Because of you, your app told me that transportation was free, and when I called the hotel, they told me that transportation wasn't included in the reservation and that I had to complain to you, so I had to pay... that's not right.

• Bonilla (7/5): Le service laisse à désirer surtout en considerant le prix élevé du sejour. - Le personnel est trés aimable, le restaurant du petit dejeuner est très joli et la situation geographique est très bien. Par contre le nettoyage de la chambre laisse à desirer, le deuxième jour la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé, es lits n'ont pas été faits et les serviettes de bain étaient humides: Dommage car l'hotel est très beau.

• Najoua (1/5): - Très brouillants ils n’ont visiblement pas compris le but premier d’un hôtel. La music était à fond impossible de dormir quand le lendemain je dit que nous avons besoin de dormir et demandons pour que le sons baisse on nous dit que la music s’arrêtera à 22h, elle a duré jusqu’à 2h du matin !!! Les chambres ne sont pas du tout identiques au photos elles sont toute petite. Les serviettes n’ont même pas été changé quand nous demandons de changer ils nous disent qu’ils les chambres tous les deux jours. Le petit déjeuner est vide il n’y avait casi rien.
• Baris (7/5): Für 2 Nächte ok - Kommunikation war gut waren bemüht zu helfen. Frühstück war sehr gut dach Terrasse Mega Aussicht Bad besteht aus Glaswänden mit Vorhang. Finde ich persönlich nicht gut. Leider lief die Comuna 13 Tour die wir über das Hotel gebucht hatten nicht nach unserer angegebenen Ablauf. Das war sehr enttäuschend
• Rafael (10/5): Estadia perfeita! - O hotel é lindo, tem um ambiente super agradável, a equipe é super amigável e atenciosa. O café da manhã foi muito bom e eles até tem um open bar por uma hora do dia que foi super bom! Amamos muito a estadia. O quarto não é tão espaçoso e os banheiros podem ser um pouco intimidadores para algumas pessoas, por não serem totalmente trancados do resto do quarto.
• Karen (6/5): Het viel enigszins tegen maar ik denk een leuk hotel voor jongere reizigers. - Het hotel zit op een goede locatie in de buurt El Poblado en het is modern ingericht. De trap naar de rooftop bar is gaaf. Op de plaatjes ziet het er mooier uit dan in het echt. Op de kamer staan geen plantjes en accessoires. Op de lakens zaten lichte vlekken en er lagen nog haren op de grond en op nachtkastje. Wij verbleven een nacht in het hotel omdat we de volgende ochtend vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten. We wilden die avond even wat eten op het rooftop restaurant maar dat bleek niet te kunnen vanwege een extern event waardoor de bar en restaurant gesloten waren. Dit was niet gemeld bij de checkin, erg jammer. Ze boden nog roomservice aan maar we zijn bij de Italiaan om de hoek gaan eten, aanrader. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar jong, receptioniste kent de omgeving niet en kon geen advies geven, we kregen een plattegrond van de omgeving mee. Als er een event is in de rooftop bar dan zijn de kamers gehorig.

• NILDA (3/5): Not worth the money - The employees Toilet was clogged, for more than two days had to go to the bathroom lobby! Said it once and when tried to flush same thing, next day we thought toilet was going to be cleaned and fixed, but nothing was done. Security box was reported not working and also nothing done. Breakfast and coffee not good! At night time the hallway lights were totally off when we woke up at 5 am which is very dangerous, in case of an emergency the stairs/hallway can’t be used because all is dark

• Alberto (3/5): The hotel is clean and looks nice, but the rooms have important issues and lack basic amenities. - The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant on the rooftop (Palma Pitón) was genuinely good. I highly recommend the Massaman Curry. Tap water is good in Medellin, but they offered a machine with hot, cold and bubbling filtered water, which was very nice. The shower temperature fluctuated between uncomfortably cold and too hot without me touching the dial. The toilet lid was loose on one side. The lighting near the mirror was very poor, making shaving difficult. At breakfast the eggs were cold and the arepas stale, despite going up to eat at 8am (not at the end of service). The guacamole was also oversalted. In the room there was nowhere to put the suitcase or sit with a laptop.

The food took more than an hour to arrive, the waiter was very kind and offered to heat it up, but the manager did not seem at all concerned about our complaint of cold food. Expected more from such a top tier restaurant.

Special thanks to Maria at the reception desk. Not too thrilled with the curtain dividing the room with the bathroom. I get that it is meant to be a "cool design feature" but still... It is minor overall.

El hotel es moderno, decorado con gusto, muy cómodo, situado en un barrio animado y seguro. La habitación es amplia, con dos enormes camas muy cómodas. • Matthew (10/5): I loved it!! - The Somos Bold was incredible! The staff was so friendly (and spoke great English) - especially Marian at the front desk and Samuel at the rooftop bar! The location is close to everything I wanted, but still on a quiet, safe street. The rooms are so stylish and the bed was comfortable. The lounge in the lobby and the rooftop restaurant/bar always feel like a party, but I couldn’t hear a thing in my room.

• Rebecca (2/5): 4 night - The food was expired and contaminated with fungus. The Department of Health should inspect this establishment, as the food poses a serious health risk. I was shocked, the food was expired and had visible fungus. This should never happen. The place really needs a health inspection.

• James (8/5): A solid choice - A beautiful building in a very safe area of Medellin! Room was comfortable and staff were pleasant. Room well equipped. We were on the fifth floor under the rooftop bar - it got a little noisy at times but not late into the night! I wouldn’t let it deter you especially if you’re on a lower floor!

• Camila (8/5): Maravilloso lugar pero no quedamos contentos la noche del 24 - El hotel es espectacular, las habitaciones y las zonas comunes con bellisimas se siente en un oasis tropical. El desayuno es delicioso. El masaje estuvo espectacular y la atencion de uno de los meseros de palma piton no hizo comprar la cena de noche de navidad. No recuerdo muy bien su nombre pero era algo como mauikel. La atención de los meseros durante la noche de Navidad fue incómoda y apresurada. Entendemos que es una fecha familiar, pero elegimos y pagamos esta noche porque se nos aseguró que sería un plan especial, con orquesta y música hasta las 12, y por eso también reservamos el hospedaje para poder disfrutar sin preocupaciones. Sin embargo, el evento terminó alrededor de las 10:30 p. m. y desde antes el personal comenzó a retirar los platos sin haber terminado de comer, preguntando de manera insistente, lo cual resultó muy incómodo para el precio pagado. Adicionalmente, pedimos champaña y nos trajeron vino tinto. En general, todo se sintió con afán y por debajo de lo prometido.

• Nelbett Marfisi (8/5): Comfortable and Convenient, but Room for Improvement - I really liked the friendly and helpful staff; they made the stay very pleasant y Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options he Wi-Fi connection was slow and unstable in the room. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they charge a significant fee for pets without providing any amenities. There are no food bowls, no bed to make the pet comfortable, and certainly no food. They charge, but don’t offer anything in return.

• Valentine (3/5): Une de nos pires expériences hôtel … - Très bonne localisation. Cet hôtel est une honte!! Les chambres en réalité ne correspondent pas aux chambres proposées sur Booking! Une fois sur place, vous êtes coincés ! On s’est retrouvé à 4 dans 2 petits lits car l’annonce Booking n’est pas correct selon eux. 0 compensation (alors qje d’autres chambres plus grandes étaient disponibles!). Le personnel à la réception ne sert à rien ! Le petit déjeuner est nul (le 1er janvier c’etait franchement indécent ce qu’ils nous ont servi!). L’hôtel est très très bruyant !! Car le roof top très bruyant (musique super forte) donne sur les chambres via un escalier central. Bref, à éviter à tout prix …
• hraph (10/5): Beautiful trendy hotel in a great area - This hotel was excellent. Maria went above and beyond helping us organize tours and transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel was clean and nice. It gets a bit loud at night from the rooftop but quiet from midnight onwards. The location is perfect and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It’s very reasonably priced too. There’s a curtain splitting the room from the bathroom so just a heads up if you’re traveling with other people. Overall highly recommend!

• 832graemep (8/5): Great hotel with some opportunities to improve on execution. - We enjoyed the Somos Bold a lot: good location, nice beds, friendly staff, elegant modern design, good breakfast our first morning at the rooftop restaurant. Opportunities for improvement: no wash cloths, no glasses in the room, no coffee available until exactly 7:00am (turned down for coffee at 6:50), breakfast 2 of 3 mornings was in the downstairs lobby which was a downgrade, our "to go" breakfast was mixed up with someone else's so we had 2x fruit and no sandwich.

I love everything about this trip. I can not wait to go ahead and come back here again. I really love everything about the hotel.

• 35ashp (10/5): Fantastic stay with helpful staff and great amenities - We had a great stay at the Somos Bold hotel and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Maryam at the front desk who welcomed us to the hotel. We loved the cleanliness, amenities provided and the unique design of the hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Medellin.

• 502marii (10/5): Great hotel in Manila - Cozy hotel walking distance to Poblado and Provenza but in a quiet area. Staff is helpful and friendly. The decoration is minimalist with a relax environment. It has e a rooftop that provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love my stay here!!

The service was great and the live music made it better. The issue we had was with the A/C one night. However, the property compensated us for it. Breakfast service was slow. I’m not sure why. But the over experience was good.

• ignaciomF6353TV (10/5): Stay at somos bold - Everything was very nice at this hotel, the price was very adorable, it’s not too far from the Main Street or “la Provenza” the breakfast that’s included is very nice, the rooftop also gets lively at night and it was very clean and everyone was very nice, specially Marian y Mari alejandra! Would recommend to anyone!

• betsyjohn99 (10/5): Great place to stay in Medellin! - It was our first time in Mendellin so had very little idea of what to expect. Our hotel was in a great area and had a lot of options as far as nightlife, coffee shops, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. I even got a massage in my room, which was fantastic! The breakfast was amazing every morning and the staff there were phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place.
• 843russelld (10/5): Great choice for a stay in the Manilla neighborhood in Medellin. - Clean rooms. Staff is friendly. Great location with dozens of places to eat nearby. 15 min walk to Parque Llaras. Very good value.
• laristain (10/5): Trendy, cozy, well located - Super well located, walkable distance from Poblado. Our room was in the first floor right beside the lobby, and we could hear almost everything the staff was doing on the mornings. Had a couple of bumps with the room keys, but the staff was able to solve it quickly. The hotel should give priority to the hotel guests for the restaurant because it was full almost at all times and we were not able to eat there. The room is spacious and cozy. The jacuzzi area was full of leaves, but it was rainy, so I guess it is enjoyable if whether allows it.
