Breakfast was pretty good. Aircon didn’t seem to be able to be controlled and blew cold air over the bed all night leaving us with sore throat so would not stay again. Also, the gym was not very well looked after at all with weights everywhere and the weight equipment not maintained, also one day we went in there and it was unbearably, hot quite ridiculous really

- Bella (10/5): Beautiful gem in Medellín - This property is great, safe and clean. The staff is wonderful and always makes sure guests are comfortable. This is my second time in Medellín and have chosen to stay at Faranda both times and they did not disappoint. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean. The views are incredible and the rooftop bar area is very relaxing! 100/10 would recommend, you will not regret staying here. N/A

No querían esperar al día siguiente porque su caja lo les iba a cuadrar y prefirieron incomodar al cliente.

A localização engana, ele fica no bairro Poblado, mas na verdade longe das áreas de comércio e restaurantes. Pela própria natureza das ruas de Medellin, o hotel é bem pouco acessível a pé e qualquer coisa tem de ser feita de carro. teoricamente está na bairro de andar, mas na verdade é isolado... Tivemos também um problema no banheiro e foi bem demorado e chato para resolverem.

No se respetó el valor contratado a través de Booking, ya que me cobraron un monto más alto al acordado originalmente. Por el hecho de ser extranjero se realizaron cobros adicionales indebidos. Debía cobrarse únicamente el valor contratado a través de Booking; sin embargo, se me cobró un monto considerablemente mayor. El establecimiento indicó que estos cobros adicionales corresponden al banco, lo cual no es cierto. Inicialmente se mencionó un valor de garantía, el cual nunca no fue reversado. Posteriormente, se intentó justificar el cobro indicando que fue el banco quien lo realizó en su nombre, lo cual no corresponde a la realidad.

- Mandy (9/5): Heerlijke kamer in een mooi modern hotel - Fijne locatie, mooie kamers met fijne bedden en heel leuk en vriendelijk personeel. Onze kamer had een connecting door en dit was heel erg gehorig. We konden letterlijk alles van onze buurman horen waardoor we soms wakker van hem werden. En vooral in de avond had de douche bijna geen waterdruk en was het niet erg warm. Bij een eerder verblijf 1,5 jaar geleden was de douche juist geweldig.

I loved the accommodations but the staff Felipe and Jesus even more they took time out to answer any questions and tell us about all the amenities/surrounding activities with a smile they went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed on our short lived stay but first trip to Medellin.

Fica em rua distante de lojas, o que dificulta muito pra quem gosta de caminhar próximo ao hotel. Para tudo é preciso táxi. O quarto é muito pequeno para famílias com filhos, com pouco espaço para malas e bancada de banheiro muito pequena. O café da manhã é muito regional, com poucas opções para pessoas de outros países. É preciso uma revisão no cardápio para dar mais opções a hóspedes estrangeiros. Por tudo isso, o custo-beneficio não é muito favorável.
