• Ana María (8/5): Todo guaay - La ubicación es ideal y el personal es un amor, nos trataron con cariño en todo momento. Los desayunos muy ricos, muy recomendada la omelette, un 10. El aire acondicionado gotea, al menos el que nos tocó a nosotros. El ruido… es una consecuencia de la ubicación pero se enfatiza más porque las ventanas tienes como unos respiraderos que no cierran y hacen que entre más ruido. Así mismo pudimos descansar todas las noches bien.

The staff were so amazingly helpful even before our sta via WhatsApp. The location is perfect, right in the middle of all the restaurant and clubs but far enough away that is was peaceful and quite We didn’t enjoy the tour the hotel recommended. The guide was very rude and I didn’t even get to sit with my partner for the entire partner. People had taken over several seats with bags and we asked if we could sit together but the guide never helped us do that - we were the last to be picked up for the tour. This was super disappointing as I needed my partners help to translate and I felt I missed a lot because of this

• Juan (7/5): Buena alternativa pero revisar plan y compañia! - La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, caminable a sitios de interés, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a colaborar, el desayuno está rico aunque podría ser un poco mas variado, las instalaciones del primer piso que cuentan como zona común tambien son muy agradables. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña, los baños igualmente, adicional las paredes de los baños son en vidrio, lo que da un ambiente particular sin contar que es incomodo si uno viaja con amigos y no con pareja. la ventana de la habitación es diminuta, los enchufes quedan lejos de donde podrían ser utiles para conectar el telefono o algo adicional. las habitaciones tampoco son muy iluminadas.

• Diego (6/5): Great location, no proper sleep - Location. The bed is extremely noisy, to the point that it is impossible to sleep. Any movement causes very loud sounds. The bathroom is also very small, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. There were visible urine splashes on the glass wall left by the previous guest.

Ya lo comenté en recepción pero es más de lo normal que el servicio de limpieza haga mucho ruido sin necesidad. Entiendo estén trabajando pero en silencio dependiendo a qué horas se agradecería. El bar podría estar abierto más tiempo para poder tomar algo de manera habitual.

• Laura Marcela (4/5): Mala - NA Primero me iban a meter a una habitacion sin ventanas, era como un hueco y eso que supuestamente es la Deluxe, y no es la que aparece en las fotos, les dije y me subieron a otra habitación con Balcón, sin embargo es muy ruidosa, muy pequeña, y la ducha es totalmente en vidrio.. cero privacidad, la taza también, fue muy incomodo porque yo iba con una amiga, ademas la ducha queda casi sobre la cama y se sale el agua a la habitación. Cuando fuimos a desayunar a las 7 am, porque me tenían que recoger para ir al aeropuerto, no tenían datáfonos y no aceptaban ninguna otra forma de pago, solo efectivo.. yo no uso efectivo hace mucho... menos mal mi amiga se quedaba un poco mas y al hablar ella despues fue al cajero y pagó antes de irse. Jamás me habia pasado en un hotel que solo aceptaran efectivo.

When I arrived at 11.30 am they told me that I cannot check in prior 3 am so I came back at 2 pm. Again they said I cannot move in yet. Earlier move in I would have to pay!!I asked them where is the problem because the room is free! And apart from that they gave me a room without window and unbelievably small. I do not thin that bookingcom should offer this hotel to anybody. again. The breakfast made and served by the guys was excellent.

• Carlos (3/5): A place for one night. - A very wide spectrum of reviews, I believe this is based in the type of room that was given to you compared to the rooms as shown at the hotel web site, their website site shows a spacious room with view to the city, and instead you received a room with no windows,very small, you feel more like in a cave with poor illumination, and poor Wi-Fi. The bed is pushed to the side against the wall, therefore is sufficiently bad for an adult to crawl into bed. No special attention to details, restroom containers do not operate for the soap or conditioner, etc. Netflix & Youtube most of the time doesn’t work as the streaming is buffering. if you are a single adult looking for one night Hotel, this may be your place. Otherwise it’s not recommended. You have to make sure you get the room that it shows in the picture. The location of the hotel, can compromise who are the visitors who accompany the guests at late night hours,adults only The rooms too small, no windows, feel like a cave.
