• Aart (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf op prima plek. - Heerlijk ruim appartement op prima locatie in de wijk Laureles. Schoon en modern. Douche is uitstekend, keuken heeft een electrische kookplaat voor één pan, wat iets beperkt is omzelf te koken. Een eitje bakken lukt echter prima. Kook mogelijkheid zou iets beter kunnen. Verder was er geen vaatdoek of handdoek in de keuken.
• Nicolas (10/5): Quick stay Laureles - The family apartment is very spacious which was a nice change from the usual sized apartments. Very clean and functional. Great location. The staff were friendly, informative, and mot too serious. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hotel. It was all good to be honest.

Ale nawet z sam proces trwał strasznie długo. Plus w apartamencie tej „klasy” np. Nie działały drzwi do łazienki :/

• Merle (7/5): Schönes Apartment in guter Lage mit schlechtem Service - Die Lage und das Apartment selbst ist super.. Auch der airport shuttle war super. Es gab niemanden an der Rezeption und man könnte nur über WhatsApp kommunizieren was öfter zu Verwirrungen geführt hat. Man sollte vorab über den Chat bezahlen was wir nicht machen wollten aus Angst vor Spam.

• Martin (8/5): Great base in Laureles - Perfect location in Laureles, very modernist architecture, quiet when we were there, well equipped kitchen. Airplanes noises starting at 7 AM.
• Camila (8/5): Agradable y silencioso en general. Buena ubicación aunque a algunas cuadras de restaurantes. - La cama era increíblemente cómoda, y el apartamento espacioso. Se agradece la cafetera. La iluminación (natural y artificial) era muy mala. Nuestra habitación tenía una ventana muy pequeña y con poco ingreso de luz. La luz sobre la cama y cocina estaba bien, pero faltaba algo de luz casual / de descanso como de tipo velador. La iluminación del baño tenía un foco quemado. Se agradecería un espejo en el area de closet y también mejor iluminación. Las sábanas definitivamente eran muy pequeñas para el colchón, se movía mucho y era incomodo (aunque el colchón y almohadas increíble). Falta también extracción en el baño, se junta vapor y había un poco de hongos en el cielo.

Furthermore they didn't give back anything to their costume for this big issue for this they deserve bad comment from our side. Everybody reading please be advised that there is still not hot water. Furthermore there is bad smell because the roof is at primitive status.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la 70, no llega el ruido de la calle y se llega caminando fácil y rápido a restaurantes, farmacia y supermercado. A 16 min caminando de la estación de metro estadio. Y muy cerca del CC Unicentro. Se descansa increíble. Estaba limpio, cómoda la cama, tienen café todas las mañanas en el lobby. SUPER RECOMENDADO, REPETIRÍA.

Quiet safe location so you can rest .Around the corner from la 70 so everything is in walking distance. Nice alternative from busy lleras but not far away if thats your desire.My second time staying here and definitely will be back. Nothing can't be taken care at this time

• Silvia (5/5): Disappointing stay - Location was quite good, and the apartment was well-equipped - even a blender and air fryer! The apartment did not seem like it had been recently cleaned. This was quite disappointing, especially for the price we were paying. The shower door was missing a section, which meant that the floor got quite wet after every shower. When we mentioned this at reception, the staff member said they had no idea about it and would need to check with housekeeping. The faucets in one of the bathroom sinks and inside the shower were loose and/or broken, and the walls could really use a coat of fresh paint. Windows are very thin, so we found it quite noisy early in the morning. We paid a similar rate at a hotel in Poblado neighbourhood, and the cleanliness and service were far superior. I would not recommend Somos Flats Laureles!

• Edwin (1/5): Worse place to stay - Nothing! Everything! The property looks nothing like the pictures and are all photoshopped to look more elegant than it actually is! Worse stay ever! Firstly, they promote working “WiFi” that was a joke. My room “204” did not have any WiFi at any given moment during my visit AND the TV also didn’t work without WiFi so that was also issue. When I asked for help at the front desk regarding the WiFi I was told to connect to another rooms WiFi nearby but that also wasn’t working. In the end I was without WiFi during my visit but I ended checking out the next morning. They said they would not reimburse me for the other nights I did not stay even though I was checking out 3 days. What a joke! Avoid this place at all cost. Luckily, Booking.com were very kind to me and after I contacted their customer support they were able to credit me some amount for future stays elsewhere. Thank you Booking.com.
• 587karlyr (8/5): Family friendly flats - We were there last October, it was a really good experience even though the first night the room we booked wasn’t available and were downgraded that night. The next day I had to request the correct room, they did have one available at that moment. We really liked our second room and overall everything was good, you do have to request the cleaning service separately. I recommend staying here, they have a really friendly staff, good books and board games, and a wonderful location. Hope to come back soon.

• Benjamin (1/5): Bad - The location was close to La 70. Terrible experience at Somos Flats in Medellín. Despite booking and paying for double occupancy with "all taxes and fees included," the receptionist tried charging an extra fee when my Venezuelan girlfriend arrived a few minutes after I did, falsely claiming it was due to a new Colombian law that came out in December. When I insisted on knowing what specific law this was, he presented an unrelated law from a few years ago. The receptionist knew it would be difficult to book another hotel on short notice since it was already after midnight. I refused to pay the extra fee and instead booked another hotel in El Poblado that honored the advertised rate and provided an easy check-in. If you are a foreigner, you cannot safely stay at a hotel that will falsely invent laws to extract additional money. Avoid Somos Flats at all costs and stay at a place that honors the advertised rates on booking.com.

Good common space with free coffee in the morning. 2 min walking from thw lively street carrera 70, so you are very close but still not bothered by noise. Will come back if I return to medellin.

The king sized bed and fluffy pillows were very comfortable. Dark window shades and a relatively quiet area allowed us to sleep in and really recharge each day. The bathroom is very small, however it was very clean.

• Mg375 (1/5): Please avoid - Good Location This used to be my favourite apartment when visiting Medellín. Not any more. I believe the management has changed and this establishment has gone downhill since. Run down with no other facilities, dirty towels, (White towels that look brown) I have no problem with apartments having their own rules, as long as they transparently disclose them on the booking website or at least after booking. Please note this accommodation is NOT a guest / visitor friendly unless you pay an extra 200,000 COP $50) EVERY time you get a guest. They won't tell you about it until they lock you in by charging first. There are really nice apartments a minute walking distance from this property and I cancelled my long stay booking and booked with an alternative accommodation. Please be transparent and don't deceive customers..

The staff were super friendly. Room service was missed on a couple of days, but staff were apologetic and gave new towels.
• Monir (1/5): bad experience never again. - I have booked and paid for 2 nights, but once I arrived to the property it wasnt met my expectations, the room so dark and no windows with areally bad moisture in the room , so I left the property right away and they refund me with one night and chraged me for one night out of 2 nights. dark room with a really bad Moisture smell. it makes me sick.

They had coffee/ water available for guests all day. The bed was not comfortable, it may be time for a new mattress. I noticed the bed sheets were dirty, I asked the front desk and they changed them but the fresh ones still look dirty. Slow drain in bathroom

It’s on the take-off flight path off the small in-town airport with loud prop lanes taking off from early morning. My check in was 30 mins delayed, room wasn’t ready.

• daviddW7230RM (6/5): nice place with issues - There were pluses and minuses. The room was very nice. Spacious and well appointed. Bed comfortable. Kitchen was very good. The reception staff were good (but English was hit and miss). If you want the Laurales area the location is excellent. Several cons.. 1. Cleanliness. There is a cleaning fee. But you have to ask for cleaning everyday. And even if you ask, the reply may be we are too busy with checkouts. But not my problem. I paid for cleaning. In an 8 day stay the room was cleaned 3 times. When I arrived there were long hairs (I’m a balding man) on the bathroom floor and in the sheets. Were the sheets really changed?? Or just bad laundry?? 2. Hot water. Great hot water in shower. But no hot water in bathroom sink. I may be a spoiled American, but I don’t like cold water shaves. 3. No elevator. Not good for senior citizens with bad back. 4. Maintenance. My shower drain was clogged. Every day they said they were going to unclog but never did. Overall more pluses than minuses.

Kitchen was not fully stocked but anything we requested was able to be provided for by the staff. Only concern was that a shower door was missing. Would recommend!
