- Kati auf Reisen (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage. - Die oberen Stockwerke haben durch die bodentiefe Fenster eine super Aussicht. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Konzept des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich, alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die Bar im 25. Stock ist einen Besuch wert. In unserem Zimmer stand nur ein sehr kleiner Schrankteil zur Verfügung, das war für zwei Personen bei drei Übernachtungen zu wenig. Der Bereich für das Frühstück war etwas eng. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht komplett ausschalten. Hängt vielleicht damit zusammen, dass sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen.
- Pamela (8/5): Trendy Cool Hotel with Artsy Vibe - Hotel has a very modern and cool vibe. We booked a suite that was spacious and had a spectacular view. The room amenities were great with electronic shades, dyson hair dryer, plenty of charging stations and toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good with large selection. Location was far from tourist attractions but close to many restaurants and pubs. Although suite was spacious, the bathroom and bedroom were very small in comparison to lounge area. We were visiting our daughter who lives in the area but if your planning on sightseeing this hotel is far from main London attractions.

- Alessia (10/5): Oase mitten in London - Wir haben den Aufenthalt mehr als genossen. Obwohl wir die Unterkunft nur 2 Stunden vor Ankunft gebucht haben, wurde uns ein unglaublich tolles Zimmer gegeben. Im 12. Stock mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Stadt, bis hinüber zum London Eye. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und sehr sauber. Die Betten unglaublich bequem und der rollende Fernseher ein absolutes Highlight. Den Spa- und Fitnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, doch sah wirklich sehr toll aus. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

- Marleen (7/5): - Heel leuk was het uitzicht. We hadden een kamer op de zevende verdieping met uitzicht op de stad. De bedden waren heel goed. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt in een leuke buurt dichtbij metro en bus. Het ontbijt kan zeker beter. Er was weinig keuze in het brood, alleen bruin en wit brood om te roosteren. De broodjes, chocoladebroodjes en croissants waren niet zo smakelijk en aan de taaie kant. Gebak en koekjes moeten extra bijbetaald worden. Er was fruit, maar niet allemaal klaar om te eten: de ananas bleek en hard, de kiwi's niet rijp... De eitjes (sunny side up) waren niet altijd vers gebakken en soms koud en uitgedroogd. Er was weinig keuze in thee. Prijs/kwaliteit een tegenvaller.

- Giziminator (8/5): Sehr sauber, super Design, Preis/Leistung stimmt jedoch nicht - Sauberkeit des Hotels (sehr sauber!), Empfang durch Sicherheitspersonal beim Eingang (vertrauenswürdig), Hotel-Design, Getränke beim Check-in, das Frühstück, das Bett war SEHR bequem! Die Lüftung im Zimmer war sehr schlecht, beim Eintreten ins Zimmer war es fast schwühl (und das im Mai). Preis/Leistung insbesondere mit Frühstück passt nicht. Wir hatten 2x nachgefragt, ob wir in der Bar als Gäste reservieren sollten, beide male hat man uns gesagt, es sei nicht nötig; beim Besuch fragte man uns wiederrum ob wir eine Reservation hätten und wir verneinten natürlich; so mussten wir am Eingang warten, bis etwas frei wurde. Der Standort ist doch etwas weit weg vom Zentrum.

Er werd geen oplossing voorgesteld, behalve dat we een warme koffie ter compensatie konden krijgen. We betaalden bijna €400 voor 1 nacht, kregen geen compensatie Dit is echt schandalig Het was een ge-upgrade kamer voor twee personen maar zelfs in de badkamer was amper iets voorzien (1 showercap, 2 oorstokjes,...); Echt te duur voor wat het was!

- André (9/5): Unsere erste Wahl auch bei unserem nächsten Besuch in London - das sagt alles. - Tolle Aussicht und tolles Zimmer (hatten ein Zimmer im 22. Stock). Exzellentes Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Spa-Bereich sehr angenehm - auch der beleuchtete Pool. Auch Kinder sind willkommen Der Frühstücksbereich war mittels Klimaanlage zu kühl.

- Marlis (9/5): Chique hotel met goede service en ligging - Ruime kamer, schoon, mooi uitzicht. Hotel heeft een prachtige eigen stijl.Ligt vlakbij bus en metro maar wel wat verder van de populaire sightseeing spots. Ontbijt was heel goed! Waterkoker en douchekop waren kapot. Zeep was niet bijgevuld. Alles werd na melding wel direct verholpen.
- Zec (8/5): Schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Wochenendtrip - Das Hotel hat eine wundervolle Sicht auf die Stadt, sehr freundliches Personal und eine schöne Bar im 25. Stock. Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber, wie wir es uns geplant hätten (Unsere Toilette hatte keine Bürste zum Reinigen?). Das Hotel ist tatsächlich etwas außerhalb gelegen, teilweise in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend, die Bahnstation ist rund 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt, Läden und Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Leider glich der Pool eher einem Kinderparadies, weshalb wir auf diesen verzichtet und stattdessen zur Entspannung das Dampfbad und die Sauna genutzt haben.
- Julie (10/5): We’ll definitely go to an Art’otel again. - Really arty , funky, vibrant and clean. Great bar and restaurant . Ironing board in room jammed Nina’s on getting it out had the iron drop on my foot and cracked a toe bone. Thank goodness for the ice machine by the lift!!

- Wolfgang (9/5): Supermodernes Verwöhn-Hotel. - Das Hotel macht seinem Namen als Art-Hotel alle Ehre. Im Mittelpunkt steht stets der Gast. Man fühlt sich nicht nur gut, sondern man wird geradezu verwöhnt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 22. Stock und die Aussicht war traumhaft! Eigentlich nichts, was das Hotel zu vertreten hat.
- Andreas (9/5): Wedding-Woche im art'otel - Zügiger, äußerst aufmerksamer Empfang, hoher Schlafkomfort und ausgezeichnete Zimmerausstattung mit schönem Blick auf die Skyline von Canary wharf. Sauberkeit (innen) hervorragend, geräumige Zimmer, Bad und absolute Ruhe. Spa-Bereich ansprechend, Frühstücksangebot vielfältig und gute Küche. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen immer sehr höflich, zuvorkommend-Kompliment! Die Klimatisierung im Restaurant/Bar erinnert an hochsommerliche Außentemperaturen, mithin viel zu kühl, Gemütlichkeit kommt da nicht auf. Architektonisch interessantes Gebäude, doch die Fensterreinigung mit Spinnweben bei Illuminierung des Gebäudes im Außenbereich trüben dann schon ein wenig den Blick. Leider gibt es beim Besuch des Pools, Sauna viel zu wenig Liegen zum Entspannen.

Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment au top. L’accueil est chaleureux et le restaurant Solaya est vraiment super. À revenir ! J'aimerais que les couvertures soient un peu plus épaisses

- ludovic (9/5): Not only a night in, but also a real experience! - The staff is just incredible - they welcome you so well, it feels like you feel at home or at your best friends’house. From the greeting with bubbles on the arrival/check-in, the smiles and good vibes, the upgrade…they are simply the best! The facilities are great too, all new, artsy, pool and sauna. Don’t forget the view of the city from the room! The bar was closed and we were waiting quite a bit for only two drinks at the bar in the lounge.
- Sidhiel89 (10/5): My new favourite hotel in London - Stunning interior design, beautiful architecture, the most comfortable bed, and all facilities you could wish for, including a fully equipped gym with an amazing view. And the staff are super helpful and friendly. This is my new favourite hotel for my work travel The room was impeccable when I checked in, but throughout the week I could notice that even after cleaning, there was a bit more dust around. A bit more thorough cleaning every day to keep the room in it's initial condition would be great.

- Andrea (10/5): Lovely experience - The art, the dark room when closing the window, and I liked that when I asked if i could get a little surprise for my boyfriends birthday, we recieved a dessert with a happy birthday massage and i'd like to thank everyone for that. Nothing I can say I didn't like.

- Sadia (10/5): The and hotel and staff were brilliant, especially Haq what a great guy - Was pleasantly surprised — compared to most hotels in London, this place had a really modern feel to it. The spa is an added bonus and leaves you feeling refreshed. The Solaya restaurant upstairs gives you that extra special wow factor, with stunning views across the city. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, especially Haq, who made us feel like special guests throughout our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I can’t fault anything
