Dannielle (3/5): Very poor communication - I liked the swimming pool The property told me that there was an after hours number I could contact so I could check in late. That was not the case, I ended up sleeping in the reception for 3hours after a flight, I had already paid for the previous 2 nights so a stay of 3 nights and only in a bed for 1. The communication was very poor and I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re coming in on a late flight. If I had known nobody would be there after hours I would’ve booked somewhere else. Waste of time and money for me unfortunately
Friederike (6/5): Haben uns ein wenig mehr erwartet! - Es sind grosse Zimmer ,recht gemütlich, benötigen aber dringend gewisse reperaturen. Auch ging der Fernseher nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen sind. Wie schon erwähnt, benötigen die Zimmer eine gewisse Pflege, so dass man sich gerne dort aufhält.

Azhar (2/5): I disappointed. - I only like the bathtub and the place was cozy when night time. My stay was quite disappointing. When I first arrived check in the place, there were a lot of baby cockroaches around the place, which made it uncomfortable. The unit also had many damages - for example, some of the plug and all the water heater were not working and some of the things inside the bathroom broke already. The air conditioner took a very long time to cool the living room and the bedroom, and the internet connection was extremely slow. Even the parking need to pay 1 hour MYR2, so waste of money. Overall, the place really needs proper maintenance and cleaning. Not recommended.

Wifi not function 3. TV not function And most of all, the staff are really really poor..They closed the reception counter at 10.00pm and customer cannot complaint if have a problem..eventhough, they give hp number but they never pick up the call or reply the msg..

Mehen (1/5): Urgent Complaint Regarding Room 2013 – Request for Refund Dear Dua Sentral Management, I recently stayed in Room 2013 - Urgent Complaint Regarding Room 2013 – Request for Refund Dear Dua Sentral Management, I recently stayed in Room 2013 and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. • There was a strong urine smell in the bathroom. • Cockroaches were present in several areas. • The air conditioner was running but did not provide any cooling, leaving the room stuffy. • The tiles were broken and unsafe. • There was no Wi-Fi connection available during my stay. These issues made my stay very uncomfortable and far below expectations. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these problems. Given the poor condition of the room, I would like to request a full refund for my stay. If a full refund is not possible, I request at least a partial refund as a fair resolution. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Sameer (4/5): - Five Senses KL by Dua Sentral, it's called. The 5 senses are disappointment, disgust, underwhelming, surprise and finally relief (that we were only staying a night). I was horrified that part of the check-in process involves a photo being taken of your passport, directly INTO a WhatsApp message and sent on the check-in agent's phone! Not sure where this is being sent/ stored. Didn't seem very professional. The photos of the Deluxe Queen Suite don't match reality. The apartment was on the 22nd floor, infested with cockroaches, and some squashed ones seen in drawers and on floors. Didn't seem thoroughly cleaned, apartment had a funny smell. No towels provided, had to go back downstairs to ask for some. Insufficient cutlery. Lots of wear and tear on the toilet, sink and bath. There's a nice cheap place to eat on the ground floor lobby. For a one-night stay, was tolerable. Was sent a message after the stay to give a 5 star review for a discounted future stay. Won't be returning!

Josh (1/5): Ripped off. Was never given the damage deposit back - Good location I was ripped off by the property, I was made to pay a cash deposit, which was not than I paid for the room. I was told I would get the money back when I checked out however the reception was closed in the morning and I still have not received my deposit back more than 2 weeks later. The WiFi did not work in the room, you could only get signal in the corridor. The windows didn’t close properly so you could hear the traffic outside.

Изначально предоставили номер в более худшем состоянии и с маленькой кроватью, хотя при бронировании указывал "king size", но после разговора с персоналом, нам все таки предоставили более приемлемый номер с кроватью соответствующего размера. Однако лучшее состояние номера абсолютно не означает его хорошее состояние. Грязно. номера абсолютно точно нуждаются в ремонте, как минимум косметическом. Видели несколько тараканов. Бассейн не работает и находиться на обслуживании (судя по всему уже давно) Если вы цените чистоту и приятные условия проживания, подумайте несколько раз перед тем, как выбрать этот вариант. Цена конечно низкая и это привлекает, но это абсолютно не значит что номера должны быть в таком состоянии.

I saw some used price tags from the previous guest. Some of the tiles have falls apart. Its not safe for kids as well. In the kitchen area got small cockroach. Worst stay

First, the **WiFi was extremely poor**, making it difficult to get any work done or even browse the internet. A reliable internet connection is a basic requirement, but this hotel failed to provide it. Second, **cleanliness was an issue**—I was shocked to find a **cockroach inside the room**. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards. The **air conditioner was painfully slow**, taking ages to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. For a premium suite, this is a major letdown. Additionally, despite booking a **king suite**, the hotel provided only **two sachets of tea and coffee**, which is hardly sufficient. Worse yet, when we requested more, they outright **refused** to provide any extras. This lack of hospitality is disappointing. While the **interior looks decent**, many of the facilities simply do not function as they should. A hotel is not just about appearances—it should provide a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, this place fell short on multiple fronts. Would **not** recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Victoria (9/5): Vista increíble de la ciudad - La vista desde este alojamiento es increíble! El staff es super amable. La habitación es enorme, super cómoda. La piscina es enorme y estaba super limpia, y cuenta con una vista 360 de la ciudad El baño estaba un poco sucio, había insectos en la habitación. El gimnasio no estaba abierto al público y la piscina es solo hasta las 19. Estaría bueno q la terraza quede habilitada hasta más tarde para poder apreciar las luces de la ciudad a la noche. Esta un poco alejado del centro, la estación de subte más próxima es a 1 km

William (6/5): Disappointing experience - Initially I tried to contact the property on the number given several times but could not get a reply. We were a little disappointed with the condition of the Apartment, the floors were dirty in some areas in the corners and we had to sweep everyday. The access door to the a/c unit was unlocked and slightly open, which might account for the dust issue. The equipment in some area was old, in the case of the hair dryer provided burnt out while we were using it. But the owner replaced it the same day, although she did not introduce herself as that. The decore was a bit tired and the sliding wardrobe door in the shower/toilet was not connected to the bottom track and swung as well as slid, I thought this a bit dangerous. I realise this was not an expensive let and on research differed little from other properties in the block, but wonder if they were of the same tired condition.
