• Layla (9/5): Beautiful place to be. - Amazing view and the seating area. The apartment and the surroundings are beautiful. Comfy bed and comfy couch/living area. Grocery shopping is nearby. Very walkable with a beautiful view. Sensor lights are annoying and keep turning off while still sitting on the toilet. The kitchen is tiny, and the cookingware are not in the good shape. The place is not made for a long-term stay.

• Milena (5/5): Jestem zawiedziona deklarowanym wyglądem i standardem mieszkania do rzeczywistości - Lokalizacja i widok na góry - brudne talerze w szafce -pajęczyna w pokoju, łazience i na tarasie -pleść pod prysznicem -zatkany zlew -popękany blat w łazience -brak ogrzewania (włączone po interwencji) -po telefonie obiecano posprzątanie ale to nie nastąpiło -pokój mial być dźwiękoszczelny ale było słychać skrzypiącą podłogę na górze -deklarowano że pokój jest dla alergików ale ilość kurzu, nie pranych zasłon i firanek sprawiała bardzo niezdrowe środowisko dla alergika jakim jestem -połączenie internetowe ciągle się zrywało

• Pavel (9/5): Pro lyžníky skvělé - Jeli jsme na lyže a brali jsme jedno z posledních dostupných míst v našem termínu. Objednávali jsme pozdě, takže cenově výhodnější nabídky byly už pryč. Toto ubytování patří spíše k levnějším v této oblasti, nikoli však levným. Šlo nám o to jen mít kde přespat nedaleko vleku. Apartmán v přízemí nebyl velký, kuchyňský kout velmi maličký, ale pro 3-4 lyžaře super. Rozkládací pohovka v kuchyni pohodlná. Okolí jsme moc neocenili, celý den jsme byli na lyžích a navíc byl mráz a sníh. Umím si představit, že v létě přijde vhod malá venkovní teráska a výhled na jezero s horami. Výborná je samostatná lyžárna. Nepříliš zvládnuté je nadměrné využívání pohybových čidel pro osvětlení a ventilátor WC. Při průchodu předsíní se vše okolo rozsvítí :) . Sklokeramická varná deska vyžaduje hodně trpělivosti pro přípravu jídel, její ovládání nebylo příliš intuitivní. Tohle jsou ale hlouposti nad kterými se dá mávnout rukou. Nelíbil se mi požadavek na zaslání depozitu 200€ aniž by došlo k fyzickému předání ubytování. Stejně tak informace o vrácení depozitu až cca 2 dny po odjezdu, opět bez fyzického předání. Depozit jsme nakonec nezaplatili protože z nějakého důvodu se přímo v místě nedařilo zaplatit kartou skrze zabezpečený odkaz ubytovatele (ač předchozí platby proběhly v pořádku). Nabídku na složení depozitu v hotovosti ubytovatel přešel. Nic jsme nezničili a s ubytovatelem jsme se nedostali do žádného sporu.

• Carina (9/5): Appartement top - we rent fragwürdig - Die Unterkunft war völlig in Ordnung, alles da was da sein sollte, ruhige Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht Die Vermittlungsagentur verlangte dann extra 110,00 Euro für das Sommerticket, welches ich dachte schon inkludiert sei. Es dauerte dann auch drei Tage, bis ich es dann tatsächlich hatte. An und für sich sollte das Ticket für den Konsumenten von Premiumpartnern nichts kosten, steht auch auf der Homepage von dem Sommerticket und es ist nicht frei käuflich. - diese Unterkunft hätte ich nicht gewählt, hätte ich das gewusst. Also Vorsicht bei Urlaubern, welche auf das Wert legen. Das war in meinen Augen eine Abzocke - ABER da kann das Appartement selbst nichts dafür!!
• Alexander (10/5): - Die unvergleichliche Lage! Ruhig und der besondere Ausblick auf die Berge und dem Zeller See von der Terrasse aus. Traumhaft! Die teilweise doch schon sehr verbrauchte Ausstattung, besonders was die Küche angeht. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, funktioniert alles aber hier sollte aus unserer Sicht investiert werden!

There is only a small area for parking, and most of the time it is full. Additionally, the owner did not treat us well. He entered the garden space without notifying me while my family and I were there. I also found an empty bottle of beer in the garden, indicating he was there during our stay. After check-out, the owner claimed I broke the TV, but it was working fine during my stay. I liked the view of the place, but I will not stay there again.
