- Andras (2/5): Unable to get through the security gate for an hr - Hotel Distrito ZF made me wait outside at 5 am for an hour! No apologies, it was hugely inconvenient. Trying to get through the security gate was a nightmare and completely ruined our stay. The staff members were rude.

Sobretodo, quiero SÚPER RECOMENDARLO por su excelente servicio y atención al huésped. La amabilidad y disposición a ayudarme durante mi estadía fue excepcional. Hago especial atención al chico de frontdesk, Mateo, quien fue “above and beyond”. Me asistió y aconsejó en ubicarme cerca del área, en comprar unas medicinas por delivery que necesitaba y no se conseguían. Siempre estuvo muy pendiente para garantizar que nos sintiéramos cómodas y bienvenidas. Siempre he admirado la calidad y amabilidad hacia el cliente en Colombia pero este hotel superó las expectativas. Muchas gracias.

Fue una buena estadía, pero el aire acondicionado a penas se sentía en el cuarto, ya que es un conducto y tu no tienes control del aire, y se ponía muy caliente en la noche. Además, tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente y fue que nos cobraron por “dañar” una toalla. La primera noche se cayó al suelo una bebida de líquido transparente y buscamos la toalla para secar la bebida que se cayó. La toalla quedó manchada color oscuro por el sucio del suelo del cuarto, no por la bebida ya que esta era transparente y lo que hicimos fue tratar de secar el piso, y aun así que se les notificó que lo manchado era lo sucio del piso del cuarto nos cobraron la toalla. A parte de esa situación, fue buena la estadía.

- TWINS (4/5): - This Hotel is perfect if will be located close to Bogota night life and attractions. The fact that they didn't offer a free shuttle to airport affected more. I have to rent uber e every time we want to go some where cause the distance to everything. Exit or entrance to the Hotel is very inconvenience cause is located inside a Duttyfree Zone Custody by security that make hard the access to this hotel. They check your luggage at departure time in a open area table in front of all people. Breakfast serving staff is awesome! But food not the best. The "calentado" taste horrible. Fruts are not fresh, cereal was old and hard to eat. The rooms are smaller than shows on hotel pictures.

Felt like a prison that you had to check into going through the front security and the overall style of the hotel itself. the room was extremely small compared to the photos. I could hear in complete detail the conversation over the phone that lasted an hour in the room next door. Packed up my bags checked out and left and had to go find another hotel for three nights, and pay again. Avoid this hotel at all cost
- Nicole (10/5): - The staff was so very friendly. They welcomed us and our dog with smiles. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Our only complained was that it was a little warm in the room at night and there was no window to open or air to adjust. But it’s a very nice, well maintained hotel with lovely amenities.
- David (10/5): For business travelers - Situated "close" to the airport and mainly in an industrial/business park zone, this hotel is meant more for business travelers. There is a huge gate with multiple guards inspecting traffic upon entry, so getting an Uber in is not allowed. You'll have to walk to the gate. The entrance to the hotel is not located on the main street. The hotel lobby is very nice, modern with plenty of seats available. There is a bar and a restaurant in the same area. I have included photos of the restaurant seating area and gym. I did not take photos of the room unfortunately. The rooms are rather small, but for 1-2 people just fine. Netflix and YouTube on the TV. The wifi is excellent and strong. The shower is ever where the room really shines. 4 feet by 3 feet, rainfall shower head, overhead relaxed ensconced lighting. The room is very modern with 2 recessed ensconced lights in the ceiling and 2 night tablestand lights as well. No fridge in room, but there is a safe. Hotel front desk has good customer service. I wanted to wake up late, eat the complimentary breakfast, and then workout. After asking, they allowed me to stay in the room until 1:00pm!👀😳. I don't know if they will do this for every customer. The day before I ate at the hotel because the traffic is terrible, and trying to get an Uber is really difficult. The restaurant food sucks! Terrible ingredients, quality, and no flavor, it fills the hole. The breakfast however was very nice! Lots of options for breakfast.

- E9095WLsarahc (4/5): Terrible location - To access the hotel in the Zona Framca you have to go through a security checkpoint which is manned by unhelpful and unfriendly personnel. The area is difficult for a taxi to get to and a number of Uber drivers cancelled on us. The alternative is to use the very expensive taxi that the hotel can arrange. Also there is no free shuttle to the airport but the reception can arrange a taxi (also expensive but probably advisable at night). Otherwise the hotel itself is fine but next time I would pay more for an airport hotel.
- gustavodF8739KT (4/5): Not close to the airport !!! Watch out.... urban concept with many shortcomings - Urban concept not very organized !! Booked in bookings and after check in (late at night) they forgot to charge the room and had to go back to the front desk. Not organized !!! Low quality Restaurant, couple of lost servers , but hey I guess if what you get for the rate. Rooms are clean. Bathroom decent sized and clean also. You get the basics for the bucks.
- ehmwww11 (2/5): No shuttle, food, drinks, impossible to get through a gate to actually get to the hotel to either drop off or pick up with lugga - Horrible location, no shuttle and scheduling the shuttle to go back to the airport cost $30,000 pesos. security gate won't let you come in or Uber through to pick you up with your luggage. Shower water wouldn't drain, standing in dirty water, terrible location, went through dangerous neighborhoods in the way to the hotel from the airport. Absolutely zero service, no food, not even water or drinks after a certain time every day. No heating nor air conditioning system at all
- michielrusch (4/5): Bad service and staff, bed is okay and taxi-service from hotel to airport is good - Service of the staff was poor: if you enter the hotel they won't even look at you. They first finish what they are doing on their computer for a few minutes. And not just one time, but each time you are there with a question or something. Not with just one person, but all the three persons who were working while we were there. Big disinterest towards customers. -Bed and shower was good, breakfast was okay. -Taxi service from hotel to airport was good. It is around 20/30 minutes, depending on traffic. Car waits at the front of the hotel and you pay 30.000 pesos (that is around 7 euro). -Service of the hotel is poor, service of the restaurant staff (breakfast and dinner) is friendly and good. Cleaners are friendly as well. Their Wifi did not work on my phone, and I came to ask if they would have a solution (after minutes of waiting because they were staring at their computer). They won't even try to act if they care, just tell shortly that the Wifi works on their phone. Best example of worst service I ever had in a hotel.
- kerenso (2/5): Horrible experience - Terrible hotel. 1. The Checking process took a very long time, about 35 minutes, we were already tired from a long day and just wanted to relax. There was nobody else there and no reason why it should take 35 minutes to Checkin. 2. After we got settle we wanted to take a shower and sleep early as we had to get up 3:45 to leave for the airport at 4am. However we soon found the Shower not working. Only a little drip of water came out. We went to the front desk and then found out it was known issue and the water was shut down from 15:00 to 18:00 It actually started working again only at 19:00 3. When we went to have dinner in the restaurant they didn’t have bottles of water at all.
- 680shiraa (2/5): The worst experience in Bogota - There was no water at all, then when the water is back, there Was not hot water. Nobody told us in advance - not when we booked the room (3 hours only before our arrival), & even worst - when we checked in. Except of one person, nobody understand English. It’s not close at all to the airport (it took us 30 min). The location in a center of industrial zone. I’m really sorry that I didn’t pay more for a better hotel, service & location😏👎🏻
