El desayuno muy completo y las habitaciones limpias y con camas cómodas. El precio es algo elevado pero acorde a lo que se oferta en una ciudad como Londres.

- Mike (7/5): Decent enough, not too far from underground - Friendly welcome! Room was in the basement next to the lift, quite noisy, no window so a bit claustrophobic. Access when walking down a cobbled street, with two large cases a bit of a rough ride

The eggs were not freshly cooked eggs and the meats were sub par but the croissants and everything else were good. It’s not close to most attractions but is a bus ride away.

- Stéphanie (7/5): Très belles prestations mais les chambres les moins chères sont en sous-sol sans fenêtre. - Tout est assez neuf et très propre Les chambres sans fenêtre au deuxième sous-sol ça peut être angoissant quand même. La hauteur sous plafond est assez grande, c’est relativement spacieux et très bien éclairé mais il manque l’air frais d’une fenêtre.

They were incredibly friendly, polite, and so helpful, they really went above and beyond to meet all our needs. The location is fantastic, and the hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. - César (9/5): Un buen Hotel para hacer turismo en Londres - Me gustó porque tenía un buen desayuno para hacer un Hotel en Londres, el personal muy amable estaba todo realmente impecable de limpio. La habitación, un poco pequeña, pero suficiente. No me gustó que no se pueden abrir las ventanas para que entre un poco de aire puro del exterior.

They also were very helpful as we needed to store luggage before and after our stay, which the front desk team accommodated. We had no problems at all. The stay was pleasant and great value for money.

Une chambre en sous sol avec un puit de lumière, au calme, mais ultra sombre et sans possibilité d’aérer (cela sentait fort le parfum de l’ancien client, très désagréable). Le petit dej basique.

- Ramon (9/5): Made me rethink defaulting to Airbnb - The staff have been very polite and always helpful, the room is nice and has everything we'd need/want, and whenever my wife has had a question about the local area the staff have been able to provide great information. We'd definitely book here again. Sidenote: if looking for a good burger in the area, we'd recommend Meat-Up. 1 thing I would change is I wish the HDMI on their TV wasn't such a pain to access. We like to watch our programs on a bigger screen than my iPad when possible.

- Jennifer (7/5): Old street - It was not to bad. A bit of confusion regarding Hilton Honours and a certificate for 2 nights free stay. The receptionist tried her best to get this sorted but was unsuccessful but she tried. I liked the area also good location. Narrow room not a lot of space around bed and not great breakfast but edible. No hash browns.
