A 4 block walk to cra 70 the main ave with restaurants and shops near by and a 3 block distance from Primer Parque de Laureles where there a convenient taxi dispatch. Felt super safe and at ease. The location was really a highlight for me!

- Martinez (10/5): Bañera con Hidromasaje, DEBES EXPERIMENTARLO - Todas las instalaciones te hacen sentir muy bien, sobre todo venir cansado de Guatape o de caminar por Medellin y al final del día poder sumergirte en la bañera con hidromasaje, esto fue lo mejor… Mejoraría el desayuno, ya que de igual forma estas pagando por ello, sin embargo, lo recompensa saber que en Medellin hay mejores desayunos.

El soporte del papel higienico es metálico y puede rayar las piernas del usuario. recibí una picadura de algo durante la noche, asumo que debajo de las sábanas. esto me ha provocado un pequeño quiste que tuve que drenar de regreso a casa. No creo que vuelva a visitar el hotel

Informaron que el desayuno el domingo era hasta las 11am.llegamos a las 9:50 y la encargada se alteró, diciendo que ya todo estaba cerrado, que allá nunca era hasta esas horas, lo que no era necesario ya que no fuimos groceras..ese fue el saludo de ella. Luego cambio un poco y dijo que habían otras cosas, que podíamos aún tomar de esas. Además solo había una pareja con su hijo..no era que el volumen de personas a atender fuera alto. Otro punto es el personal de aseo ingreso a la habitacion, aún nosotras acostadas..debe ser confirmado con recepción si hay personas en la habitación.., y en el caso de los desayunos entonces tener la información impresa para que sea eso lo que le informen al huésped y no de palabra ya que en recepción fue la primer información que dieron, lo que puede traer estos errores.

Gran variedad de productos y una cocinera muy servicial y amable siempre dispuesta a proporcionarte lo que quieres. Lo único que no me gustó fue la mala señal de wifi. En la habitación de la planta 7 que era donde nos alojamos, no llegaba señal de ninguna de las redes disponibles del hotel. Solo conseguimos concentrarnos en el hall.

La gran ventaja de el hotel es que tiene parqueadero privado y desayuno buffet. El hotel está muy cerca de una amplia zona comercial y gastronómica en laureles Hacía calor en la habitación y el aire acondicionado era débil y no alcanzaba a refrescarnos; adicional, se escucha mucho el ruido exterior de la avenida principal, recomendaría instalar ventanas aislantes

Room was very spacious, nicely lit, very clean. Window was towards the inside of the building so was quiet. Staff was polite and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Some people talking loudly on the phone in the hallway. Breakfast could improve.
- Katherine (10/5): Perfect stay - Cute little hidden gem! Juan David went out of his way to accommodate me, and the morning staff kindly offered me coffee when I checked out early. The hotel is modern, and the gym facilities were great-I even managed to squeeze in a quick cardio session. There’s also a supermarket just around the corner. I’ll definitely be back! x

- Laurent (8/5): Hôtel confortable dans quartier calme. - Hôtel très confortable, aux standards européens. Quartier sympa et calme avec plein de restaurants. Les chambres côté rue sont brouillantes car c’est du simple vitrage.
