• Veronika (9/5): Very nice, would come again - The location was perfect - next to the lake and there was a train station in front of the hotel. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast had great selection. Our room was huge, wich was great because we had a lot of baby stuff. I was disappointed that the hotel bar was not working. There was a vending machine and we could take glasses from bar, but it would have been nice to order a drink.

Hrana u restoranu preko puta za večeru vrlo ukusna ali možda mali izbor. Vjerojatno bi ala cart bila bolja varijanta. Sve u svemu preporuke za ovaj mali hotel.

• Alexander (10/5): Very enjoyable stay - would happily come again (in summer or winter). - Excellent helpful staff, incredibly clean, beautiful location, good breakfast, nice spa and pool. Also very convenient for the train and bus. Not the fault of the hotel but be aware that the restaurant is not open in the evenings and the local options are somewhat limited, however takeaways can be ordered in with large towns nearby. Also there is a shared kitchen but it would be great if that was a little better equipped.

• Ana (4/5): MILD DISASTER AND CATACLYSM - The breakfast was delicious, omelettes and eggs are cooked on your face which is great. The hotel has a huge courtyard by the lake, which is great if you have small children to play in the snow. The lobby is nice, big, the rooms are clean, the ladies who clean them make sure to do it while you are at breakfast. The playroom is beautiful, big, there is something for everyone. The receptionists are smiling, friendly and hospitable. Nothing works in the hotel. At least it exists, but it doesn't work in such a way that the big, beautiful lobby serves...well, for nothing. The restaurant is open during breakfast, so you should manage the other meals even if you intended to have them at the hotel. Breakfast lasts until 10:30, but if the cook (tall, bald, with glasses) is in a bad mood, there is a possibility that they will start removing him at 10:15. The machine (the only place where you can get a drink) only accepts cards. The pool is open only in the afternoon, it is full of rot. When we asked to turn on the hydromassage, a pile of dirty water came out of the pipe. In any case, a MILD DISASTER AND CATACLYSM. You go with the intention of spending money in the hotel, but when you ask why it is not working at full capacity, you get the answer: "it worked until 3 days ago during our holidays, and now you have to make your own coffee". • Thomas (8/5): Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt - Frühstück abwechslungsreif und ausreichend, Lage traumhaft mit Blick auf den See. Zimmerduft könnte anderer sein, aber Geschmacksache.
• Janos (8/5): Close to the nature in the green heart of Carinthia - The hotel is located on the shore of the Lake Ossiach and has various wellness and spa facilities. The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The hotel has a large closed outdoor parking area, so parking is not a problem at all. The local train stops in front of the hotel. I cannot mention anything specially disturbing our stay.

• Andreas (10/5): Traumhafte Lage, toll zum Entspannen - Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Lage direkt am See wunderbar. Ich würde die Zimmer mit Seeblick empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Der Spabereich ist nicht sehr groß aber vollkommen ausreichend um nach einer Wanderung zu entspannen. Die beiden Pools sind schön beheizt auf 30° Grad. Das Dampfbad habe ich sehr genossen. Die Liegewiese ist sehr großzügig. Lobenswert ist auch die große Außenterrasse, wo man auch abends entspannend sitzen kann. Mir hat es sehr gefallen, dass es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist. Rauchen ist nur draussen am Eingangsbereich erlaubt. So wurde man auch auf der Terrasse oder Liegewiese vom Zigarettenqualm nie belästigt, was oft in vielen Aussenanlagen unangenehm ist. Das fand ich super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

• Birgit (4/5): Ich würde das Hotel an Paare ohne Kinder nicht empfehlen - Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge zum Radfahren und wandern Die ersten drei Tage gab es verschiedene Sorten Brötchen danach nur noch weiße Brötchen und trockenes Brot. Wir hatten Zimmer 114 da waren die Schrankschaniere ausgerissen, der Kühlschrank war defekt und die Lüftung im Bad ging auch nicht. Über den Toilettendeckel hatte auch schon lange keiner mehr drüber gewischt. Es waren sehr viele Kinder im Hotel, daher sehr laut am Pool und Liegewiese. Das ist aber mein persönliches Empfinden. Wenn jemand mit Kindern ein Hotel sucht ist er recht gut aufgehoben. Man muss halt damit rechnen dass der Nutellalöffel abgeschleckt wird und wieder im Glas landet. Eltern schauen da anscheinend nicht mehr drauf.

Дуже чисто, охайно, сніданок був включений у вартість — вибір достатній, за свою ціну цілком добре. Спочатку нас поселили в маленький номер із двоярусним ліжком для двох дорослих і двох маленьких дітей (2 і 3 роки), що було не дуже зручно та безпечно. Після звернення до персоналу номер нам без проблем замінили на кращий і комфортніший, за що окрема подяка. Але, на мою думку, такі моменти варто враховувати ще на етапі бронювання, адже маленьким дітям не підходять двоярусні ліжка. Також сподобався басейн із виходом на вулицю — гарне місце для відпочинку. Загалом готель відповідає своїй ціні. На жаль, були й серйозні мінуси. Ми заїхали пізно ввечері й одразу запитали на рецепції, де можемо повечеряти. Нам сказали, що ресторан працює до 20:30, і ми забронювали столик. Ми не взяли куртки, бо думали, що ресторан знаходиться в готелі, але виявилось, що він через дорогу — довелося повертатися назад, що було дуже незручно з двома маленькими дітьми. Найгірше сталося в неділю: ресторан взагалі не працював. Це було повною несподіванкою, і ми залишилися без можливості нормально повечеряти — ні доставки, ні альтернатив поруч не було. З двома голодними дітьми це було справжнім стресом, і ми змушені були купувати снеки з автоматів та лягати спати голодними. Для готелю такого рівня це абсолютно неприйнятно. Також у суботу ввечері в басейні працювало джакузі, але в неділю його вже не вмикали, персонал лише формально перевірив зону. Вважаю, що сервіс має бути однаковим щодня, незалежно від кількості гостей.
• Andrija_ (7/5): - Pogled ka jezeru uz doručak je odličan. Bazen na otvorenom u zimskim uslovima daje dobar osećaj. Krevet i jastuci su jako neudobni, nismo uspeli nijednu noć da spavamo. Slab sadržaj u sobama. Nije prilagođeno zimskoj sezoni, nema sadržaja kako u Hotelu tako i u okruženju. Čini mi se da smo za uložen novac malo dobili.

• Nikola (6/5): Lijep hotel, nedostaje sadržaja. - Ljubazno osoblje, lijepa pozicija, čiste i uredne sobe. Nedostatak sadržaja, bar ne radi pa se nema gdje popiti kava, sok, osim iz uslužnog aparata što nam se nije niti malo svidjelo. Večera se ne poslužuje u objektu već u restoranu preko puta ceste.

• Milutin (10/5): Great place to stay for a holiday - Great hotel with a fabulous breakfast, a nice spa, and a swimming pool. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Very helpful staff, especially Goga, who explained everything about hotel facilities and procedures upon our arrival. Quite near the Garlitzen ski center parking (5 minutes by car, and there are other options, like a shuttle bus - free of charge). Definitely my recommendation, and I will come again. The pool massager was not turned on every day. After a day of skiing, it would help to relax.
• Uros (7/5): - Only one out of three saunas worked.
