On our last day, we had a late flight back home and they even let us use the showers so that we were nice and clean. This was after we had already checked out. Exceptional service

- Yu-Ping (7/5): - 1.房務打掃不是很確實，物品表面灰塵、地毯倒灑污漬未處理。 2.晚間10點辦理入住時的櫃檯服務人員，專業度與溫暖度不足，例如對著客人張口打哈欠，不專業的語氣詢問是否有來過，目的是為了指引搭乘電梯的方向。 3.房間電話要聯繫前台、服務務中心、打掃中心…每一個可能接聽電話的單位，響了至少二分鐘都沒有人接電話，重複撥多次才接通。理由是夜間只有一個人…..，偌大的飯店只有一個人實在為將客人的可能需求納入經營考量，而僅在乎營運成本。

- Shingo (10/5): すばらしい！ - CP值很高，裝潢設備很棒！席夢思床墊很大很舒服。房間看出去是山景很美，走廊跟房間都香香的很舒服。 剛抵達時很累，櫃檯人員協助提早入住，而且升等房型，提供浴缸讓習慣泡澡的我們解除疲勞。 由於下午班機很晚，延遲退房也讓我可以好好休息，保持體力坐飛機。 住宿體驗一切都很棒，下次會再回來。 希望提升三溫暖的晚班櫃檯人員的應對服務態度。

From arrival to departure everything was in order and the staff cater to your every needs. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and in pristine condition with wonderful views of the city. The on-site restaurant is not directly a part of the hotel organization so this critique should be understood as pertaining to the restaurant only: Servers should not place cutlery on the table when guests leave them on plates to be collected and the variety of the buffet could be improved as the breakfast selection only altered minimally during our stay.

- Yi Chun (7/5): - 地點佳 以五星級飯店標準來說，負責C/I的David大維先生專業度不足，無告知隔日退房時間，早餐地點，僅負責結帳，結完帳給房卡後，結束，連電梯方位都需自行詢問。同時間聽見隔壁女員工親切微笑介紹房內飲品皆可飲用及介紹飯店設施等，落差真大。
