- Elizabeth (10/5): Nice hotel! - Rooms were very clean and modern. Our rooms were on the top (18th) floor which provided excellent views! Staff was very attentive and professional. There are lovely hot water baths/pools available to females only - Japanese style, so no swimsuits. I was traveling with my two sons (ages 23 and 25) so we chose to have two rooms, as the largest room in the hotel, the “deluxe family suite” had just two double beds. The room was a decent size though. I would stay here again.

- 元人 (9/5): ロケーション最高のホテルでした。 - 士林市場の近くにあるため、夜市観光したい人におすすめです。 さらに、徒歩数分にコンビニが2店舗、ホテルの隣にカフェがあるのも便利でした。 また、部屋も清潔感があり、安心して過ごすことができます。 2階に浴場があるのですが、女性専用のものしかありません。 男性は各部屋備え付けのシャワーのみになります。 女性の宿泊者にはおすすめできますが、男性の方は入浴無しなので、そこを納得できるなら満足いただけると思います。 また、部屋のシャワーとトイレの構造について、扉の上下が完全に仕切られていないため、部屋とつながっています。 実際に使用すると湿気や臭いなどあまり気にならなかったですが、気になる方もいるかと思います。

- Jodie (8/5): - Family room was big and comfortable, with plenty of room for our luggages. We had a beautiful view of the city and mountains. Bathrooms were large and clean enough. Very close to the Shilin night markets and other local eateries. The hotel offers coffee but no sugar and milk! I had to go to the local 7 Eleven to purchase sugar and milk. Not much else close by. The spa is for women only.

- Suryanti (8/5): Pleasant and definitely come back to stay here. - The location is about 15 min walk from the train station but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel so it helps to travel around. The room is bright, AC function well, and enough hangers to hang clothes. The three single beds are comfortable and bedsheets are clean. Shower room and toilet are clean. There is a cafe next to the lobby so it helps when you need to grab something. Nice welcome drinks in the room. Please provide a mat on the floor as the sink is facing two ways so the water could splash both sides. Please also provide a hanger for hand towel.

- Ying-Tang (4/5): 非常不滿意 - 地理位置 客房服務。我住5天，前三天還不錯。第3天開始走鐘。第四天晚上洗澡時沒有浴巾，打電話到櫃檯，要等約2個小時才來，第五天一樣沒有浴巾，打電話到櫃檯2次都沒人接，我從外線轉客服中心，才有人接。更誇張的是，他們告訴我，因為浴巾送洗，來不及送回來，這是我聽到最荒謬的回答，因為當時已經是晚上8點多了。這麼大的飯店集團，連浴巾都不夠，真的刷新我的三觀。
