• RAJESH (5/5): Good Location, don't count sofa bed , and if something breaks you will not get help. - Location of the property was good. very close to train station. Getting inside was quite easy. Main entrance and the apartment. size of the accommodation is good, kitchenette was useful, We could use laundry as well so that was nice as i was travelling with my kid.. sofa bed was very uncomfortable (other bed was good though) it was not even and made a lot of noise on every turn. couldn't sleep properly on it. There were no hooks anywhere to hang cloths. not even in bathroom. Shower had only hot (and hotter) water. Reaching out to property support didn't help because all they did was mail communication. no real help. I was there for 4 nights and intimated them about this problem after the first morning. they did nothing in next 3 days. We barely managed to clean ourselves this while. Had to rely on wet wipes

• Gertrud (9/5): - The room exceeded all of my expectations, it was very spacious, tidy, quiet and equipped with basically anything you'd need for a short stay. Ideal location as a metro line was right next to the building. Since I stayed for a week, extra trash bags and a cutting board would have been nice (even benefical to protect the countertop or plates :)), but that wasn't a big issue.

Héél mooi en modern ingericht, en ook centraal gelegen (metro recht tegenover het complex, alle bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand) Wij dienden om 11h het appartement te verlaten. Wij waren op dat moment zo goed als klaar. Om 11h05 stond er iemand voor de deur die ons in niet al te vriendelijke bewoordingen (zacht uitgedrukt) kwam meedelen dat we om 11h het appartement moesten verlaten (ter info: wij hebben het appartement effectief om 11h20 verlaten). Dit was een kleine domper om een voor het overige aangenaam verblijf.

Die U-Bahn war direkt um die Ecke, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Für uns war alles perfekt.

• Dmitrijs (8/5): - Location was good - subway is just in 2 min from the building. Facilities were ok. Good mattress on the bed, easy process of check in. We had just 2 nights there and overall our stay was nice. Our booked rooms has been changed in last moment for smaller one. When arrived we found that there was too stuffy in the apartments (which were under roof). Windows were not openable and air conditioner controller was not switchable on at all. We had to call agency to ask how to switch it on and without this call we would not get how to do this because ...we had to find electrical box with all automatic fuses (!) and switch proper one on. I assume it had to be done before guests' arrival. We've also faced some issues with faucet in the kitchen - it has not been properly attached to the sink.

• Janeta (10/5): Amazing property with clean and cozy apartments - Limehome canceled my initial apartment reservation 24h before my visit to Vienna but they managed to give me another option right away which was also on a good location (they also give you the option to fully cancel and book something else). I won’t lie this cancellation at first stressed me out, I’m not sure if that’s a common thing but the customer service they have (which was very helpful and friendly) solved the issue very quickly. The apartment itself was very nice, new and clean, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay in Vienna. Limehome makes the whole experience very easy using their website to get your access and contact them if needed. I would definitely use their services once again.

• Oeyvind (10/5): The most value for money - When something seems too good to be true it usually is. Except this apartment! It felt luxurious and was perhaps the most value for money we have ever rented! If I come back to Wien, we will stay here again 100% It wasnt really a problem, but the temperature didnt go down to a cool night temperature with the AC on. But it was a comfertable living room temperature.

Huoneisto on tilava ja kauniisti sisustettu, näkymä joelle ja kaupunkiin on hieno. Check-in oli liian hankala ja pieni virhe johti suuriin lisäselvityksiin. Wc-paperia oli vajaa puolikas rulla kahdelle kahdeksi päiväksi. Muutenkin varustelu oli kovin niukkaa.

• qi (8/5): - 房间面积很大，干净卫生，设施很好很齐全，门口就是地铁，出行非常方便。总体是好的 房主对房间的描述不够，booking上的地址是错误的。我按照BOOKING的地址叫车，给我定位到的是附近的一幢楼，我还推着行李走了一段路。我预定的房间因为临时需要检修，给我换了房间并退还了差价，但之前并没有跟我沟通取得同意。进门有8阶的台阶，之前的介绍中我也没看见，需要自己抬行李上去。还有我房间的吹风机是坏的，不能出热风。

• Nicolas (6/5): Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre ruhige Lage, weist jedoch deutliche Mängel bei Sauberkeit auf. - Besonders gut hat mir die Lage gefallen. Es befindet sich in einem ruhigen und schönen Viertel. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ebenfalls schön und angenehm. Was mir nicht gefallen hat ist, dass bei Ankunft kein Strom in der Küche war. Das Problem konnte auch am Folgetag nicht gelöst werden, sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Ebenso waren die Zimmer nicht sauber: es lagen noch Haare im Bad, Fettflecken auf dem Tisch und der Vorhang war teilweise abgerissen.

• 8833bc8ea3b471bea3996acd27d47eab (8/5): EXCELLENT if you get the right flat - Absolutely beautiful decorated flat, very close to the U-bahn, making it super easy to go anywhere. Very quiet as well. The sofa bed was adequate. The roof terrace had the sun on it in the afternoon and evening. We brought food up here and enjoyed that we had this option. The view from the flat is literally a white wall. There is a tiny balcony but all that is seen is the walls of the courtyard as the 'back terrace' is far below and not really seen. Hence we spent very little time in the flat and used the roof terrace when not exploring. I would definitely make sure i request a flat to the Donou canal side, should i choose to come back.

The building is authentic and very beautiful. The apartments are bigger than expected. They had a lot of amenities. There is a roof terrace which has garden furniture and is a great bonus. It was useful for us that there was a washing machine and dryer. We had booked 4 apartments. The biggest problem was that there was a lot of dust in the apartments both on the ground and on the furniture. It was dirty. The apartments are worn out - the main table had a lot of scratches on it, the skirting boards were removed in places.
