• Long (7/5): Need new TV decoder n AC - The location was quite good. The amenities were adequate. The counter PIC were friendly. I need to change room as the TV was not working well. But the next room, my AC remote was not working n I send it to the counter to exchange. Yet, I didn't get the remote n had to on off it manually.

• Rohani (5/5): comfortable enough for a night stay - customer service The facilites in the rooms are a bit outdated. The ac in the room that we got wasn't working (the room was big). We moved to a room across the hall—smaller and hardly any space for solat. Shortly afterwards, the staff moved us to a room beside the 1st room, which is a triple room. TQVM for the bigger room.

• Noor (4/5): Near all amenities but changing manipulation to the customers. - Near to all amenities and easy to go. This hotel charges me, 8% VAT which is not included by the bill from booking com and the local authority. These hotels make easy money by manipulation of charges given by Booking.com. This tactic is not good for the tourism industry. I do hope that local authorities come to these hotels and check the charges they made for the tourists.

Has the Chowkite market 5mins away which is a real steal deal zone Food available all around KK adjacent, 7-11 and other convenience stores all within a minute 1)Staff is not accomodating. Lift wasn't working. They gave us a room on the 4th floor . Only when they saw we were checking out other places did they give a room on the 3rd floor. Booking.com has included late checkout till 5 pm but they were insisting on extra per hour charges . Only when I proved it to them and said that I will complain about it did they return the deposit money No kettle was provided till asked for. Lift wasn't working
• Hillary (5/5): Well spend money on this staying. - I like that the location of staying is quite strategic and near with public transportation. The iron board provided is not a practical one. No mug provided at least. The water heater is not adjustable. No hair dryer provided. The beginning of check in, no pillow cover provided which is being inform before we going to our room but not long after that got staff send pillow cover to our room but only one piece which is they suppose to know its a room with 2 single bed.

• Erni (2/5): Ok - Location. Nearest to KFC 24hours, speedmart. Lift is broken during our stay. Our room is level 2 and we need to take stairs. The room smells smoking. I choose non smoking rooms. The bed is hard.

I request for kettle but the staff does not fulfill my request. Until morning I check out still I can get the kettle. The electric shower heater was not functioning so I have to take my bath at 5 am with cold water
