• Mateus (8/5): A nice place to stay in a good neighborhood - Bed was comfortable but queen size, not king size. Bedroom was impressive just loved the style. The facilities in general were very good. Rooftop seemed better on the pics, as well as the entrance but the bedroom was a 100% fit. Location is also a plus. Breakfast could have been better - it is only fare or I am too demanding (LOL). Only a few options but at least they made it clear from the beggining.

• Gabriel (4/5): I will not recommend this place for someone looking comfort. - The staff at the reception and Doña Miriam was very friendly. We booked the best room, and had to downgrade to a cheaper room because the toilet on the most expensive room was badly design. You cannot fit a person in there. The shower door was broken and couldn’t close properly, we had to report it to get it fixed (the picture is not nice it was fixed) which it didn’t fix the issue. Still couldn’t close properly so the water will spill to the bedroom floor even with the towel on the floor. The towels given were stained and ripped, old towels, cannot believe we get ripped towels. (Pic attached) that’s when they given us towel, we constantly had to ask for additionally towels ( hand towels) as they didn’t leave them at the time of cleaning the room. Constantly asking for toilet paper, as they never left enough in the room either. My partner had to ask for a hairdryer as it wasn’t his no the room either. Overall the attention to detail is shocking. We constantly had to ask to provide things that should’ve been provided as part of the service/room. Cleanliness of the room was poor, the housekeeping didn’t leave enough toilet paper, towels, or refill the fridge (mini bar) we had to go outside and buy water. We booked 3 rooms for our family and in the middle of the booking we had to go to a family funeral so our family couldn’t complete the stay, we asked if we could get part of a refund, and they couldn’t accommodate a single $. Even though we paid for the most expensive room and downgraded to a cheaper room without a refund. I believe considering the situation the hotel could’ve accommodate something. If you stay on a weekend be prepared to hear all the noise inside and outside of the hotel, so if you enjoy your sleep be prepared to stay up late at night during weekends. Overall the quality of the hotel is not up to standard for the price they charge. The facilities are poorly kept e.g (rooms).

• Soledad (7/5): - El baño esta subdividido, tenias un inodoro en un cuartito y la ducha separada que daba a toda la habitación. Es decir, no tiene mucha intimidad para bañarte. No nos dejaron shampoo ni enjuage y cuando pedimos nos dijeron que hasta el otro dia no nos podían dar. Por el resto de cosas estuvo bien, tienen un restaurant de pastas y pizzas que tiene muy buena atencion y comida rica.

The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages—it’s close to many malls and convenient pick-up points for tours, which made getting around very easy. The hotel is situated on Carrera 10, which becomes quite vibrant at night with lots of people walking around and plenty of food options nearby, giving it a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Despite the busy surroundings, I always felt safe both inside the hotel and in the area around it. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others. The walls in the hotel are quite thin, so you can hear almost everything—people walking by in the hall, cars outside, and even music from nearby bars. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely something to keep in mind. The included breakfast was also fairly basic. There wasn’t a buffet; instead, it consisted of standard options like fruit shakes, eggs, and bread. It was fine, but nothing special. Aside from these two points, the hotel was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay.

Llovió súper duro en la noche y se filtra un poco el agua por el ventanal, nos tocó colocar las toallas en el piso para que recogiera el agua.

No cocinan con amor Primero que todo la noche que llegamos nos atendio un señor mala leche, como decimos nosotros los colombianos, porque no fue receptivo, ademas un viaje extenso que tuvimos porque llegamos del Ecuador, y nos dio una habitación que el Aire acondicionado no servia, terrible, ademas no tienen citofono, a la segunda noche nos pasaron a otra habitaciín y la pelada que nos hizo eso, muy amable, pero el primer muchacho...muy mal, deberian cambiarlo, porque no da la información, bien.

• Sas Le Rouage (1/5): Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel pour un voyage en famille. - La seule chose positive de cet établissement, c’est le personnel, la personne à l’accueil, vraiment adorable et très arrangeant, et la personne du petit déjeuner également. Sinon cette expérience était catastrophique Literie correct. Le lieu, honnêtement, l’hôtel est entouré des bars et des restaurants, bas de gamme, littéralement dans un secteur mal famé. La qualité des chambres horrible, les finitions horrible, on entend littéralement les personnes de la chambre. Voisine parle. Côté Sécurité très dangereux les portes fenêtres s’ouvrent et donne directement dans le vide. La piscine au niveau du Rooftop pareil uniquement un mur qui arrive à hauteur de 1,20 m hyper dangereux pour des enfants.

La higiene del lugar es dudosa, encontramos algunas cucarachas. El agua la cobran y hay que bajar al lobby por ella, olvídate de tener un calentador de agua en la habitación. El desayuno es extremadamente tardado. Tengo más de dos semanas solicitando la factura y nadie me atiende

• John (1/5): Never come here! - The only thing I could say I "like" is the room design. I travel extensively and have been doing so for over 20 years, and I consider myself a very experienced guest when it comes to hotels. Unfortunately, this is without a doubt the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The biggest issue is the complete lack of sleep. Every night there is constant noise coming from both the staff and the area downstairs. Guests and non-guests gather, often drunk, playing loud music, shouting, and partying late into the night. The noise typically only stops around 1:00 AM. Then, starting again at around 6:00 AM, the staff begins preparing breakfast with no regard for noise, making it impossible to rest properly. The hotel is extremely poorly soundproofed, so you hear everything. Another major problem is misleading information. The hotel advertises amenities such as a pool and rooftop, but upon arrival you are told they are “under maintenance.” I later checked reviews and found that guests as far back as February reported the exact same issue. Despite this, the staff claim it’s only a temporary problem and only inform you at the last minute, when it’s too late to cancel. The service is also very disappointing. The reception staff showed little to no interest in helping. I had to repeatedly ask—even beg—for basic things like towels, and overall the attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Between the noise, lack of transparency, and poor service, this place falls far below acceptable standards.

El baño de la habitación era muy pequeño y no tenía ningún extractor de aire, la ducha no tenía puerta y salpicaba todo al piso que justamente al lado estaba la cama, el lavamanos no tenía mantenimiento y estaba oxidado, la piscina la llenaron pero no limpiaron el fondo que había restos de pintura y la puerta no cerraba completamente se veía por afuera de la habitación una parte de adentro y se escuchaba mucha bulla

• Lukasz (8/5): Dobrze położony hotel z dobrym stosunkiem jakości do ceny - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicha okolica a blisko życia w Poblado. Do metra 10-15 minutowy spacerek. Mieliśmy świetny taras z jacuzzi - naprawdę fajna atrakcja - przy tym super widok na Medellín. Pokoi był bardzo czysty. Na plus dobre śniadanie w cenie pokoju. Pokój mógłby być nieco lepiej utrzymany a ten kto wymyślał umiejscowienie włączników światła chyba robił to z myślą o wrogu

Nous devions y séjourner du 11 au 14 février, on avait pris l'hôtel pour la piscine et une fois arrivée sur place et l'encaissement réalisé on nous annonce que la piscine est hors service. On nous fait signer un papier comme quoi on nous rembourse pour aller ailleurs ce qu'on a fait, un mois plus tard toujours pas de remboursement, ils répondent plus et font tourner en rond !
• Daniel (4/5): Es más un hostal que un hotel - El alojamiento está bien ubicado y realmente no es tan costoso como otros de la zona El baño no tiene ventilación, a las habitaciones con vista interna nunca les da la luz del sol, el desayuno es muy regular, se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones contiguas, las almohadas no son muy cómodas
