• Heather (4/5): - I used the hotel as it was close to Great Ormond Street hospital. It was a large room with double and 3 single beds. It was disgustingly the was stains all over the carpet walls n ceiling. I refused to use the shower coz the mould that was in it. You could see the stains on the duvet through the duvet cover so I slept in my clothes. Lucky enough my husband decided to stay otherwise I would have left and slept in the hospital waiting area where it was more comfortable.
• Jeffrey (2/5): - Do not go there. Dirty, not got water, zero help from staff. I booked for 5 days and left after 2, even if it was not refundable. Really a bad place to stay.
• Charlotte (2/5): - Room not clean, including bathroom. Hair in shower, no plug in sink, clearly not cleaned. Hair on bed, mattress springs prominent , had to cushion with towel under sheet. Table had thick film of dust. TV did not work, broken spring on bedroom door which I assume should be a fire door. No teaspoon for tea. Pillows extremely lumpy.
• YUCHANG (6/5): - very good location. behind the building is Main Street. I believe that is bloomsbury wy where there are lots of shops, restaurants. Russell square garden is just cross the street. Walking distance to British museum, Soho square, Oxford St, and two tube stations nearby. It takes 30 mins from airport to Tottenham court station by Elizabeth line. I don't think Thanet can be ranked 3 star hotel. However, after 3 days stayed over there, the little room with London give me the good memory.

• Peter (4/5): - First place I’ve ever stayed where there is a kettle, but no tea or coffee to make and where there is a tv that doesn’t work and WiFi that decides when it will or where there is evidently a leak because the carpet is sodden and yet the owner chooses not to do anything about it. Astonishing!
• Richard (4/5): Not sure what to say - The front of house staff were efficient and friendly. I have zero complaints. The issue is the mould and damage in the rooms. Cut my foot on a broken tile in the toilet and didn’t dare shower incase the mould spores touched me. Cheapest in the area for a reason but not sure how am health and safety haven’t closed them down.

• Guerson (4/5): Not worth the price - Overall the lobby staff were friendly. No complaints with them what so ever. Very nice people. My room on the other hand had the smallest shower ever. With a shower head that sprayed everywhere but your body. The bed was slanted as sinking in the flood, not very comfy. No AC, but the fan on high speed was so low. Overall for the price, comfort was bad, cleanliness was poor, and shower/bathroom was very poor.

Although a budget hotel the rooms do need updating and fans during summer would be great! TV remote was broken. • Emma (4/5): Awful place to stay, don’t make the same mistake. - Check in was fine although was expected to fill out forms with all my details yet again even though this was already provided online. Actual room was very very dirty,carpets have not been cleaned in a long time,in fact not sure if they have ever used a hoover it was covered in general dirt and dust. Beds were very uncomfy was like sleeping on a brick,pillows were practically nonexistent just lumpy sacks. Was Provided with 3 dirty cups I milk sachet and a couple of tea/coffee sachets but no kettle.when we asked about a kettle was told they didn’t have any. Was only 4 plug sockets in room,fan was plugged into one and tv in another so 2 sockets between 4 adults to charge phones etc was not happening. Shower was dirty with mould around the bottom and on arrival there was long back hairs all in the shower. Not exactly a cheap place to stay. We were in London to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday and for the price we paid I at least expect it to be clean and tidy with simple amenities. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I stay here again
• Dee (2/5): Pause before entering, thanks. - On arrival there where socks left over from a previous stay, and dried urine on the toilet seat. We requested it to be cleaned which it was as we went out. On the second day, we stayed for a longer sleep, however there was no door hanger saying do not enter. I woke to the cleaner knocking and immediately entering whilst i was naked.
• Christopher (2/5): - We were extremely disappointed with the Thanet Hotel. The images on Expedia do not come close to what you actually get. For the price we paid, the room was dirty, you could feel the springs through the mattresses, and I’m seriously worried about bringing bed bugs home, although, fortunately , we didn’t experience any bites. There were no hand towels and a minimal amount of all-purpose soap was provided - there was no shampoo or body wash. The shower was mouldy. The staff were indifferent or rude when we interacted with them. The location was great and the area behind the hotel seems to be home to a number of foxes and birds which was nice.

Your site skipped mention of this fact and I m very disappointed by lack of transparency by the hotel and Expedia. I upgraded the second night for 15 GBP extra with private toilet and shower, but it did not have soap, shampoo or body wash. Horrible experience , terrible service on a super hot day in London

• ebare2025 (2/5): Good location - poor conditions - Good location, but terrible conditions. It looks good from outside, but I am not recommending to stay there. This is actually one hotel with two parts - one part is called The Thanet Annex Hotel and second one The Thanet Hotel. The first one is the worst.
• waynet1965 (2/5): Thanet Hotel - avoid it like the plague - The hotel is quite well located. It is a Victorian terraced property that has been converted into a hotel. Not the best of conversions to be honest. It appeared to be a bit pricey for a budget hotel at £95 per night but at short notice suited my needs. I booked online for 2 nights - I had travelled from NZ so was pretty tired when I booked & when I arrived. When I arrived at reception, I could see it was a bit run down & in desperate need of some TLC. The receptionist was very polite & helpful, letting me store my cases in a staff only room downstairs as I was early for check in. The staff only room was filthy but not really my problem or worry as I would be going up to my room in a couple of hours. My room was awful. It was dirty, there were stains on the carpet (just like the corridors) every floor board creaked & the bathroom was also dirty - the shower curtain was yellow/brown stained like it hadn't been washed in years, the floor hadn't been washed & there were crap stains in the toilet. I was running really late for a meeting so my choices were limited as I wouldn't be back until around midnight. I just didn't have the time to make any changes. Well, wine & beer can dilute most concerns, so at midnight I fell into bed. I soon awoke to traffic noise (which to be fair you'd expect in central London) but I couldn't close the window - it was blocked open & without a ladder I couldn't reach the top part. In hindsight I should've gone to reception, but at 3am thoughts can be a bit cloudy. I managed to doze on & off for a few hours but by the morning I wasn't in the best of moods but needed to head off to an early meeting. The shower curtain made me feel nauseous so having a shower made for an interesting experience. It was an important meeting so, again, my choices were limited. I returned from my meeting at 9.30 & the room hadn't magically improved. I immediately looked for another hotel & found one near Waterloo station for £87 & booked it for that night. I packed my cases & went to reception to cancel that night's booking. I was refused a refund but it was enough to get out of that awful place. The new hotel was incredibly good & I so wish I'd spent the extra few minutes searching. I've been fortunate to have travelled extensively & stayed in many hotels. Without doubt, this was my worst experience of a hotel. Summary - great location but a crap hotel. Avoid it like the plague...

Pillows and bed was unclean too. The room was full of dust. The tray used to keep tea cups and sugar was unclean. And there was sugar spilled on the tray. TV was pathetic. Only two small sachets of shower gel. The cupboard had very old blankets. Seriously it's not worth the money.

I would not have booked here as a woman travelling by myself had I known that I'd be sharing a toilet with a bunch of men. The toilet was not clean. The room was clean enough but very rough (unhemmed and water-stained curtain, some spots on the bedding, carpet warn, marked walls). I wouldn't stay again because of the shared bathroom particularly, and am really annoyed that I booked this without my knowing (other hotels had this listed explicitly, so I chose this one because it didn't say the toilet was shared... not cool).

• 51conorf (2/5): Needs a major renovation - This hotel has so much potential and is located in a prime location to London. However, the room was substandard, dirty, and in need of decoration. The room looked tired, and there was a smell of urine in the air. The plug socket was loose and sparking when I removed my charger. The exposed cables for the plug were a safety hazard. The fan provided in the room was extremely dirty, and the extractor fan in the bathroom was blocked with dirt. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I was bitten multiple times during the night. Despite these issues, the room was extremely cheap.

I just assumed any single room, at a hotel (not a hostel), would have its own bathroom. But apparently, standards are lower in England. I had to pay around £6 to store my luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Then online check out is started as 11 but on ground told it was 10. then was told by the check-in staff that I could leave my luggage on ground if I checked out. At check out was told this was a stashed place so had to pay
• bencarl (6/5): Below ground, below par? - This was a cheap room and much appreciated for it but could still be improved. The room (17) in the basement was spacious and tidy with tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer. The bed was comfy and there was good wardrobe space, a stand for your case and a TV. However the (spacious) bathroom, while clean, had drainage problems. Both the sink and shower filled up when water was running and were v slow to drain. Had to limit brushing teeth and shower to a few seconds. I tried a boiling kettle to clear blockage but no luck. Another annoyance was flat batteries in remote (common to expensive hotels too) but at least tv had a manual button at the back for volume and channels (sadly, it was Jaws 3 I chose to watch). Overall, good location and a budget choice but maybe 17 is best avoided.

Chambre sale, carrelage de la salle de bain décollé (mais morceaux de carrelage toujours sur place), masqué par un tapis en plastique sale lui aussi, bac à douche qui n’évacue que difficilement, robinets qui ne tiennent pas, poussiéreux, meubles hors d’âge, la télé ? Elle est bien là mais ne fonctionne pas, matelas taché++, aucun ménage pendant le séjour (si vous y aller prenez votre savon vu qu’ils ne rechargent pas), pas de verrou dans la chambre mais un simple loquet… arrêtons là le massacre. L’amabilité du personnel ne compense pas l’insalubrité.
• Garry (2/5): Worse room ever - The room I was given looked nothing like the rooms in the photos. It was a dingy horrible very small outdated room in the basement that wasn't clean and the duvet cover was dirty and had hair all over it.
• xpc316e (2/5): Poor Quality And Not The Best Budget Hotel In London - This hotel advertises itself as the best budget hotel in London; it isn't. We had a basement room and as soon as we left Reception to go to the room, I noticed that the carpet in the corridor and on the stairs was very grubby. The room itself was in a poor state of decor with chunks out of the wallpaper and paint. It had one light in the centre of the ceiling and no bedside lamps for either of the two beds. There was one dining room chair and a rickety two-drawer bedside chest. There was a sink and a shaving light that did not work. The room was warm, in fact it was too warm. The window was the only source of fresh air, there being no air-conditioning, but it was possible to open it at one side by about 1cm. Thank goodness there was that tiny gap for fresh air; in summer this room would be insufferable. The bed had a very thin mattress of poor quality. The bedding and towels were clean, but the carpet was filthy. The contrast between the areas near the walls where there was little to no traffic and the dirty area in the remainder of the room was marked. The carpet itself was of the cheapest quality and should have been changed years ago. The sole curtain failed to cover the width of the window and the fabric was so thin that it didn't keep out much light. The toilet and shower were along the corridor and seemed fairly clean. The location of the hotel is convenient, but it is not worth the sum being charged. We were very disappointed with the quality of the room and its fixtures and fittings. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
• Go24147330586 (2/5): Great expectations based on location, foyer and Staff - Review of The Thanet Hotel Located just a short walk from Covent Garden, The Thanet Hotel presents with a promising location and a welcoming foyer, reception area, and staff that serve as its only redeeming features. Unfortunately, it struggles to meet even the basic expectations of a 3-star establishment for several reasons. While the room was clean, it was disappointingly basic, featuring only a sink and, bafflingly, no cold running water. The bed was far from comfortable, and the excessively firm pillow left me waking up with a sore neck. The communal ablutions added to the discomfort, as the constant opening and closing of doors throughout the night proved to be quite disturbing. Moreover, the ablution facilities enforced a “no paper in the toilet” policy, leading to a bin that was consistently overflowing with unsightly and unpleasant refuse. This was a significant oversight in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and the bin clearly needed to be emptied more frequently. Although the shower provided hot water, the water pressure was disappointingly weak, making for a lackluster experience. The most notable positive aspects of The Thanet Hotel are its affordable pricing and its prime location. However, given the substandard accommodations and various discomforts experienced during my stay, I found myself questioning the value for the money spent. Overall, while The Thanet Hotel has potential, significant improvements are necessary to elevate it from its current state.

Also, the beds were not very comfy and both us felt the springs in the mattress.

Flimsy doors key operated self locking, so rember your key when traveling to the bathroom. No services in the room. TV and kettle, the little basket offering tea, coffee or milk was empty. WiFi is extra.... The bathroom is at the very bottom of the hotel. Seperate shower room to toilet. Hostal may have offered more quality

Bathroom fan not working. Showere dirty. Net curtsins disguisting. Stains on carpet. No breakfast available. Bedside light not working. Hair dryer wiring dodgy. Room not refreshed at all during our four day stay.
• Patricia (4/5): Needs renovations - Mold in shower. Hair dryer doesn't work. No outlet to charge phone. Tv doesn't work well.
• Pearce (8/5): - For the price you really cannot complain, I paid just over £140 for 2 nights all the other hotels around that area was around the £250 mark. The room was a little hard to find as the layout is slightly confusing, the shower isn’t very big at all with barely any room to move around in, the floors are pretty squeaky so you can hear every little footstep outside your room. Despite this you can’t argue with the price. I will definitely be using this hotel in the future for more London trips, as the area it’s in is very convenient as it is close to all the main attractions of London.
• Marwen (6/5): - We got what we paid for but seriously this place needs a lot of renovating. Seemed a safe area and close to the train station.
• Kerry (6/5): Thanet Guest house - In the app or online (even in the welcome book! In the room) It said breakfast included. However this wasnt correct. Also the TV remote on off button needs attention. And toilet seat needs securing. All in all though its a lovely place with friendly people and a nice atmosphere so I enjoyed my visit.
• Graceannepete (2/5): Filthy Thanet hotel London - I booked a double room with en suite at this hotel for my husband and I. As soon as we arrived the smell of mould and excrement was overwhelming. We were give the keys for our room which was filthy. Crusty white marks on the side table, filthy walls and mould on the radiator. Curtain rails barely hanging off the wall and curtains that haven't been washed in months. The bed was creaky and the bedding was damp and mouldy. The bathroom clearly should not be a wet room. It looked nothing like the photos online and the manager has refused to refund or even respond to the complaint. We did not stay there and had to pay for a room elsewhere.
• Brian (8/5): - Hotel is dated but in a very convenient location for kings Cross abd exploring London. We only went to the hotel to sleep so it wasn't an issue
• frank (6/5): - The room two was better than many reviews. Staff is very friendly, everything went smoothly.. Although the walls are out of paper, You here every sound from the neighbours. Bathroom was acceptable although the shower head holder was broken. The curtain definitely should be exchanged because of staining. And the glass to brush your teeth and rinse your mounth was dirty. All things which could easily be mended and would make the experience with hatdly no effort much better. Obviously, the walls would have to be doubled up with plaster boards and repainted.
• Venture64124611371 (2/5): Disgusting. - I accept that the Thanet Hotel Annexe is a budget option, what I don't accept is the extremely poor state of the room, an aged and ruined flooring with the edge's and corner broken, filthy floor around the edges, under the bed and in all corners, heavy/old dust on the skirting, particularly in the corners. The cheapest and noisy mattress, twanging springs with every slight movement. Broken/leaking toilet bowl which ran into the shower base, the shower base mottled with spilt, and hardened, grout. Broken soap dish holder. Broken towel rail. Nowhere to place or hang clothing as the wardrobe doors were all screwed shut. Extremely slap dash painted ceiling, some parts not painted. Rust around the bathroom doorframe. Heavy spoiling on all top edges above 5 foot high in the bathroom.
• Jackie (8/5): - Convenient for short stays. The room was satisfactorily clean but the stairs getting to the room, not so much.
• Mike (2/5): - It was awful, i had to move rooms twice, beds are broke and everything, mold in the rooms, along with dirty bedding, i complainted and they said nothing they can do any more as moved once already. Please avoid at all costs.
• danielle (2/5): - The balcony door didn’t lock, it took two people to push it with full force in order to close it. The bedding also wasn’t changed. There were hairs, false lashes, makeup and chocolate all over the sheets, duvet and pillows. We then went down to reception and were made to change the bedding ourselves.
• 36erichb (6/5): Too high price, insufficient room service - After refusing to take a very, completely insufficient room - there wasn't even enough space to open the door to the bathroom properly! - I received a larger (more expensive) room which was all right. Very small shower in which it was nearly impossible to move. Insufficient room service; the trash wasn't emptied for days, the room wasn't cleaned, and the bed was never made. The whole hotel looked a bit run down. The price for the room was too high considering the quality of the room and of the service.
• Faye (6/5): - We just needed a room to sleep in after theatre trip so this did the job. The rooms are dated but were clean and spacious. One night here was fine. Wouldn’t stay longer than that. Good location by Holborn station. Walkable to Covent Garden’s. So suited us. Cheap and easy.
• nataliepT7598KH (10/5): Too expensive - When it was described as "budget" I didnt expect anything fancy, however I also didn't expect to find a mouldy bathroom, a toilet that leaks and no room to actually get in the shower. The room was massive and the bed clean but despite a massive wardrobe , so no where to hang anything as it was screwed shut and no plug sockets matched so too scared ro use them incase they blew the electrics The rooms are in consistent which isn't a surprise for London terraces but at least have the same products...so no tea /coffee set in our room but there was in my friends room. I tried to call reception but no answer and when I did speak to someone all the said was sorry.. For £30 more on the price I could have got a brand name hotel up the road.

• Praveen (4/5): - The place is in disrepair. The floors are uneven and creek, the carpets have mould. It takes it’s 2 star rating very seriously.
• Revathy (10/5): - Decent rooms with the affordable price in Central London and the staff were good. I didn't have the bed bug problem as someone said in the review comments. Had good sleep and it is close to British Museum.
• Ming Huei (8/5): - A unique experience living in an old building turned hotel. The staircase to our room was narrow and winding. The wooden floor made creaking sound and some parts of the carpet were torn with nails protruding. Despite the creaking floor, the beds and linen were clean and comfortable. Suitable for short stay and backpackers.
• Sarah (6/5): Needs updating - Room very basic An needs totally updating, windows old an ready to fallout so traffic noise was bad. Tv was tiny, coffee and tea basic. Beds were clean and comfortable. Didn’t see any staff just given key and left to it. Close to a lot of places an buses and tubes. Ideal for a one night stay anything else id look elsewhere. £152 for a night with no breakfast was really expensive for the conditions of the room.

• Lois (6/5): - Nice little park nearby. British Museum around the corner. Food stores within walking distance. No breakfast available but I know that when booking.
• Mummyoftheee (2/5): Awful Hotel - friendly people but the rooms are disgusting and not as advertised! - Absolutely awful! Paid for the room and saw images of it on booking when we got there. We had a completely different room and it was absolutely disgusting! I honestly have never not recommended a place before but this was just not worth any money at all and it was very dirty. I came with my husband so we sucked it up and stayed there. However, if I had come with my three children I would have left and gone and stayed somewhere else! Please be wary of this when booking as I would hate someone to have planned a lovely weekend or trip to find them staying in a room like we did!

• laulaup946 (2/5): Not just unclean, but filthy. - This hotel is disgusting. Not just unclean BUT filthy. The bed was broken and TV didn't work. Everything was dirty and stained (except luckily the white linen). There was a huge build-up of dust and hair by the radiator and a mousetrap on the landing between rooms. I had to stay in the room as I arrived so late and by looking at the general state of the hotel it was unlikely that others rooms would be clean either. Made a complaint via the booking agent and the hotel response was to say they employ a professional third party to clean. Not sure when they last had the cleaners in...the pictures speak for themselves. Only good thing was location.

• Andrew (8/5): - Great little hotel in central London. As other people mention it’s not quite the ritz , but it’s very good for the price. A little run down, but if you are spending your day out in London you won’t really mind. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
• David (8/5): - I usually stay at business class hotels but on this trip opted to save some money and selected this property. My ratings do not give them a break for being a discount property. This is a cute little hotel. I had a single room and while it was small it was warm, safe and comfortable. If you want more go stay at the Ritz. The staff was very helpful and eager to please. They know they need to work hard in a competitive market. If I were budget traveling I would stay there again.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Little run down but comfortable - The hotel is in a great location but it rather run down. It could do with some love but could be a fantastic place. The TV is so small it might as well be none existant. The cups are all miss matching. The shower could do with a de-scale and some support under the basin. The beds are comfortable and we did have a good nights sleep.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Exactly what they advertise. - The Thanet is exactly what it advertises itself. It is a 3 star with no elevator and 4 floors of rooms. The rooms were transformed into ensuite which means the bathrooms are very small. It is conveniently located to London, especially the West End, the British Museum and Covent Garden. The closest Tube station is Holburn. There is no daily maid service, like much of England and also no top sheet, again quite common in England these days.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Réception desk in separate building. Room was good size but bedding sparse. Bathroom not clean , light permanently on , both taps dripping, wall on right of basin dirty Package from shampoo had fallen into the toilet and not removed by cleaners TV remote control had no batteries so not possible to use TV.
• annettecT4596DV (2/5): Go to the Thanet, they surprise you with added extras…Like fleas! - Just when you thought you couldn’t get any worse than the Thanet Annexe, up pops the Thanet! Yes room was better…Ish, yes there was a kettle and yes there was a plug for the sink, but we didn’t expect, or pay for the fleas! Both my colleague and myself found ourselves covered in bites by the end of the week!
• Verified traveler (2/5): Please please avoid... an honest review! - Paid of the Thanet Hotel NOT the annex which is cheaper. However, we were put in the annex anyway. Stairs were awful, like a car park etc. Our room I actually can't describe how bad it was for £150! Curtains falling down, bathroom door didn't shut. Had one random table with stains and a chair that was falling apart. Half the wall was cream, half yellow. Cracks and damp in the ceiling. Honestly, I never leave reviews. I often think well we will be okay, but honestly, please don't stay here. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere safe, comfortable and clean. They should be ashamed of themselves.
• Christopher (8/5): - A bit concerned about the shower and drainage seems like an ideal spot for mould. The staff were wonderful but there were no food outlets or restaurants close by.
• Simon (6/5): Budget comfort - Great location, dated building. My stay was comfortable, there were issues which I dealt with in reception. It is by no means perfect but if you want to stay in central London on a budget its as good as any.
• Lucasorg (2/5): Quite the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - AVOID - I was pleased to get a room that was pretty central in London and with a late night check in, but from here things went rapidly downhill. The room (20) was in the basement, and the smell of rotting sewage on arrival was appalling. Initially I couldn’t even find the light switch to my room as it wasn’t by the door, and the space was tiny, hot and airless. The confirmation email describes my room thus: “Single room with shared bathroom - featuring free toiletries, this single room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The single room has carpeted floors and features a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe and garden views.” The “free toiletries” were a single, almost unopenable sachet of shower gel and the one and only towel was tiny. There was no obvious sign of a hairdryer, and the floor was wood-effect plastic. There was a kettle present but it was too big to fit under the tap in the loo. There was no wardrobe, but rather a hanging rail under the descending stairs which detracted from the space in the room. The “garden views” were into a tiny courtyard with rubbish blowing around in it. The loo was dirty and, as I said earlier, smelt of rotting sewage. The shower, in a separate room, had a door missing, meaning that water escaped whilst the shower was being used. There was no bedside light, so if you had to get up in the night, you had to fumble across the room in pitch darkness. The TV had about 5 semi-working channels, but even these were frequently pixelated and the sound became jumbled and impossible to follow. The corridor outside also had vermin traps. The bedclothes themselves were clean, but there was a hair inside my towel when I first opened it up. As I left, I noticed that they had some proud certificates of past successes on display, but these dated back to 2016 and 2013. I think it has been a long time since these good reviews were relevant. Sadly, I think this was the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. PLEASE AVOID…
• kringleb (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!! - We came to this hotel and found it to be a huge disappointment. The entire building is ancient and has NO air conditioning. The doors are rotting. The washroom is tiny. There is no fridge or kettle. The TV does not come with a remote. The furniture is old, dusty and broken. The carpet is dirty and old. The walls look like they are covered with piss. The light fixtures are completely ancient and half of the lights don’t work. The curtains are old and black spotted. The window is old and we have to wrestle with it before it closes. The washroom leaks and is so tiny that it is as big as our fridge. The shower is tiny and the water gets everywhere. The shower curtain is rotting and broken. The walls of the washroom are unnecessarily yellow. They provide no kettle to boil water. The beds are creaky and have springs sticking out. The bed back board looks like it is about to fall. The bedsheets are blood stained and have other people’s hair on it. I DO NOT recommend. This hotel was such a ripoff and it is so bad that me and my family would never leave a good review even if we were paid a huge amount. The reviews on Booking.com are all paid reviews and mislead you.The only reason why I am giving this hotel one star is because the location was really good. The hotel itself is horrible and I would definitely NOT recommend.
