• Koh (6/5): Not The Right Choice if Your Expectation too High - The location is very convenient. No lift. cleanliness need to improve. Water heater not functioning. Not sure what noise during day time for room 301.

• Anderson (9/5): - The staff gave me a room upgrade for the same price. Some drunkard tried to enter my room and rang the doorbell. Disturbed my peaceful sleep.

• Colin (8/5): Reasonably priced place to stay - Budget hotel if all you need is a place to stay overnight. Used towels left in the closet from previous guests, smell extremely horrible. There’s no airflow in the room unless you leave the door open while letting the toilet fan run.

• Samharis (4/5): Disappointed - There's alot of food shop nearby. 10 minutes walking distance to Aeon mall No lift,have to climb the stairs to 2nd floor , room was small , the wall paint was Crack, No make-up mirror , only mirror in.a bathroom , Air conditioner not working good . Hard to get parking spots .

• Renuka (2/5): Very poor - location is okay very disappointing experience with the room condition. The bed frame was broken, and the cabinets were damaged as well. There was visible mould on the walls, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, the room looked poorly maintained and not at all like the pictures advertised. Definitely not worth the price, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve the condition of the rooms.

• Aisyah (6/5): It was OK, easy to park, easy to access, easy to find. Expected for the cheap price I get - Near with Aeon where I'm working Tidy but not clean, like cabinet are not been swipe, its stain oily, pillowcase kinda yellowy. I always bring my own pillowcase just in case

• Chor (7/5): No frills hotel but in convenient location - convenient location near to Aeon mall, Lotus and many eateries and spa shops. it is a basic hotel with no frills which is what we paid for. Elderly guests should be aware that there are no lifts.

• Enzytim (8/5): Very good - Staff: Are very nice and helpful.They helped us by giving tips in travelling here in Malaysia and booking our tickets in Redbus app. We appreciate the customer service👌 Location: It's a bit far from JB Sentral and to the place we wanted to be in Larkin Terminal. We opted this hotel because its clean and the reviews are great. Ambience: Needs a little repainting and replacing the bidet with a bum gun. No window room the water heater works perfectly. The room is clean. No lift but totally fine. Note: There will be a Tourist Tax 10RM make sure you have ample cash.

• Chiu (2/5): Disappointed - Close to the mall Partition too thin, can hear next room moving and knocking, toilet water heater not function well, water not hot, pillows are yellowish, there is no tissue box, online stated to check in at 1pm to 2 pm, but the staff said that this is for walk in to check in, have to pay 20 RM for early check in, for those who book on-line have to come back after 3pm even the room is ready, end up sit in MacDonald for 2 hours.

• Supr3m36 (5/5): For the price, dont expect much. A 1 night stay is ok for the price. Not advisable for longer stay. - Wifi was surprisingly passable. Location is good, near eateries and aeon mall. Front Staff was friendly. I booked a room for 3 pax. Even though there were 1 double bed and 1 single bed, we find the room very small. There are 2 cups but no coffee or tea. And only 2 mineral water given instead of 3. And there are no lifts, so need to go up stairs.

• Lim (2/5): For a night stay, its bearable as room is very small even for solo traveller. - Lots of eateries around the hotel. The staff is very helpful. The room is generally clean. The bed has lost its firmness, so it gave me backache. The windows in the toilet should at least be blurred to give more privacy as it can be seen from opp units on the higher floor.
