Pongo como ejemplo algo que podría parecer una tontería, pero que muestra que se pueden mejorar ciertos comportamientos: al llegar al hotel y al hacer el check out, yo iba cargada con muchas cosas (maleta de mano, una bolsa llena de libros, una almohada, una sombrilla grande, unas botas en otra bolsa) y la persona no hizo el menor esfuerzo por ayudar ni siquiera a abrir las puertas de entrada y salida. Repito: no es un tema grave, pero sí creo que la amabilidad en ese sentido marca la diferencia. Gracias.

- Samuel (10/5): Excepcional. - Acomodações confortáveis e com aquele toque de estar em casa, pois os quartos contam com uma cozinha e sala integrada. Um detalhe que gostei demais dos quartos é o fato de haver plantas naturais dentro da acomodação. Tudo na acomodação é excepcional, inclusive o café da manhã, porém se torna importante ressalta que essa refeição inclusa na diária não é self service, mas sim você escolhe uma opção no cardápio, além de uma porção de frutas, suco natural e outras opções de bebidas quentes.

Queda cerca de muchos lugares lindos para comer, hay iglesias cerca tambien eso es lindo. El lugar de desayuno es divino y delicioso pero me hubiera gustado una opcion colombiana entre las opciones. La cama doble en la tarifa que yo contrate fue muy pequeña, seria bueno revisar eso antes de escoger la habitacion. En las noches se escucha mucho ruido cuando la gente hospedada ahi o la que va al restaurante se queda conversando, yo estaba en el primer piso, tal vez fue por eso.

- Michael (9/5): Nettes Hotel an ruhiger Seitenstrasse - Sehr sympathisches und aufmerksames Personal. Moderne Zimmereinrichtung und ruhige Lage. Kleines aber feines Frühstück. Matraze könnte ausgewechselt werden: leicht einseitig durchgelegen. Das ganze Haus hat eine eher hellhörige Bausubstanz. Kann aber das Hotel trotzdem wärmstens empfehlen.
- Martial (10/5): Ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c’est ici ! - Couple de Français (60 ans) exigeants voyageant souvent avec BOOKING, nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel. Sa situation centrale entre Calle 93 et la Candelaria, en plein centre de Chapineiro, la qualité du service autant à l’hôtel qu’au restaurant, la propreté, les équipements, la décoration. Avec un grand bravo pour le petit déjeuner (compris dans la réservation) qui à notre sens est supérieur à un Hotel 5 étoiles français. Il est servi à table, sur nappe blanche, à la carte … fruits frais, jus, boisson chaude, plat cuisiné au choix… Conseil de dernière ligne : demandez la Chambre 402, car pour avoir séjourné 2 fois 4 jours dans cet hôtel les chambres sur la rue et en bas étages sont un peu bruyantes (acceptable). Si je reviens à Bogota : hôtel 5Q House Quinta Camacho les yeux fermés. L’absence d’ascenseur pour le 3ieme étage, mais vues la qualité globale : je pardonne !

Unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof enough and it could get very noisy in the neighborhood and also from inside the hotel. That's the only reason I would not give it a perfect score.

I also like that the property has its own restaurant and the hotel-restaurant is gated. Common area is green and lush. Staff is welcoming. We didn’t have any issues with wifi. it was cold in the room for October.

Desk location in the room was too far from an outlet to charge my computer. Coworking space is small, so I chose to work on my room. Fair breakfast. The neighborhood is great. A lot options for coffee shops and restaurants at walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint: the service in the breakfast room was S-L-O-W!! And very limited choice. No grains, no yogurt, no cereal, almost no fresh fruit. That should be fixed. Everything else excellent!

- Male (10/5): Nice hotel for a short stay - The house looks very nice. Public areas and rooms styles are very modern and designed well. I liked the breakfast very much. It’s a changing breakfast. Also you have water and tin to 24/7 complimentary at the reception. There is also a fridge with beer, softs and water to buy. The staff ( I met two ladys) are super super attentive and patient with guests can’t speak Spanish very well. They are very kind and did a great job. It’s very noisy in the night. That’s the reason I would look for another hotel next time in Bogota. I’m sorry but too noisy for me. I stayed in 307 and maybe other rooms are more quiet?! I didn’t like the area so much. The only constructive criticism is the breakfast: it took them 35 minutes to actually bring me the breakfast as I felt they forgot about me and I felt a big ignored (as the English speaker at the property).

- Angel (10/5): Alojamiento hermoso con ubicacion inmejorable - El alojamiento es hermoso, la habitacion amplia y bien distribuida. La zona es genial, cafes y restaurantes cercanos a pie. El alojamiento es tipo apart hotel, la habitacion tiene todo lo necesario para estadias cortas, tiene buen escritorio para trabajar remoto. No probe el desayuno para visitar lugares cercanos, habia menu de brunch colombiano con opciones de la costa, andino, cachacho y paisa. 100% recomendado.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Exceptional Stay! - We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding, the hotel is very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hot water in the shower was a great bonus, and the breakfast was also very good. A special thanks to the kind housekeeping staff member who made tea for me when I was sick and to the lovely receptionist who did the same. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

- Esther (8/5): - I booked the cheapest option, which was good. The room is spacious enough for one person, but it might be a bit cramp for two people. There are some windows, but as there is another building next to the hotel so you will not get a lot of light except in the bathroom which is also the only place the window opens to the outside. As for the service, I think it was fine but could be better. Firstly, on Expedia it states the languages that are spoken are English and Spanish. In the couple of nights that I stayed there, one person of staff spoke English perfectly. For me the problem is not that people do speak English, but the managing of expectations. If my expectation is to articulate myself in English, it’s a let down not to get to. Secondly, during my stay there was some construction going on. Which of course is annoying, and when asking about it I was told that it wasn’t in the hotel and it will only be for a couple of hours every day. It was from about 12 pm until 5/6 pm. There not really anything staff can do about that, but some communication and compassion are missing. Thirdly, the view of my room at one side was of the lounge. In that lounge loungemusic would play from 6 am until 23 pm, which was loud enough for me to hear. Maybe other people don’t have an issue with it, so I just left it as is. But just to let other people know. Lastly, the breakfast was okay, but I would say it could be a little more variation. The orange juice was the best if had in my life.
