Guest Reviews
- Shaa (1/5): worst - nothing look like a ghost house
- Roshan (5/5): -
- Sudthida (1/5): - When it was time to check in, the hotel canceled the reservation, forcing us to find new accommodation and pay more.
- Amin (8/5): -
- Faris (1/5): Bad -
- Frederick (10/5): - For a low price, this hotel is a good value. The location is excellent in the center of Kuala Lumpur. But there's no elevator so be ready to climb stairs whenever you go outside.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Stay anywhere else - Absolutely disgusting. Stained sheets with yellow and dried blood and blood on the floors. Room stank of cigarettes. No toilet paper. Toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet.Blasting music for the bar below till 3am. Did not feel safe as someone was try to get into our room at 4am. Left our stay early because the place just had nothing good to offer
- Lee (1/5): Please don’t go here - The manager was extremely rude to me and the place is so creepy I don’t recommend at all The manager was extremely rude to me and the place is so creepy I don’t recommend at all
- Jeffrey (1/5): Worst hotel ever in my life - NOTHING apart from the bar/ restaurant next door. Great food and staff. Located next to a very loud nightclub. 4 flights of stairs without lift. They charged me twice and after 6 weeks still no refund. Each room has a dead TV. I will NEVER stay here again. Avoid if you like sleep. Nightclub has music booming till 3am . The bass was shaking our bed. Also security checking people in at all hours throughout the night making dreadful noise at 5am laughed when i asked if they could be quiet and stop moving furniture around in room next to us after only 2 hours sleep..
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffrey (10/5): Mind your head 😉 - Very helpful friendly pleasant staff. Location and good value. Tricky climb up 4 flights of stairs.Although for me at 5ft8 much safer than it was for my 6ft3 son . But in all fairness normally I love stairs but after a long travel i was a bit tired. But the staff carried my suitcase so not a real dislike. My only true dislike would be the dead TV in the rooms. Remove or replace.
- Aiman (1/5): Bad -
- Faizal (2/5): Very poor -
- Mahamud (3/5): good behaviour - nice Palace,& Environment there ia no reason
- Hafiz (1/5): Bad - Pelase don’t ever book this hotel The team
- Turab (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Just the fact is good they didn't charged me when I refuse It's just old dirty building with awful stairs, smell. No Windows at all. Very bad
- Andaluz (3/5): Poor - Have the blood side of the blanket. Dirt the blanket and pillow case. I ask to change it but the receptionist doesn't want it
- Jillur (1/5): Bad - They provide us one set towels for the three days!
Didn’t provide water, soap, shampoo.
Curtain was not enough to protect outside light.
And so many things
- Muhamad (1/5): Bad -
- Afiza (8/5): Very good - Surronded by pub.. i cant sleep at all...
- Leo (2/5): Very poor - The location is very good. Water for the bathroom very limited, reception arrangements old school, sometimes nobody at reception place, difficult to contact once any problem. The icebox not available, socket available, but too far from the bed, the light menthol sometimes not functioning well, and many basic things not available.
- Subjajit (4/5): Disappointing - It is in the prime location with parties around The facilities are old, no lift, very narrow passage to go to up stairs.
- Ian (6/5): Basic amenities in a very central location. - Location in the middle of Changkat area, so right in it. If you need a place close to the bars and clubs, you have succeeded. The staff were super friendly. The noise from the street was remarkably less than I thought it would be.
The manager was cool and moved me to a different room. I had just had two bookings for aparthotels cancel me for no reason. So this was a 10pm decision. Only the top floor rooms have windows. The duty manager very kindly put me upstairs. Room 49 has windows! The bed linen is old and a little grotty and the furnishing are tired but I add the caveat that this is a budget hotel. It is basic. If you need somewhere to crash then this place will do it. If you need comfort, pay a little more and look around.
- Yusman (8/5): i like it - the vibes is very nice tv cant open
- Shah (3/5): Poor - Good
- Aliqbal (3/5): Poor - Easy to go bukit bintang The place not worth it
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location is very convenient,, you can go anywhere from near by station.
Hotel manager is so kind and supportive.
Room is classical old unlike urban style.
And TV does not work however if you need to just accessible place, it’s alright.
A little hilarious place, maybe I can recommend for younger people.
- Stuart Andrew (2/5): - The website photos are very "imaginative", I would use the tern hostel rather than hotel most rooms do not have private shower room/toilet, rooms are very small and have three single beds squashed into them, stairways are definitely not child friendly. With this one it really is a case of you barely get what you pay for, so much so me and my party could not stay there and had to book other accommodation. Very very disappointed, this property may we'll be ok for single male travellers or backpackers on a budget but certainly not for an older couples and families with young children.
- Thomas (4/5): - Unfortunate hotel suffering from lack of maintenance. The property had a "For Sale" sign posted at the front.
Pillows were stained yellow with the DNA of scores or hundreds of previous guests. Sheets were yellowed, towels were threadbare.
Club next door "The Hull" has a loud bass subwoofer which pounds until 3am Friday and Saturday night.
Sure, it's cheap, but for a little more there are excellent hotels in the neighborhood, one of which I moved to before my stay here was up.
- Chieh-Min (8/5): - Good central location but can be noisy at weekend due to local bars.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Nice comfortable room.
- Salem (8/5): Very good -
- Vairava (1/5): Bad - I had payment through online ready, but they are said , no payment, cheating me, so again I paid full amount, please check and refund my amount $93.88 I want to my online booking amount
Cheating me ....
- Periyasamy (1/5): Bad -
- Mohd (1/5): Bad - Please return the money ASAP. There is no Room available when I arrive. This is unacceptable. Booking.com must be responsible for this. I take two hours to find a room
. After confirming there is no room
