In en om het gebouw hangt geen fijne sfeer. Alles was een stuk verder weg en moeilijker te bereiken dan ze in de advertentie deden lijken.

- Jacques (9/5): - Très pratique studio bien équipé..calme.....proche les monuments a visiter.....la piscine est un plus...nous en avons bien profité ainsi que le rouf top pour y dîner le soir devant les tours petronas...tout est disponible pour petit déjeuner...déjeuner et dîner juste a côté de l immeuble Le bus 5mn a pied permet d aller au centre en 10mn..n oubliez pas de vous fournir de la carte KTM....il y en a chez seven eleven ou a la gare centrale bus 300 ou 303. S il y avait un grille pain ce serait le top..... Nous y avons séjourne 2 fois et nous y reviendrons
- Evelyn E (8/5): The hosts were so helpful! I got value for money and had an amazing stay! - This stay was an extenstion of my original stay. The host was amazing! They added a fridge and microwave similiar to my original stay! They fixed issues with netflix, so that I could finish my Korean series :-) The washing machine / dryer combo worked well, dryer just needs to be ran longer than usual. The facility itself was great! I enjoyed the use of the yoga room, the roof top experience overlooking the city. Once again The host was amazing! The room was smaller than what I had originally and it had a few issues but they were quickly rectified. There was one small roach, they provided a spray, I did not see anymore roaches after that.

This location is super crowded, elevator times are abysmal (>10 minutes waiting for elevator!) and the rooms could use more color or night light instead of only basic necessities

I need to go down another level to access the tower with all my luggage. It will also takes some time to drive all the way up and down to get to the parking lot at level 6.

- Jennifer (4/5): Bait and switch - Not at all what we expected based on photos or description. - The staff were very responsive however it felt like a bait and switch - we booked 1 bedroom apartment and were given a room with no window - only a small Square frosted window in bathroom they you can’t see out. The ‘kitchen’ was not the same as the photos plus there was no sofa. Just a room We were told to pay an upgrade fee to switch rooms. The new room did not have a sofa neither did it look like the photos It was cheap but this was not what we expected or booked Bait and switch. Got a room very different to what was booked. No mention of no window you could see out or the fact the 200rm deposit needs to be paid by bank transfer or cash - no cards accepted.

Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der einzige negative Punkt ist, dass man die Nachbarn sehr gut hören konnte. Wir würden aber definitiv wieder kommen. ☺️

- Alexander (10/5): - I have really enjoyed my stay at the Neu Suites apartments with Serenity Homes. The hosts were always quick to reply and help. Everything that I asked for was always provided. It has definitely made my stay much more pleasant and hassle free. I have even extended my stay for several more nights and it was a very smooth process with some extra cleaning (no extra charge) after the extension. The location is good as it's not too far from the central areas and there are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and shops within walking distance. Solid place for different kinds of travelers as they have different apartment types available.

I know that is not the host responsibility, but the host can make a complain to the building management regarding the elevator service. The control panel where we press the level number was in a bad condition. We need to press several times to get to our level. - Prabodh (9/5): Amazing place to stay. - It is walkable distance from station jelatek. I liked the all self checkin process and it's very convenient. The room was cozy and nice for me. I enjoyed my stay here All good.
