- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nos fue súper mal. Habíamos reservado por este medio una semana antes y el día que se haría efectiva en la reserva, ya estando en camino el hotel, nos dicen que se canceló la reserva sin previo aviso y que tenían todas las habitaciones llenas. Pésimo servicio.

Sin embargo, considero que deben poner calefacción, debido a que no todo el mundo soporta la baja temperatura de Bogotá. Aunque me encanta el frío y para mi no es problema, parte del grupo con que andaba no se sintió cómodo con la temperatura en las habitaciones.
