La verdad que no hay nada que no me gustara, quizás por poner un pero la almohada un poco blandita para mi gusto pero la cama muy cómoda, quizás poner una almohada extra más durita para tener la opción de las personas como yo de dormir con una almohada más dura.

Nice view from an confortable balcony and private parking. Also you have access to the Gerl ‘s hotel where the spa, pool and gym are top notch for a boutique hotel. Really great vibe . Everyone is there to help and make sure your stay is better than great.

Wael (8/5): Relaxing Stay - The apartment is modern and exactly like the pictures. The space is big. The balcony is very nice and overlooks a small farm. The area is very quiet which is nice and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave and a Nespresso machine. The area is quiet, no shops around the nearest grocery store can be visited by car or bike in a few minutes. We chose this apartment not only for its great reviews but for the air conditioning, the air condition is working fine for the living area and the kitchen. But the only air outlet is in the living area so the bedroom does not get cooled enough, the main problem on hot summer nights even with the window partially open and the AC is on in the living area the bedroom is not cool enough. Also communication with the reception team is not the best, to resolve a minor issue several emails, phone calls and I had to visit the reception twice. That said I will definitely be back again I need to pick weeks where the weather is not that hot.
Andrew (9/5): An excellent base for exploring the Salzburg area - There was no problem in accessing the apartment after arriving early evening from a UK flight. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very modern and well-designed. Equipment was fairly limited, crockery only 4 pieces of each. No toaster.
Aman (10/5): - This is an excellent property, modern and well-equipped, with a great up-front view of the mountains as well as local farms. It is in a residential section, away from the tourist crowds, yet is only about 15 to 20 minutes away from all the tourist destinations of Salzburg. We particularly appreciated the personal attention we received from Georg Gerl, the owner of the property as well as the nearby hotel, Gerl Hotels. We were very happy we chose this particular apartment for our tour of Salzburg!

We loved to visit farmers shops around for fresh seasonal goodies and eggs. Very modern in a quaint town The pool and other ammenities of the spa of the hotel were not available for the guests in this apartment building. I think they should offer that as a plus for the guests as it is not a low price property

Baderiya (9/5): New modern property - I booked an apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. Everything was clean upon receipt, and the property is new. The location is great for discovering the whole of the Salzburg region and Bavaria as well. Mr. George, many thanks for the quick responses to solve some small problems and bring us what we needed and was not available in the property. Also for those who like peace and quiet, you will find what you are looking for here. I hope of course to visit again. Although we stayed for more than a month, there was no free cleaning, no toilet paper or even soap provided. I hope the management will reconsider this for longer stays at least. Note that there is storage available that contains everything you need for cleaning, such as a vacuum cleaner and an iron. There is also a wonderful washing machine in our apartment. For us adults, we cleaned without a problem.

Agnes (10/5): - I am happy with Gerl Homes. Located just 7 minutes away from Salzburg Airport and 12 minutes away from old town. Booked for 9 nights and added 2 more extra nights total of 11 nights. The place is new with new technology, it is our home away from home. The owner is very accommodating and I’m happy about it. You are closer to the city and also feels countryside. My husband and daughter enjoyed playing golf at Golf & Country Club Salzburg which is only 12 minutes away from Gerl Homes. It is a very quiet place. We enjoyed Salzburg and other neighboring cities and countries (Prague, Munich, Zurich & Vaduz Liechtenstein).
Yitzhak (10/5): We had a great time - far above our expectations. - The owners of the place are very cordial and friendly. Maximum availability to help, both face-to-face and over the phone. The apartment is new, modern and very spacious. Wonderfully designed and furnished. Modern and well equipped kitchen. Large rooms and lots of closets and storage spaces. Definitely also suitable for a longer stay. The location - in a rural environment. Free adjacent parking and even two electric vehicle charging stations. Deserves attention: Since the location is outside the center - a car is required for every practical need (it was not a problem for us because we were equipped with a car). There is public transportation (bus) to the center of Salzburg and back - once every half hour during the day and once every hour in the evening.

There are enough free parking spaces. We did check in at the Gerl Hotel with clear instructions, the hotel is about 5mins drive from the apartment. We enjoy our stay very much!

Amazing hosts who also run the local Hotel Gerl which we were able to access too - a unexpected bonus. Great place to stay and relax with parking available or within an easy bus ride into Salzburg town centre and the station. Totally recommend.
