Il consierge non ha aiutato con le valigie , non ha aiutato quando fuori grandinava ed avevamo bisogno di aiuto . Si tratta delle basi dell’educazione. Molto male visto che adoro il vostro hotel , sono stata ospite 3 volte . Mai avuto camera al basement … e non ho avuto possibilità di upgrade … insomma molto deludente ma soprattuto vi chiedo maggiore attenzione e formazione allo staff. Mi spiace tanto e confido in delle scuse . Grazie e spero tanto di tornare

- Zandra (9/5): Wie immer sehr wihl gefühlt! - Ich war jetzt schon zum dritten Mal hier und komme gern wieder. Gute Lage, ruhig, sauber, schöne Ausstattung, sehr gute Betten. Die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum war vier Tage lang defekt. Da wir aber auswärts gefrühstückt haben, war das für uns kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist wenig überzeugend. Im Queensway auf dem Weg zur Station Bayswater gibt es diverse Alternativen.

- PILLAYEUGENIA (8/5): Top location and great stay! - Wonderful location and lovely boutique hotel. Our room was roomy and well-equipped (fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers & bath products). The bathroom was great, with a shower & hot rail for the towels. Would have been top if the bed was wider.

Odeur de nettoyant un peu forte, difficile de régler le chauffage, et chambre pas chauffée à l'arrivée, on a eu un peu froid, première impression peu cosy. Ce sont de petits détails, rien de dramatiques Proche du métro, un peu plus loin du cœur de Notting Hill.

- Jessica (9/5): - The location and the vibe was amazing! A short walk to local shops and pubs, but not super congested, amazing! The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the shower.. The shower was by far the best shower I've used in Europe! It tended to get dusty, by morning we'd see dust on our phones and all surfaces but that may just be what you get in a Georgian era building. Our double bed could be more comfy but it definitely wasn't the worst we've ever had!
- Fotis (10/5): A very pleasant stay in a great location with friendly staff and a clean, modern room. - We really liked the location of the accommodation in Bayswater, which is a very pleasant, quiet and safe area in central London. It was very close to public transport, making it easy to get around the city, and also within walking distance of parks, Notting Hill, and several nice restaurants. The room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The only small issue was the size of the bed. Even though it was listed as a double bed, it felt a little narrow for two people and could have been slightly longer as well. We still slept well, but a wider and longer bed would have been more convenient.

We stayed in the lower ground and i was impressed by how much light was in the room. Great shower and bathroom and comfortable bed. Minor we were near the staff cleaning station so we could hear the cleaners quite a lot and right near our room. But it was minor and we were out most of the time.

- Beata (9/5): Quaint in Notting Hill/Paddington - Very cute hotel near Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, as well as the Notting Hill shops and restaurants. The hotel is in old, traditional row houses in the Notting Hill/Paddington area which brings both charm and some quirks. It has been very nicely renovated though - for example, the bathroom was very nice. A number of the rooms are on a lower, half-sunken basement. There are big windows, but the views arent much to write home about. Our rooms were on this level, and when we first entered one of them had a sewer gas smell(the other one was totally fine and actually smelled quite nice). The smell may have gone away with some airing, but upon mentioning it to the reception staff they immediately moved us to a second floor room. Great service! It should be mentioned though that the rooms are fairly small. Not surprising for London though.

- Erik (10/5): Fantastisch. - Een topper. Super propere, grote kamer en badkamer. In de badkamer, in de douche, is er zelfs een, aan de muur gevezen stoeltje, om zittend uw voeten te kunnen wassen. Ook zijn er knoppen om, bij gevaar of ongesteldheid, de crew te verwittigen. Veel opbergmogelijkheden. Rustig en op 10' van een metro. Een echte aanrader. Geen enkele opmerking.

The hotel itself was immaculate and had everything we needed: Well designed room with lovely modern decor; great location for popping along the central line into the West End (using Queensway station) or 15 min walk to Notting Hill etc.; Peaceful surroundings & exceptionally friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. I would say we got an absolute bargain, but obviously price is dependent on the day of the week and time of the year. The only (minor) negative was that the blackout curtain lets in the light (& it was very sunny when we stayed, so very bright first thing in the morning) as it is not fitted right to the end of the wall (which is odd as the voile privacy curtain is). Other than that, excellent. Thank you!

- Nadia (10/5): - The location and the property itself were perfect. Lots of cafes around as well as a supermarket with fresh goods. 2 metro stations around, reachable on foot The room itself it perfect for the price, the only thing is the breakfast - it was a bit poor for the price

We were going to miss our train to Paris and Mac offered to drive us ! Very kind and honestly the staff just went above and beyond. It was brilliant!!! 10/10 would stay again

- Poppy (7/5): - Second time visiting, love the location, staff are friendly and rooms are modern and a reasonable price. We were given a basement room that had locked double doors. From a safety perspective this wasn’t great, we asked if they had other rooms but they weee fully booked but it was fine for 1 night
