• Jenilyn (5/5): A place to rest - Its location, the staff are very helpful. The way they build the property. The stairs are in between east and west feels like you are crossing a river dragging your luggage into it. Safety of the guest is the most important thing, wrong step could go into accident.

• Irene (4/5): Reiser ikke tilbake her dessverre. - Sentralt, med kort vei til ulike kollektiv tilbud. Mye uroligheter på utsiden av hotellet på kveld og nattestid. Byens hjemløse kranglet, lagde uro rett på utsiden av hotellrommet vårt som lå i 1 etg. Følte oss uttrygg. Kunne heller ikke åpne vindu på grunn av alt bråket. I tillegg ble det røykt diverse hasj ++. Ingen vakthold i gaten.

• Bianca (3/5): The only positive was the location. - Good location. Shower did not drain - when we notified management we were met with rudeness by the manager and were told they have not received any other complaints from this room. The maintenance guy attempted to fix it, however was unsuccessful. They eventually moved us to another room, but the manager made a smart ass comment stating “since the bathroom is so important to you, this room has a bigger one”. They refused to refund our first night, stating it “wasn’t fair on the hotel” but ended up refunding half the night. The room we ended up staying in was small, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable (woke up with a headache 3/4 of the nights). We aren’t usually ones to complain, however we won’t be staying here again.

• Karolina (3/5): Great staff, had to change rooms 4 times which wasted our time due to faults eg ants that where out of our control and s - Very helpful staff and very close to Paddington station Unfortunately first room given that was 30 minutes after check in time was unclean, we got asked to wait which took too long so we asked to move rooms, next morning there was an ant infestation in the room so we have had to move again. In the morning we got told we had to move rooms again which made us waste a lot of time and the room was not ready. We then had to come back to move room again. We came back to the hotel around 1am after a concert and our room code would not work so had to go get that fix. Unfortunately changing room and re packing 4-5 times have made us waste a lot of time very disappointed

Everything was at arms length.. it is similar to a cell in a police hold up station only it has a more comfortable bed with a TV It is too small you can hardly swing a cat in it. I failed claustrophobic and I couldn't imagine how could that be this expensive for what could have been the size of a grave

• Emma (8/5): Prisvärt och välstädat! - Välstädat och rymligt familjerum där vi hade allt vi behövde inklusive liten kyl och safety box. Vi bodde på ground floor och var helt ostörda förutom ljudet tågen som går under hotellet, men vi tyckte alla att det bara var mysigt white noise att sova till. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal! Vi hade uppskattat städning av badrummet och byte av lakan minst en gång under de fyra nätter vi stannade.

• Natalia (8/5): Comfortable bed - I missed breakfast but apart from that very comfortable It was ok
• Jeremaine (8/5): Centrale ligging in een relatief rustige buurt. - Het hotel ligt dichtbij Paddingstone Station en hiermee centraal naar alle uithoeken van de stad. De ligging van het hotel is prettig in een autoluwe straat en in de nabijheid zijn diverse winkels en horeca te vinden. Het geluid van de metro welke onder het hotel doorloopt is in het pand heel goed hoorbaar, echter heb ik mij daar niet aan gestoord, maar dit is uiteraard persoonlijk. Tijdens de nacht tot ca 5.30 AM rijdt de metro hier doorgaans niet, dan is het stil. Wij verbleven in deluxe kamer 113, hier moet je middels een trap vanuit de kamer naar de badkamer welke een niveau lager ligt, voor ons geen probleem, maar wellicht voor ouderen of mensen met een beperking kan dit lastiger zijn.

Voglio ringraziare il personale della reception perché è stato verame - La posizione tranquilla in cui si trova e il personale sempre disponibile in qualsiasi ora. Il personale delle pulizie aveva dimenticato il clima accesso, e la stanza è diventata freddissima! In una città come Londra diciamo che non è l’ideale.

Sauber ist relativ - Bettlaken waren schmutzig, es war staubig und die Spinnen hingen an der Decke. Das Licht war nicht auszuschalten, nur wenn man die Karte rausgenommen hatte, d.h. wenn jemand nachts ins Bad musste konnte man das Licht nur einschalten indem man das gesamte Zimmer hell erleuchtet hatte. Zudem schloss die Badtür nicht richtig und es gab keinen Abzug im Bad.

• Alannah (4/5): Below expectations - Location was great handy to get anywhere in London! Nice area too with lots around. Room had a fridge which was nice and cleaning staff came and did the bed daily. Bed was comfy. Overall did not meet expectations. Room was tiny and bed was pushed up against window to the point you could barely open and close the curtains. This also meant that you were touching off the curtains whilst sleeping which felt unsanitary. There was also a massive draught from the window which could make the room chilly. The noise/shaking of the room from the tube was also a bit inconvenient. Majority of staff were not very warm or welcoming. Mostly coming off as disinterested and like they didn’t want to be there.

• jade (6/5): Location Location Location - The location is fantastic if travelling by train. There is a lift to all floors which is a bonus for the area. Staying on the basement floor level the noise from the underground is awful it shook the room everytime they passed. The bathroom was ok but I didnt like the fact you could see into and out of the bathroom with the door closed because of the massive gap in the door frame (or lack thereof) you are definitely paying for the location above all else.

• Fish E (10/5): Excellent hotel close to Paddington station. - The location is ideal. The staff are really helpful. It is very good value. You can feel vibrations from the train, but they make it clear beforehand, so cannot complain.

• Desteny (6/5): - The location was very convenient, being just a short walk from Paddington Station, and the 24-hour front desk service was definitely a plus. The lack of WiFi was disappointing, and the rooms being located directly above the Tube made it difficult to relax, as the room vibrated until a little past midnight each night. There were also ants in the bathroom, and the only bathroom outlet available was for a shaver, which was inconvenient. Overall, the room size felt very small for the price.

• Annateresa (10/5): Weekend lungo perfetto - Struttura situata nei pressi della stazione Paddington, perfetta per muoversi con facilità e raggiungere tutte le cose da vedere a Londra. La camera era perfetta, pulita e comoda anche se avevano la finestra al piano terra e abbiamo dovuto tenere le tende sempre chiuse. È vero che si sente la metropolitana, ma per quanto siamo stati in camera sarebbe ridicolo considerarlo un malus per la struttura. Letti comodi e rifatti ogni giorno. Personale super accogliente e disponibile, ci hanno offerto bottiglia di vetro con acqua free refill continuo e soprattutto tengono i bagagli dopo il check out senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Lo consiglio a chiunque debba passare qualche giorno a londra!

Lovely building and spacious room for a quick in and out trip. The hotel itself looks lovely upon first glance but our room had many faults. - The paint was coming off by the sink. - There were flys on the window. - The bathroom door hinges were very squeaky/loud and had begun to rust. - The carpet was very dirty or looked stained. It looked as though it had been hoovered which is great, but it definitely needs a good clean. - Dust around the room - Sink had a few stains on it and hairs prior to our entry. - The one of the lights on the mirror was not working.

• DONATELLA (6/5): Hotel in una posizione comoda, ma non da 4 stelle sicuramente - La posizione Camera davvero tanto piccola in due nono ci si muove nemmeno. Acqua della doccia bollente o fredda, non si riesce a regolare.
