Mario (10/5): - Die herzlichen Besitzer waren echt toll. Wir waren früher vor Ort und konnten nach kurzer Zeit sogar ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage, wir brauchten gerade mal 10 Minuten (echt geschlendert) zum See. Das Frühstück war großartig. Viel und alles regional bzw. selbstgemacht. Auch hier fehlte nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Der Raum innen sehr schön, die Auswahl der Speisen liess keine Wünsche offen. Für uns passte es sehr. —

Desiree (2/5): Leider keine Empfehlung - Da gibt es leider nicht viel positiv zu bewerten. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, weshalb wir davon nicht berichten können. Die Kaffeekapseln an der Rezeption zur freien Entnahme waren eine nette Geste, die wir allerdings auch nicht genutzt haben. Die Größe und Aufteilung des Familienzimmers war gut! Davon haben wir umso mehr zu berichten. Zu allererst muss man sagen, dass das Hotel mehr als nur in die Jahre gekommen ist, was uns grundsätzlich nicht so stört, es ist allerdings auch nicht besonders gepflegt - zumindest war es das Familienzimmer nicht. Wir sind eine junge Familie, die nicht besonders viel wert auf moderne Einrichtung legt und auch sonst kaum hohe Ansprüche hat. Aber Sauberkeit und vor allem Sicherheit sollten mit einem Baby jedenfalls gegeben sein. Es gibt auch keinen Lift, was mit 9 Monate alten Baby auch zusätzlich ziemlich mühsam ist. Das Hotel ist direkt an der Ortseinfahrt nach Velden, was das Öffnen der Fenster im Sommer etwas schwierig macht. Es ist sehr laut und auch sonst ist es in dem Hotel sehr hellhörig. Zu unserem Zimmer: die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, aber wie gesagt teilweise sehr alt und nicht gut gepflegt bzw. sauber. Die Matratzen in dem Doppelbett, in dem ich mit unserem Sohn geschlafen hatte, waren gefühlt so alt, wie das Hotel selbst. Die Liegefläche war durchgelegen und der Rahmen der Matratze dafür noch recht hoch. Als unser Sohn dann samt Matratze eingesunken ist, haben wir den Lattenrost gecheckt, der offenbar auch schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel und kaum Latten mehr eingefädelt hatte. Hier ist uns dann beim Anheben der Matratze ein wunderschöner tellergroßer brauner Fleck an der Matratze aufgefallen. Man könnte davon ausgehen, dass vor allem die fehlenden Latten beim Urlauberwechsel und Neubezug des Bettes aufgefallen wäre, aber später dazu mehr. Das Badezimmer hatte ebenfalls braune Flecken an den Fliesen, die Toilette war unsauber und ein Kaffeerand (?) befand sich an dem Waschbecken. Die Tür zum Badezimmer hatte im Eck rechts unten einen riesigen Schimmelfleck. Der gesamte Teppichboden wirkte ebenfalls ziemlich unsauber, löste sich teilweise an den Ecken ab und dazwischen sammelte sich alles mögliche undefinierbare.

Michael (8/5): - Wir wurden aufgrund eines Wasserschadens ins Nachbarhaus umquartiert. Für die eine, die wir auf der Durchreise gebucht hatten war das ok. Der Chef war sehr freundlich und wir haben noch ein Freigetränk bekommen. Alles in Allem ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und der Wirt des Hauses auch total nett. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt!

Jennifer (2/5): Will never return to this noisy, overpriced, understaffed hotel - Location was close to people we were visiting Booked for 2 nights based on reviews and ratings. The hotel is not well insulated, old, and you can hear the busy road which is in front of hotel. There is no one at reception at night and people can come and go as they please (main door is unlocked). It was very hot, no air conditioning and we could hear other guests (and who knows who else) throughout the night talking loudly & laughing. Strong smells of tobacco smoking. Left next morning (exhausted from lack of sleep) and told no refund for second night as they are not responsible for other guests behavior.

Luiza (2/5): Very poor - Room was ok My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room I was given upon checkin was located directly above a hall where a loud party was taking place and smoking area . The noise was unbearable—booming music, doors slamming, and the strong smell of cigarettes drifting up from below made it impossible to get any sleep. Zero points for the staff for not warning upon making reservation especially that there was coreespondance on the day of arrival, and for seleting. If you're looking for a peaceful night's stay and considerate , I strongly advise against this hotel.

That was such a lovely gesture. 😍😋👌The receptionist was super friendly and very kind, the room was perfectly clean, cleaning lady was also very sympathic and kind, nice and warm decor, shower was also great, bed very comfortable, quiet location, in front of the hotel there's a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or sitting in the evening enjoying your drinks and cigarettes. Big plus also is that hotel is dog friendly and free parking. 👌👌👌🥰🥰🥰 If we'll come again, this will be our first choice.🥰🥰🥰👌👌 Everything was absolutely fantastic. We wish, we could stay longer. Looking forward for the next visit.🥰
Johanna (7/5): It’s an okay place. - The location was very good, 600 meter from the center and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was also very good. The property is a bit outdated and when we asked at checkin for things to do, we were told that when it rains, there is nothing to do. Close to the property there is an Information office, and they were luckily more helpful.

Tom (8/5): Good location and value for money - The room was quite big and so was the television. The view on the autumn trees was also pleasing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was trying to hide its age as best as it could, but it was no secret it had lived a long life. And it was cold when we arrived. The TV is a good entertainment only for German speaking folk.
