• MariaCamilaCarvajal (9/5): Nuestro aniversario - El desayuno estaba incluido en nuestra tarifa y estaba deliciosa toda la comida, las habitaciones mas sencillas son perfectas tambien para descansar, cerca de la zona social y la piscina pero tranquilas, no se escucha ruido ni la musica, el baño y la habitacion es comoda, me encanto que inlcuyen agua ilimitada, la vista de lote es espectacular, las asoleadoras tienen sombrilla que se pueden mover es perfecto, los productos de aseo son loccitane espectacular, tiene aire acondicionado y tv, el solomito es espectacular y las tostadas francesas la entrada es 8 km destapados, el descorche tiene un valor muy alto 150.000 por botella y no permiten descorche de tragos que vendan alla, y es costoso, es muy caliente el clima, la habitacion en un principio tienen olor de humedad, creo que la piscina es pequeña, solo tienen domino y cartas como juegos de mesa

El ventilador de la habitación tenía sensor de luz y durante toda la noche falló la energía en la zona lo que hacía que la luz se prendiera y se tuviera que apagar manualmente, es decir el descanso durante toda la moche fue interrumpido en muchas ocasiones

Ya que al final de la estadía no es estaban cobrando por una botella de aguardiente y dos cervezas que nunca estuvieron ahí y no tomamos.

• Alejandra (5/5): No es tan bueno como lo publicitan - el diseño, la publicidad, la comida muy deliciosa, felicitaciones al equipo de marketing y quienes estuvieron detrás del diseño de interiores. venden descanso pero cada momento de la experiencia tiene una dificultad, en lugar de descansar salí más cansada: -Entramos el domingo 17/08/2025 alrededor de las 3pm la recepcionista súper grosera, no ofrecen ni un vaso de agua al llegar. el resto del personal muy amable, la mejor intención pero se nota la falta de capacitación. -Las puertas y ventanas de las habitaciones no están selladas/aisladas, lo que hace que tengas dentro de tu habitación una cantidad excesiva de bichos. -El camino al hotel es carretera destapada más o menos 10km si vas en tu carro 4x4 está ok. Sugerencia pavimentar dentro del hotel para ir de la habitación al restaurante.

• Marcelo (8/5): Remote, beautiful and romantic. - The property is located in a very magical place, with beautiful views of the Cauca Valley. Simple stunning. The main issue for this property is the difficulty to access it. It is located in a rural property, with a 25 minute dirt road ride off the main paved road. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended to access the main property and some of the cabins. Otherwise the property is amazing if you are looking for an exclusive and remote get away with beautiful views. The access road is a dirt road, and one should have an off road vehicle to access

• Luis (4/5): - Hice una reserva desde noviembre para este puente que paso, cuando llegamos al hotel se demoraron 2 horas para entregarnos la habitación, el servicio del restaurante es demorado, el agua de los baños llega muy sucia (con arena), las villas sencillas son pequeñas y no hay un lugar donde poner la ropa, la vista es muy bonita, pero le falta mucho para mejorar a este hotel más para los precios que cobran
• Rumaika (10/5): Magical!! - We visited last month in August, celebrating our anniversaries as two couples, and it was truly amazing! The room was beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience—the service was exceptional. The only downside was the road leading to the location, which isn’t in the best condition, but they offer pickup service if you call ahead. Overall, it’s definitely a hidden treasure!

• Noel (6/5): Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. - Unsere Erwartungen an ein Hotel zu diesen Premium Preisen war wesentlich höher als was wir vorfanden. Check-in & Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen und die Drinks waren gut… obschon kleine Portionen. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist traumhaft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht, da alle Villas vergeben waren. Die Zimmer waren geräumig mit sehr bequemen Betten und riesigem TV ausgerüstet. Die Zimmer waren gegen den Hügel ausgerichtet - leider keine tolle Aussicht. Die Fenster waren dreckig und es waren noch Produktekleber drauf. Terrassentüren waren billig hergestellt und hatten offene Schlitze am Boden (wie die Türe auch)…. Dies führte dazu dass wir in der Nacht einige unerwünschte Besucher hatten - diverse Kakalacken & Tausendfüssler. Leider hing von der Decke ein Stromkabel und am Eingang waren die Wandlampen beschädigt. Beim Lavabo fehlte die Handseife. Grundsätzlich empfanden wir die Umgebungsgestaltung lieblos und nicht sehr gepflegt. Es fehlen Pflanzen. Der Pool is klein, relativ dreckig und die Farbe blättert an diversen Orten ab. Ich verstehe nicht, wie man neben dem Pool einen künstlichen Sandstrand anlegen kann und es nicht mal eine Pool-Dusche gibt um sich die Füsse zu waschen. Das Hotel ist ein Paradies für Haustiere, viele Hunde freuen sich bei 40 Grad auf eine Abkühlung im Pool. Das hat Vor- und Nachteile. Das Hotel hat gute Ansätze aber es fehlt noch der Feinschliff um die Preise zu rechtfertigen. Ich empfehle eine Villa zu buchen. Fazit: Ok - aber mehr auch nicht.

• James (9/5): It was peaceful and relaxing - It was beautiful, comfortable and friendly staff. Very peaceful and relaxing. The road to get there is rough, a SUV is a must. Wifi in the villas was not working and the ran out of food menu fast.
• Liliana (8/5): Great Potential with Warm Hospitality and amazing view - Despite its potential, there are still areas where this place could improve its service. The rooms are pleasant, comfortable, and clean, but there's a noticeable lack of sufficient lighting for those wanting to work indoors. On a positive note, the stunning view enhances the experience, and the communal pool meets expectations. While the background music is enjoyable, it tends to be somewhat repetitive, and the staff and guests create a friendly atmosphere. The price you pay for one night should warrant impeccable service. While the staff are friendly, it's evident that they lack experience and are doing their best. During my stay, there were issues with water and electricity, yet information about these problems was not readily provided unless I inquired. Additionally, the food service, particularly breakfast, took over an hour to be served after ordering. The kitchen and waitstaff were not coordinated, resulting in delayed food delivery, cold beverages, and incorrect orders or ingredients being commonplace. While my experience wasn't terrible, the level of inexperience among the staff is not acceptable given the high price point, exceeding that of a 5-star hotel. Consequently, the value for money is around 8. The only redeeming factor is the impressive view, which might entice me to return despite these shortcomings

• nelson (10/5): Un bonito lugar - Un bonito lugar, con diseño sobrio, se ingresa por una via rural desde Puente Iglesias, ubicado lejos del ruido de la ciudad, con todas las comodidades, parqueadero, restaurante abierto hasta las 11 pm. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, con baño privado y Aire Acondicionado. La mejor opción son las cabañas o villas privadas con jacuzzi independiente. Recomendado para desconectarse y descansar
