- Kenneth (2/5): - Do not stay here!!! I spent half of my two week vacation without hot water. It is great to have a jacuzzi, unless it is full of cold water. The property manager quit responding to my messages when I asked for a partial refund and I was sent automatic message responses with numbers to call which did not work. The property looks great, but works terribly, and the customer service was the worst I have experienced in Medellin so far - and that says a lot. Again, i repeat, stay literally anywhere else.
