• Stephen (8/5): It exceeded my expectations. - The location was around a 10 minute walk from Harlesden station on the Lioness line. There was a nice pub serving food, between the station and the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. It exceeded my expectations. Maybe a 12pm checkout time, instead of 11am.

• Laura (10/5): Perfect, warm, good sleep - The staff was very nice. Very clean and warm in the room, close to bus stations. You could do a tea and coffee, Asda market close to the place, few minutes far also a libanese restaurant (delicious food). Closed at entrance and save. A common kitchen where you have some tables chairs and a fridge where you can store your ordered food or some sandwiches. We came by taxi due to some mobility issues from Luton Airport. To the city we webt by bus and trains or bus and underground/overground. I really reccomend.

• Khalid (1/5): - I didn’t like anything is really dirty and I found some hair inside my bed the floor here everywhere I’ve been to the property more than 10 times. He let me wait to open the gate for me every time more than 10 minutes. Is really bad no cleaning. I found her in my bed on the floor very dirty and sticky and always. He doesn’t open the gate for me. Let me wait more than 10 minutes. I’ve been more than 10 time to the property.

• Felim (10/5): - Was brilliant place to stay will definitely book again and be back close to Wembley stadium so highly recommend staff so friendly and helpful the bedroom was spotless clean every day changed bedsheets and towels highly recommended fridges for to keep your own food in Just my gripe no wardrobe in my room but understand possibly no room for it and the freezer didn't doesn't work and no sink in the kitchen for washing dishes after you've eaten

• Mohammed (6/5): soundproofing walls needed - The hotel is pleasant, with comfortably sized room that are warm enough The carpet is somewhat dirty and could really use a deep clean. beds sheets need changing. The biggest issue, though, is the lack of soundproofing—the walls need improvement. I was kept up all night by noise from couples activities next room, which felt uncomfortably close.

• Mimi McNaull (8/5): Definitely worth it - It was very clean. The room might not be too big but being on holiday for visiting London you don't need big room, you spent the whole day out. It has all the facilities you need, shower and toilet, kettle and coffee and tea changed daily, towels changed daily, the bed was very comfortable. It was in a quiet district, secure gate and free parking. Everything was nice and I had a great time. It seems like the walls are very thin but I suspect the staff made sure they didn't put two visitors next to each other. Might be possible when not too busy, might be different when more people are booked but I didn't have much of a problem with that.

• Nasim (1/5): Do not trust this hotel with your valuables - Nothing I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I accidentally left my AirPods behind during my stay. A few days later, I used the Find My app and could clearly see that they were still located within the hotel. I called the hotel to ask about them, but the staff member at reception was unhelpful and seemed to dismiss my concern. While I was on the phone, I activated the sound on my AirPods, and I could hear it playing, which strongly suggested they were nearby. Despite this, the staff member did not make any effort to investigate or assist further. I understand that lost items can happen, but I expected a more professional and cooperative response from the hotel. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service. I would advise others to be cautious with their belongings and hope the hotel improves how it handles lost property inquiries in the future

• Simone (8/5): Free onsite parking and a comfy bed. - Very basic compact room. But clean, comfy bed and free parking. Only 10 minute walk from the closest tube station. It was in quite an industrial area. I stayed midweek, so there was still people around in the evening. On a weekend the area may be a bit more deserted when you're walking to the tube.

• Meghan (8/5): Basic room, but great value, could use a little soundproofing - The rooms are clean with everything you need for a short stay. It's a good value for money in London. It is not central, however the connections are good from the train station about 10 minute walk (or few minute bus) away. The reception is staffed non stop and the staff are friendly. Was nice they also provided tea, coffee and shampoo. The rooms could use some soundproofing. Unfortunately my room was right next to the reception so I could hear the bell being rang (would be nice to at least make that quieter) and then doors closing. Some guests also talked pretty loudly by the reception. It didn't cause me much disruption overall, but it's also more of an industrial area, so there was sometimes various machinery noises outside as well. Also don't expect anything luxurious in terms of the room as it is pretty small, but I didn't find that an issue. Also would be nice to have towel hangers by the sink.
