's people drilling at the building nearby around 7a in the morning so that was my alarm. One thing I wish though was to be given instructions on opening the sofa bed. The ones I had usually involved pulling the seats part out and extended it as a full bed, but the sofa bed at the apartment involves pulling the bottommost layer out and uses the cushion to fill in the gaps.

• Elsa (10/5): - Our stay in Athens was absolutely lovely! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for the three of us. The location couldn’t have been better, easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. While there’s no balcony or outdoor space (the listing photos are a mix of all the apartments, and we had the superior one-bedroom), the interior more than makes up for it. The host was incredibly responsive, and his detailed instructions with photos were a huge help. The outside of the building is typical and doesn’t stand out—but then you open the door to apartment wow!—you’re completely blown away by how gorgeous and modern it is inside. Highly recommend! Nothing- all was wonderful.

L'appartamento è veramente grazioso, dotato di ogni comfort e soprattutto nuovo anche se l'esterno del palazzo non gli rende giustizia. Infine la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario Ioannis sempre attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra piccola richiesta dal cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, al riordino della stanza, alla custodia dei bagagli anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza. Recommended - The location of the apartment is absolutely great, located in the heart of lively Athens, everything is a short walk away and a metro station nearby too. The apartment is tidy and clean, with a kitchenette that has everything you need. Big windows with plenty and lovely daylight. The host is responsive and helped with everything we needed. A mid-stay cleanup would be nice during longer stays. We didn’t ask but I think if we asked they would have helped.

• Richard (10/5): - Our first trip to Athens and we didn’t know anything about the area. Our room was amazing with a view of the Parthenon from our hot tub! The building is right in the middle of the city about a block from the Athens Flea market and easy walking distance to everything that you would want to see. Wonderful restaurants everywhere and close by. The host was super friendly, welcoming and responsive on WhatsApp. Very easy to find the place and we were treated like royalty. We loved staying and didn’t want to leave!
• Horn (8/5): Satisfied - Location, cleanliness, and communication with the host was simple and easy. We walked to all of the sites and the Metro was a 5 minute walk. The bed, unfortunately, it was very hard and uncomfortable.
