The rooms were nice we stayed for one night and it was warm and comfortable. The shared bathrooms were clean & nice too. The staff was really friendly as well. Would recommend especially for the price :)

• Martin (6/5): - la habitacion era amplia y comoda, la recepcion buena, pese a estar alejado del centro esta muy cerca del tube y de supermercados la cama era incomoda y el colchon parecia algo usado de resortes, por lo que cuando esta usado se siente mucho el wifi no tenia buena señal en el piso en el que estabamos, como fue una sola noche no nos preocupamos

• Yesim (5/5): Nicht erholsam für uns - Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut wegen den Verbindungen. Ansonsten nicht gerade ansprechend für mich. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr klein. Wir hatten ein eigenes Badezimmer und konnten uns darin kaum bewegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört jeden Schritt des Nachbars. Im Zimmer sind keine Hausschuhe und die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt. An der Sauberkeit könnte man auch noch arbeiten.

The overall feel of the place could be improved with a bit more care and attention to the decoration. For example, the skirting boards looked scruffy but it wasn't that they were dirty.

Our studio room was spacious and comfortable, with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed that worked perfectly for the three of us, we didn’t feel cramped at all. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and made it clear we could ask for help anytime, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, there are a few corner shops nearby, as well as a park which was nice to have close by. It’s also only about a 5-minute walk to Bethnal Green underground station, and from there it takes around 10 minutes to get into central London, which made getting around super easy. The only minor issue was that the TV stopped working halfway through our stay, and the receptionist wasn’t always available at the time for us to ask about getting it fixed. Otherwise, there was no faults to this property!
• Uma (7/5): It was ok. - • The room was clean and tidy. • There was a big-screen TV with YouTube, which was great. • An iron and ironing board were provided, which was very useful. • The check-in experience was disappointing. I was asked to show my ID over the door camera before being allowed in. • This led to an uncomfortable discussion, and I felt unwelcome on arrival. • I was initially told the Booking.com access code alone was not sufficient for entry. • Staff referred to house policies that were not clearly visible on the advert before booking. • After entering, I noticed several additional rules/policies displayed inside the property that had not been disclosed beforehand. • There were also hidden/additional charges that were not made clear in advance.
