- Sergio (6/5): Bien: calidad por precio, es justo. - Me gustó que cuando fuimos no estaba muy lleno y la playa es bastante reservada. Las habitaciones estaban bien. El desayuno estaba ok. Las instalaciones son pequeñas, para tener puesto en la playa teníamos que madrugar, si hubiese estado mas lleno podría haber sido muy incomodo. Hay cocina y restaurante pero no brindan room service.

- Isabella (7/5): Great facilities, service needs improvement - We loved the pool and beach club area. Also the room was very comfortable as it included a kitchen and made things easier for us. The staff, although friendly, could use some hospitality training for this type of hotel. They were kind but often lack awareness of the service expected. For example, we were asked to go fetch our own chairs from a pile of chairs for the beach, we asked for a couple of wine glasses for the room and they asked us to go downstairs to pick it up. Small things like that could really improve the service.

The hotel is the closest to the airport, which is convenient because the airport is even accessible on foot; however, the noise from the airplanes was the main discouragement. For roughly the same price, you could book something less close to the airport. If I had known that, I would have chosen another option.

- Gustavo Lopez Igua (8/5): Terminó medio pero genial - Excelentes instalaciones aunque para ser relativamente nuevo el hotel les falta abrir más zonas que están pendientes al disfrute de los huéspedes... Pero todo el hotel maravilloso y en especial la zona de la playa con la piscina, de resort La zona de comedor... Existen dos pero una al lado del lobby es muy pequeña para la atención de la demanda que manejan. La segunda en el exterior al lado de la piscina... Cuando calienta mucho el sol es imposible no intentar acomodarse... Inclusive vimos algunos residentes que cambiaban mesas de lugar por lo fuerte que entraba el sol. Por otra parte en relación a las fotos de Booking no todos los apartamentos son como las fotos... Nos dieron uno mas pequeño y con vista directamente al aeropuerto y no al mar... Solicité un posible cambio por motivo de cumpleaños de mi esposa y me comentaron que no podían porque según el valor que pagué no estaban permitidos los cambios y que estaban al full en el hotel y eso no lo específican en la oferta de habitaciones al hacer la reserva.

There are scorpions and snakes on the property. The airplane noise is audible every half hour. Half the things listed on Booking.com aren't available. There's pottery and clothing in Papisina. The people at the front desk don't speak English. It's just a glorified hostel. Also, my wedding was supposed to be there, but they canceled it the night before, and when we wanted to leave early, they refused to refund our reservation money. noboby wanna answer and be responsable for this

- Yined Carolina (5/5): Esperaba más del hotel - La habitación con lavadora secadora, la plancha a vapor, la cocina equipada, la iluminación de la habitación El balcón No tiene gimnasio El buffet del desayuno me pareció limitado, no había mucha variedad y tiene oportunidad la calidad de la comida. Hay zonas que deben cuidar mejor o arreglarlas Closet muy pequeño o era incómodo con la caja fuerte en la mitad.

La comida del Hotel rica y tuvimos un matrimonio en el hotel y quedarnos ahi fue perfecto. Las habitaciones comodas con buen espacio. Desayuno incluido tipo buffet. Se siente un poco de bulla de los aviones que están al lado por el aeropuerto pero en el cuarto no se escuchaban.

Destacamos también la amabilidad del personal, quienes nos atendieron de la mejor forma posible y hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia muy agradable. En algunas situaciones se percibe preferencia hacia propietarios de apartamentos, lo que puede afectar los intereses y derechos de los huéspedes del hotel.
- Luz (7/5): El resto de oferta hotelera en Santa Martha supera al Whyndam - Las instalaciones nuevas! El horario del servicio de piscina desde las 9am no considera las necesidades de clientes que no la usamos mas si los asoleadores, a pesar de la intervención del gerente operativo el gerente de la piscina no permitió a las 8am usar el asoleador y solo están ubicados en la piscina así que toco tomar el sol de Pie. El cuarto tiene un nido de zancudos al estar en el primer piso e ingresan por el aire acondicionado asi que no se duerme bien. No hay insonorización en los cuartos asi que el ruido de los aviones al estar cerca del aeropuerto es muy incomodo.
