• Pamela (7/5): Beautiful property, pricey - The hotel is architecturally stunning, the decor is beautiful and it instantly invites you into a luxurious world. You feel like you're staying in a chic private home in one of the best locations in London. The linens and other room equipment were all very good and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant Costes is very good, the bar is great too. Our room was tiny, to the point where we couldn't open our big suitcase (luckily we had our things in the carry on). It's not just the small sq ft problem, but rather the distribution of the space. I do think that that room shouldn't be part of the offering or it should be heavily discounted. So when booking would definitely triple check room type and floor plan since the price is steep. Some of the staff weren't very inviting or helpful, but the rest were super nice.

• Tatiana (4/5): Never again - Design and decor. I booked a room in advance, but when I arrived, I found out it had a broken conditioner. It was sweltering hot and stuffy in the room. The manager showed me how to turn on the air conditioner saying nothing about the malfunction, but it didn’t make a difference. A few hours later, it was still as bad. The staff assured me they’d fix it soon, but it never did. By midnight, it was clear that the air conditioner wouldn’t be fixed. I asked to move to a different room because it was 30 degrees outside in London, and it felt like a greenhouse inside. The staff said they were “hands tied” because the hotel was full, but they offered to open the window which made it loud because of the bar downstairs and didn’t help with the temperature at all. The biggest disappointment was that I checked booking.com and found out there were four more rooms available that night. They didn’t do anything about it at check-out, explaining that all the rooms had a problem with the air conditioner. They only moved me to a different room (which was the same size) after 3 pm the next day, which was super inconvenient since I had a business meeting. To top it off, they charged me 800 pounds for every night, no discount, no upgrade, just free breakfast (which I don’t eat). It was definitely the biggest disappointment in my hotel experience.

We called down for a steamer and a bucket of ice and they responded within minutes. The little extra snacks and coffee and tea was a bonus. A wonderful boutique hotel in Chelsea. Highly recommend! Not really a negative- but the room felt small with our suitcases out, but I knew this when I booked it.

It was very uncomfortable. I even felt sorry for our little dog.

• tomrT9446DH (10/5): Outstanding experience....for the second time! - We have now stayed twice At Sloan, a year apart, the most recent being in this March and somehow they managed to surpass the flawless experience we had the first time. We're used to staying in the top hotels in the world, such as George IV in Paris, Belmond Caruso in Ravello, Pasalaqua in Como etc, and At Sloan is the perfect London stay. We had found the hotel directly but booked though our Travel Agent, Lance at Classic Travel...... Firstly, as the saying goes, Location, Location, Location - you are quote literally 20 feet away from Sloan Square meaning you are as close as you need to everything that Sloan Street, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia has to offer. The other great thing is that to get to and from Heathrow is so much easier here than from further in to Central London (which can easily add 30 mins due to low speed zones and insane one way systems bought in recently) - From here you just head West and less than 40 mins later you're at Heathrow. More importantly however is warm greeting by the front desk team, lea by Sara when we arrived, who checked us in quickly and took us to our room....which was nothing short of spectacular. The attention to detail and decor in the rooms is exquisite - it has a modern feel but with subtle homages to art deco / arts and crafts design with the ornate paneling and crown work reminiscent of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. This time we were in one of the suites with was as stunning as it was spacious with a sperate living room area, bathroom, and dual vanity room. Quite honestly one of the most special hotel rooms we've ever stayed in London. If you want beautiful elegance with tasteful design, then this hotel delivers. The room was also dead quiet which was important to us being in such a prime area. Finally, a special thanks to the restaurant on the penthouse level and it's charming Manager Octavia who is doing a phenomenal job - We had come to At Sloan from staying for 4 nights at their sister property, Hotel Costes in Paris, and I hate to say but At Sloan was a far better Hotel experience all around, especially the restaurant, There had only been 24 hours hours between our meals in each restaurant so it was fresh in our minds and while Costes is still fun and a decent experience, At Sloan was clearly superior in every respect; the Food - no contest, While the Menu's aren't miles apart, At Sloan tasted more sophisticated in terms of both palette/flavors and presentation (the Dumplings are incredible) but the service was a true fine dining yet relaxed and not stiff, whereas Costes felt disjointed and hectic. The restaurant is small but stunning, with ornate wood paneling all over and comfortable candle lit setting. This is now our "Go-To" hotel for London Stays and can't wait to come back here again soon.

No detail has been overlooked in this exquisite boutique hotel, in the best neighborhood. This was our second visit, after a brief but wonderful stay in Oct that inspired us to return. We were once again delighted by the hotel: the design and decor, the staff, our room, and the dining, both in-room and at the incredible jewel box-like restaurant. One of the managers, Hisham, in particular, was simply terrific, even keeping the restaurant open a bit longer for us when we were delayed by an event one evening. Five stars in all regards.

• U112VJrebeccab (10/5): Perfection in a small gorgeous setting - At Sloane is one of my favorite hotels in the world and that's saying a lot bc I travel %50 percent of the time. It's intuitively and beautifully designed, and it's clear that nothing was spared in its execution. It has a great vibe from the moment you walk through the doors and the staff is beyond amazing. The bathrooms are roomy and have space to put your things, the closets are a small version of what I have at home. Even when you're turning out the lights, close the blinds with a little switch to turn off the reading light..it's all at your fingertips. The restaurant is at the top and the food is great, the staff remembers you and there is clear communication between the concierge and the restaurant..so they know you're coming. We love their food and my daughter loves returning to the hotel after dinner (when we don't dine there) to have the chocolate cake and camomile tea. The bar downstairs is packed with beautiful people and it's fun to people watch. Sometimes we dine downstairs from the bar menu which is also great. There are very few other hotels like this with perfect interiors, perfect execution, great service, great food, great vibe and lovely people. Plus, it's small and in the perfect location!

The rooms are bijou, but well appointed and laid out, so the space is dedicated to the things that matter. A Thoughtful and Inclusive Dining Experience One of the standout aspects of At Sloane was their willingness to pre-order halal options for us. This level of consideration is something I truly appreciate, and it’s a service that more restaurants should be offering in 2025. Inclusivity in dining is incredibly important, and At Sloane went above and beyond to accommodate us. 2. Seamless & Personalised Service – A Huge Shoutout to Alice! Before our visit, I communicated with Alice via WhatsApp, and I cannot praise her enough! I had numerous requests—specific seating preferences, menu details, and food choices—and she handled everything flawlessly. She was responsive, accommodating, and made everything so easy. When I arrived, she even took the time to greet me in person, which was such a lovely touch. 3. Impeccable Service – A Rare Find in London The service at At Sloane was truly perfect, which, unfortunately, is a rarity in London’s restaurant scene these days. • SarahCh456 (10/5): London’s Best Kept Secret - This hotel must be London’s best kept secret. The location is brilliant for those wanting to step out their door and feel almost like a Chelsea local. The hotel itself is so magnificently decorated, it’s quite hard to put into words. Every corner of the building has been lovingly designed and decorated with such elegance and flair, and no expense has been spared. We were genuinely excited to come back every day to the exciting, yet cozy interiors and just soak it all in. We booked an apartment which works really well for kids as there was a little hallway separating the bedrooms, as well as a cozy living room area - great for board games, dining or just curling up in the window seat with a book. The staff were all exceptional and it felt like we were welcome guests in the home they were proud of. We will definitely be back. My son has requested I give a special shout out to the wonderful Ishi, who was a charming, kind and dapper doorman, and gave him a hearty doorman’s hello, followed up with an energetic chat that he will remember. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in London again! Worth every cent.

Our waiter, Ali, provided us with impeccable service and excellent recommendations. We were four people and each of our appetizers and entrees was excellent. It definitely put an exclamation point on our last night in London.

• luxedepartures_atx (10/5): Love it! - At sloane was my favorite boutique property in London starting with a discreet location right off Sloane Square. The decor and rooms are beautifully decorated with a Parisian vibe, and the white and black celebrity glamour photos bring back an era of old world elegance and sexiness. Breakfast is on the top floor with a terrace and absolutely every detail has been paid attention to from the time you enter reception with lit candelabras to the suites with all the modern amenities. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. I think this may be my favorite hotel in London!

• mikesT6619VE (2/5): Avoid - This venue is a complete disappointment from start to finish. The staff, particularly the lady at the front desk, are extremely rude and shockingly unhelpful, making the experience even worse. I suggest that you avoid this place at all cost.
• Burmadutch (10/5): Home from home - Finally a hotel that feels like a home. The whole process from checking in, to stepping into your room is as if you are being welcomed into a family. We loved our small but perfectly formed rooms. Both had every luxury you could need. Best of all the beds felt like you were floating on a cloud. We will definitely be back for a repeat visit.

The property has an amazing vibe with cool pictures and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us pick out and make reservations for restaurants and shows.
