- Nancy (2/5): - The first room they gave us was very bad, the carpet was damp, smells moldy, the toilet smells bad and the shower was broken. They moved us to a better room on our 2nd day because we complained. It was better but the wallpaper was peeling off and there was a cockroach. The only good thing about this hotel is its good location & very helpful & friendly staff.
- Kiet (6/5): - Friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff. Air-conditioning in the hallway was turned on at all-time. There was a cinema on lower level of the building. Room condition was clean, suitable for short stay and those that don't mind the quality. Mattress quality was poor and the room air conditioner needs a clean because it dropped the dust on the bed. There was a strong scent from the toilet. Overall, it's a convenient location and only 2 minutes walk to Ximen station exit with a lift that can be accessed behind the exit. Also, easy to find Taxi. One stop away from Taipei station.

Hotel is on 12th floor it’s quiet and clean and shower pressure very high also complementary snack, ramen, coffee, tea, water, soap , shampoo etc…Super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

- Wing (8/5): - Great location and great staffs. It was so fun to see everything down there. But little noise at night because of the movie theater on the same building, but I’ll definitely stay again. Just needs to bring ear plugs.
- Wee Wee (10/5): - Very friendly staff and there are free flow of snacks and drinks and even cup noodles at night. The location is also super convenient right in the middle of ximending. However the room is a bit small not much space to walk after opening 2 luggages. But overall good experience.
- Daniel Christopher (10/5): - This is a great hotel and a perfect spot. It’s a two minute walk to the subway and from there you can get anywhere. It’s incredibly cheap to get to and from the airport from hotel (it’s a good hour commute, however when you factor in walking thru the train station and changing trains). The hotel is in the perfect spot to access the night market. It’s a clean hotel and everyone is friendly. It’s located above a movie theater and it’s not clearly marked from the street but I found it with the gps

- Nilton (8/5): Conveniente! - A acomodação não tinha janelas, sendo o exaustor do banheiro o único meio de ventilação. Por isso havia um leve odor de mofo, porém suportável. Me hospedaria novamente pela localização e atendimento do staff.
- Verified traveler (6/5): エレベーター、シャワーに難点あり - エレベーターを他のテナントと共用しているため、待たされる。12階から13階へ荷物用エレベーターに乗り換える必要がある。シャワーの温度調整が難しく熱湯から冷水まで一気に変更される。シャンプーは髪がギシギシに、ボディソープは良い品質だった。
- Dmytro (4/5): - Super small room, you can’t walk from the door to the washroom room without hitting the tv. I got room for 4 for 2 adults and one kid. No table in the room, no chair, no iron. Literally 2 beds and no space to open a baggage bag on the floor. I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel is on 12th and 13th floor sharing the elevator with the mall, cinema, restaurants, it takes forever to wait for elevator on the weekend.

- HYEONJEONG (8/5): 좁고 방음 하나도 안되지만 위치와 가격, 친절함으로 승부 볼 수 있는 곳 - 위치랑 가성비는 최고인데 방음이 진짜 하~나도 안되고 캐리어 펼칠 곳이 없고, 지나다니는 것도 너무 힘들었습니다. 그래도 직원들의 친절도, 제공되는 간식들, 화장실 상태, 가격 등을 생각하면 예민하지 않은 친구들과 3박에 14만원은 만족스러웠다고 평가를 내리고 싶습니다.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Best central location in Ximending - We had a short visit in Taipei and desired a very central hotel. SkyGate surely fulfilled it being positioned right inside Ximending shopping streets. It's located inside atop a building that houses different entertainment like cinema, stores and restaurants. Very convenient.
- Chia Ho (8/5): 還可以，不算糟。 - 我不喜歡床貼牆，但床很舒服，下次考慮兩小床，有飲料機和點心很棒，延遲退房一小時400太貴，走廊上有味道扣分，房間廁所太高，可能會跌倒
- KYOKO (4/5): - とにかく狭い。シャワーカーテンをしても床が水浸しになる。カバーが薄く、隣室の方のいびきも聞こえる。会話もよく聞こえた。ロビーから部屋までエレベーターを乗り継がないといけないのか不便だった。
- Ling-Fang (10/5): - 就在西門町中央，附近有很多購物和餐廳選擇，交通非常方便。平日晚上和假日周邊都有街頭藝人表演，是住宿的好選擇。唯一不喜歡的點是：熱門時段不太容易訂到。

- Tadokoro (10/5): - スタッフの方はとても親切でホテルも綺麗でした。 ホテルの周りには飲食店もコンビニもあるのでとても立地は良いです。 設備ではソフトドリンクのドリンクバーとお菓子、カップラーメンのバーがあるので小腹が空いたときに便利です。 トイレに紙が流せないのが少し不便でした。 またホテルが映画館の上にあるので休日の昼間等はホテルに上がるのにエレベーターで並ぶことと歩行者エリアにホテルがあるので目の前までタクシーを呼べないことには注意が必要です。

- Sze Wai (8/5): - 地點便利，附近多不同種類的餐廳及小食檔，一到樓下已可以開始購物，買手信及購物都非常方便。唯一缺點是隔音較差，容易聽到洗手間喉管及其他房客的關門聲。總括而言，會考慮再次入住！

- Yoko (8/5): - ユニクロのビルの12階で立地がよく、予約と同時に西門駅からの道順案内のメールが届きわかりやすかった。 フロントにドリンクバーとお菓子があるのも良かった。 窓がある部屋を指定したが、窓から台北101が見えて台北に来たことを毎日実感出来た。 扉から廊下の音が聞こえ、隣の部屋の呼び鈴なのか、自分の部屋の呼び鈴なのかわからず戸惑った。 部屋には水が２本あり、小さいマッサージ機もあって疲れた足をケアすることが出来てとても良かった。 日本語が出来るスタッフがいて安心だった。

- sui ki (8/5): 適合獨遊人士 - 地點方便： 1）由桃園機場到酒店，很方便，鄰近捷運西門站， 6號出口，行幾分鐘就到！六號出口有升降機搭乘，對於有帶大行李嘅人真的很方便！ 2）地點亦易搵，由於有睇過留言，知道呢間酒店位於12樓，入口就係影城位！3 部升降機都可以搭！只要遠遠望到Uniqlo 再望到影城就岩架啦！ 3）樓下就係西門町最熱鬧既地方，買完嘢食，再上去真係好方便 安全： 由於獨遊嘅關係，要返客房，就一定要經過12樓嘅大堂，仲要拍卡先至可以由大堂入客房範圍，對我嚟講係都幾安心嘅！不過，我見留言就有啲人唔鍾意，因為要上13樓就一定要去到12樓再搭多層！對我嚟講安全，重要好多！而且出入接待處嘅員工，都會同你打招呼，好有禮貌，你覺得有嘢唔夠想攞嘅又可以喺大堂攞，例如護髮素， 護膚霜，橡皮圈…小食corner ,又會有杯麵零食可以攞！ 缺點： 1）隔音設施真係麻麻 2）冷氣機有點嘈（不過第二晚我就發現原來有20可以攞，用咗好好多） 3）冇浴缸，冇乾濕分離 4）唔鍾意地氈 結論： 如果係獨遊，又想住得方便嘅，就比較適合！因為一個人我就唔係好在意房間大小，我比較在意地點同埋安全！ 如果同家人或者有旅伴，我就覺得缺點都好明顯！呢度就唔係一個太好嘅選擇，因為我會想要一間大啲嘅房，同埋想要隔音好啲嘅地方
- Rudy (6/5): - The property is well located if you like the noisy and bright Ximending area. The customer services from staff members are quite good. However, the room is not insulated for noises from other rooms and the guests are raunchy folks so it is hard to sleep well. The A/C is also not reliable and I had to move to another room due to the problem with A/C system.

- ChaeWon (10/5): - 대만은 창문 없는 방이 많다 해서 창문있는 방으로 예약할때 부탁드렸고 창문있는 방을 받음. 시먼딩 역 근처에 숙소를 잡는다면 위치는 정말 최고! 시먼딩 번화가 한복판에 위치해서 숙소에서 나오기만 해도 한복판임. 주변에 구경할 것 많고, 행복당 바로 앞에 있음. 24시간 스낵바가 있어서 좋았고 어메니티 다양하게 구비되어 있는것에서 세심함을 느낄 수 있었음. 직원들 친절한편. 바퀴벌레 없었고 방도 깨끗한 편이지만 살짝 낡거나 습한 느낌이 있긴 했음. 습한건 대만 자체의 특성이라 어쩔 수 없는듯. 가성비 최고 호텔 !!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel in the middle of Ximending - During peak hours we have to queue to get into the lift to go to the hotel together with the movie goers etc. The steps in the room and toilet is not suitable if you have elderly staying. A nice touch the hotel provides free snacks and drinks and sometimes even cup noodles. Requested for room with window but the windows are in the toilet and shower 🙁

Day time elevators may tend to be more busy. But overall the staff were very nice. The snack and coffee bar by reception was also quite pleasant.
