- Armando (1/5): Worst experience ever with a hotel - Near to El Tesoro There is no acoustical isolation at all between rooms. You will hear your room neighbor snoring as if it was sleeping in your same bed. It took the hotel more than a week to issue the stay invoice. I had to request via email, text messages, Booking platform during one whole week. I had never lived such bad experience with any hotel around the world. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

- Niuri Augusta (1/5): Experiencia decepcionante. No volvería a reservar aquí. - Abigail fue muy cortés y amable. Nos explicó los detalles con paciencia y nos trató con respeto. Apreciamos su forma de atendernos, aunque la experiencia general del hotel no fue buena. La habitación original no fue satisfactoria, por eso el hotel nos ofreció otra habitación y tuvimos que pagar una diferencia adicional. Esto no fue un upgrade de cortesía, fue un ajuste porque la primera habitación no cumplía con nuestras expectativas. Incluso en la segunda habitación seguimos teniendo incomodidad y no pudimos descansar bien. El desayuno también fue decepcionante. El hotel lo promociona como incluido, pero no explica claramente que es a la carta y con opciones limitadas. Si tienes citas temprano, no puedes depender de este desayuno porque no es rápido para tomar y salir. Debes sentarte y esperar. Tampoco nos explicaron esto al llegar. Días después, mientras estábamos reclamando el reembolso, escuchamos que a otros huéspedes también les daban información incompleta sobre el desayuno. El hotel aplicó su política de cancelación aunque nuestra salida fue por la calidad de la estadía. El reembolso tomó demasiado tiempo y al final no recibimos el monto completo. Acepté el cierre del caso porque no quería seguir con el proceso, pero la experiencia fue muy decepcionante.

- Liana (7/5): - Os quartos e os banheiros são amplos, as camas são muito confortáveis. A localização é relativamente boa, uma vez que em Medellin não dá para fazer nada a pé, pois é una cidade ampla e não é plana. Hotel simples para ser 4 estrelas e o café da manhã é a lá carte e só começa às 7 da manhã. Os quartos são bem barulhentos (barulho interno). As paredes parecem ser feitas de papel. É um Hotel com pegada para jovens. Não tem rampa para subir com as malas e não tem quem carregue para você. Outra coisa, foi o primeiro hotel que eu vi na vida a cobrar um valor de seguro (valor da plataforma Booking.com + seguro). Não voltaria!
