However room house keeping is poorly maintained, dust is everywhere when moved in, bedsheet and towels have clean stains, spider nets surrounding lamps. After requesting for deep clean, owner provided cleaning to only the area i pointed out and the other areas were still left out unclean. Will not stay here again.

• Shahzad (4/5): - Le propriétaire nous a déconseillé de venir via la plateforme en ligne avant même que le voyage ne commence. C'était assez déplacé comme réaction de la part du contact qui gère le bien. Et assez incompréhensible. Surtout que je ne peux annuler un voyage comme ça que j'ai réservé 5 mois avant. On a avoir demandé seulement si c'était possible d'avoir un lit séparé au lieu de jumeaux. Ça a généré un stress supplémentaire pour rien. Le nettoyage était assez pauvre, il faut faire la demande a chaque fois, certes, mais l'évier était bouché tout le long du séjour. Le reste était ok c'est dommage mais le service et le premier contact a un peu tout gâché.

• Veronica (8/5): - Opus residences are an amazing complex with 2 swimming pools, mini golf, gym, rock climbing, supermarket, jacuzzi…but in a 3 night stay we had no housekeeping in our apartment at all (despite contracted), we had 2 towels for a 3 person apartment that were never replaced in 3 days. Find accommodation in Opus residences but with a better management company.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Family trip - The apartment and pools were nice. However furniture was the lowest quality they could find, everything felt unstable and as if it would break by using it. Barely had any equipment in the kitchen, a worn out small pot, nothing else to use on the stove. Had to request a chair for the minimal half broken desk. And communication with the staff was bad, often questions were not answered. And sometimes it was unclear. It was difficult to get cleaning, and when requesting new sheets we didn't get new of everything. Towels and sheets also sometimes had stains. Overall... Nice apartment, bad furniture, bad communication. Strange to fill the apartment will low quality and half broken stuff, when the apartment itself was great.

• Anonymous (6/5): Decent, old property. I would give it an equivalent of a x2 to 3 stars hotel ratings. - The view that faces Stadium Merdeka, the swimming pool my kids loved it. Noisy from the road especially traffic noises, early in the morning around 1-2am, i had several sleepless night. the surroundings are dark and scary, no good restaurants around. In terms of convenience is pretty bad. In terms of the property location to well known areas like mid valley or KLCC , it is closer by Grab, but not walking. Rooms are starting become run down, peeled wall paper, molding, property doesn’t look like the photos shown on website.

• Paula (5/5): Disappointing. It was loud, smelly and we couldn’t relax - Close to the city area. Pool areas were great and good view of twin towers. The room we were given was nothing like the pictures - window in bathroom broken, TV didn’t work. Toilet was leaking and bathroom stank. Bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable we actually checked out early. It’s located on a busy motorway so noisy as well.

Good air-conditioning in apartment. Nice to have the option to use kitchen and washing machine. Apartment could have been cleaner. Sheets were washed, but quite stained. We weren't given enough towels for six people, and were only given two rolls of toilet paper (one per bathroom) for six people for four nights - the apartment manager brought more supplies when requested, but it was very delayed. Washing machine is unbalanced and needed to be held down during spin cycle otherwise it moved and pulled power cable out. Two key cards would have been helpful for six people in apartment.

• Jeff (9/5): Superb - The unit was a 3 min walk to the monorail. The rooftop infinity pool was great. Unit was modern and comfortable. The surrounding area is basically a construction site. One night there was noise coming from the Merdeka tower well after midnight. The neighbourhood was rather rundown though I figure once the skyscraper is finished the area will hopefully be a lot nicer.

• Joanarantes (1/5): the worst exprience of our holidays - the building is amazing, and after the problem we had with this flat, we booked another one in the same building, the EUcation Home - Opus Residence We booked a 3 bedroom for two nights for 3 couples at this homestay. We had to do our check-in late, and when we got there around midnight the gave us a two-bedroom apartment with a bed in the living room. These were not the conditions we had expected nor the privacy we hoped for everyone. When we talked with the managers, we explained and showed the details of our booking in the platform and explained why that was not our flat... They told us that they could do nothing because they were full... But if we wanted we could live and they would refund the money. We ended up deciding to stay for the night, due to being already past midnight. Unfortunately, the stay was not good... We found ants in our beds, the towels were dirty with stains, and the apartment was fit for only five people... It only had 5 chairs, 5 forks, 5 knives and 5 plates. In the morning we proceed to told them we would move out and they agreed to do the refund. Long story short, they did not do the refund and when we complained to Booking they stated " we only work as an intermediate and therefore there's nothing we can do" It's sad that booking after know this problem and afer we showed that this was serius after went to the police to complaint of this scam, booking did nothing, even after knowing that this place had complaints before.
