Y tanto la recepcionista Estefanía como la camarera Nataly son un verdadero encanto. En este hotel tienen la “peculiaridad” de que en el desayuno debes elegir entre bebida fría (zumo, por ejemplo) o bebida caliente (café). Pero no te ponen las dos. Si quieres ambas (lo que es lógico para un desayuno en cualquier hotel de esta categoría en cualquier parte del mundo), te hacen pagar el extra de dicha bebida. Creo que es mejorable este punto, por parte de la dirección.

Good location 5-10 minutes from the metro, nice neighbourhood, only a bit noisy. The airport pick up didn‘t work. Although it was indicated, the booked room had no noise protection. It was very loud from the rooftop bar on the other side. The new room had only windows with milk glass windows, but was quiet and fine overall.

• Krista (9/5): - Fabulous location in El Poblado, away from the noise, but safe and secure neighbourhood with shops and restaurants and metro in walking distance. There is a hostel with rooftop parties across the street, but they finished early during our stay (from Sun to Wed). It’s a beautiful hotel with professional staff. We loved the check-in - instead of standing at counter you could chill on the couch while everything was sorted out. A la carte breakfast was delicious. That is a first world problem, but there were no glasses in the room and upon asking you could get only paper cups. Breakfast could have more drinks than just a choice between coffee OR juice. Nevertheless, it was delicious.

• Paul (4/5): An sich nicht schlecht, aber wir fühlen uns durch Namen und Fotos getäuscht. - Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr schön. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben das „wellcomm Spa & Hotel“ gebucht, weil der Name und auch die Fotos einen spa Bereich versprechen. Beim Check-in hat man uns darüber informiert, dass der Spa nur gegen eine Gebühr von umgerechnet fast 50€ pro Person genutzt werden kann. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht.

Había una fiesta en la terraza y el ruido se oía fuerte por todo el hotel y en las habitaciones, intente subir por lo menos a oír la música y tomar algo en la terraza ya que no podía dormir y no pude por qué era un evento privado. Me parece que cuando pase esto los huéspedes de hotel al no poder dormir por el ruido, pueden tener la posibilidad de subir a un espacio en la terraza.

Não gostei de dois pontos específicos e que podem ser melhorados para atender as reais expectativas. O hotel, em seu anúncio, mostra piscina como se estivesse disponível aos hóspedes, mas, na verdade, só pode utilizar se fizer uso do Spa, que tem alto valor. O café da manhã, apesar de ser bom, tem opções limitadas e nos oferecem um cardápio que a maioria das opções também não está inclusa na estadia, o que gera uma confusão no hóspede. Ajustando esses pontos, acredito que a nota pode ser elevada.

• FIL&LEE (5/5): - Lo mejor de la experiencia fue el chico que nos recibió y el personal de limpieza él fue muy atento nos acompañó hasta la habitación y al abrirla vimos que apenas cabíamos y eso que no somos personas de gran tamaño enseguida llamó y nos cambió a otra habitación con mejores condiciones un gesto muy bonito por el que estamos muy agradecidos las chicas de limpieza fueron siempre encantadoras con una sonrisa constante muy amables y pendientes de todas nuestras necesidades sin duda lo más positivo del hotel Una gran decepción el Wellcomm Spa & Hotel Medellín con un olor constante a comida en todas las zonas del hotel debido a una muy mala extracción las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escucha absolutamente todo lo que ocurre alrededor lo que hace imposible descansar el desayuno es mejor que no lo ofrezcan ni siquiera como cortesía es una auténtica vergüenza dos trocitos de fruta y una rodaja mínima de sandía totalmente indigno de un hotel que pretende tener categoría el trato del personal es muy irregular algunos son muy amables pero otros extremadamente malos y se nota claramente la falta de formación hotelera se vende como spa y hotel pero está muy lejos de cumplir los estándares mínimos para ello además había una chica sentada todas las mañanas en la zona de cafeterías muy antipática nunca saludaba siempre con mala actitud muy seria no quedó claro cuál era su función iba uniformada pero con una educación totalmente inaceptable en conjunto una experiencia muy negativa y una decepción total no repetiría en absoluto
• Nicolas (8/5): Nice spot, neat and nice rooms, but disappointing breakfast! - Comfy rooms, lighting gadget to set the mood. Deluxe rooms are spacious enough. The neighborhood is quiet yet vibrant for dinner and evenings out. Included breakfast is so restrictive: it is juice OR coffee, omelette is with cheese OR ham. It did not felt like a 4-star hotel breakfast. The last day staff did apologize and seemed more open, but definitely something we should not have to complain about.

El personal de todo el hotel super amables y comprometidos con el hotel lo que se rsiente en el ambiente de todo el hotel. Resalto en especial a José Peralta que está atento a todos los detalles, no se limita a su función de anfitrión sino que resuelve como el día que estaba el hotel sin internet y se demoraba el servicio de desayuno ya que se devia ir hasta la cocina, él diligentemente se prestó a atender junto con la chica encargada para evitar mayores atrasos. En el restaurante Memmoria que funciona en el 2 piso, Guillman es especial con el orgullo que presenta el restaurante y los platos ofrecidos y sugerencias hace que el momento sea agradable. En la terraza sucede algo similar el ambiente que se refleja es sinonimo al compromiso y agrado del personal hacia lo que hacen. Todo me gustó

• Tereza (7/5): No windows and noisy rooms - The design of the hotel and the rooms is beautiful, comfy beds, the breakfast was really good (a choice from a set menu), and the location is also great. Unfortunately, overall this hotel was a major disappointment. We booked an Executive Suite, which looked very appealing in the photos. However, we were assigned a room without any real windows. The only “window” opened onto the corridor, meaning anyone passing by could see into our room, so we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. Beyond the lack of privacy, having no windows resulted in no natural daylight during the day (as shown in the photos), which made the room feel very unpleasant. When we asked to change rooms, the receptionist told us there was nothing she could do, despite multiple other rooms still appearing available on Booking.com. Another significant issue was the constant noise from the air conditioning system—not from our unit, but from all the units, as the hotel has the outdoor A/C units located inside the building. In addition, the restaurant below our room was very noisy. Overall, we found the hotel’s presentation and room descriptions to be misleading. The absence of windows was not mentioned, and the rooms were described as “soundproof,” which was clearly not the case. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

• Katherine (2/5): Inaccurate Description of Rooms - It is central to many great restaurants and cafes. The room had a yoga mat/foam roller. I booked an Executive Suite specifically because it was advertised as having a city view. However, the windows in our room were completely opaque, offering no view at all. Additionally, we found what appeared to be dried blood on one of the pillows, which was unacceptable. The rooms are also not soundproof; we could clearly hear noise and activity from the room above throughout our stay. When I raised the concern about the room view, the staff were not particularly helpful. Furthermore, the hotel advertises a sauna available for an additional cost, but there is no sauna on the property. For the price per night, there are many other hotels in the area that offer more accurate descriptions, better amenities, and higher-quality service. I visit Colombia frequently and have stayed in numerous hotels, and unfortunately, much of the information provided by this property about its rooms and amenities was misleading.

Check in is 3pm, and spa closes at 4pm, so probably dont have time to get there. I managed to go there next morning, and then during check out was told it was not included in the price and it olmost doubled the price of stay. That's for 30min in spa that have 3 small pools and turkish sauna. No real saunas or swimming pool etc.
• Jason (10/5): Caribbean Tourist - Hotel is Clean , Friendly Staff , Great Food , Nearby a lot of Restaurants & Bars , Close to nightlife: El Poblado Park, Lleras & Provenza and A very Safe Location. Last but not least the Spa was amazing. N/A

• Keilamarie (6/5): - Buenas comodidad. El desayuno están bien. Bonito ambiente. No proveen mucha información, nunca nos dijeron que el mini bar era de pago, ni en la web tienen la info tampoco. Ya saben no tomen nada del mini bar o se lo van a cobrar. Las habitación son algo pequeñas, y eso que pague por una más grande.
