Hotel room is.comfy and spacious Rides luke trains, cabs, uber are all within reach. Wifi is so fast. The elevator is too cramped alfhough they offer three lifts. The lobby of the front desk floor only has limited chairs to mark time while waiting for the room availiability.

- Thai (9/5): Great location, value and high level of cleanliness. - Newly constructed hotel in a great location if Ximending is where you'd like to stay in Taipei. The hotel is literally above the Ximen MRT subway line, so a big plus in terms of getting around to see Taipei. There were 3 of us in the room, and I slept on a very comfortable sofa bed that was converted into a very comfortable place to sleep. My sisters each had a full-sized bed and it was all very comfortable. Bathroom was large enough, and a washlet bidet included which was a nice touch. We also used the onsite washing machines and dryers, and they were very efficient. The machines could be paid for using electronic card payments so no coins needed. We arrived in the morning of our check-in day, and the ladies at check-in kept our luggage while we went out to explore Taipei.

- KAZUMA (6/5): 立地は最高 - 西門町駅の目の前だったので、夜まで屋台などを楽しんでそのまま部屋に帰れるという最高なロケーションでした。 今回朝食付きプランにし勝手にホテルの朝食ビュッフェを想像していましたが、実際の朝食会場は1Fにある「武蔵野森珈琲」と言うスカイラーク系のレストランで「5種類のモーニングプレートの中から好きなメニューを選ぶ」と言うスタイルでした。下調べしなかった自分達が悪いのですが台湾旅行の大事な一食をエッグベネディクトとかにしたく無い方は朝食付きは選ばない事をお勧めします。自分も事前に知ってたら朝食は付けませんでした。あとコレは武蔵野森珈琲の問題ですが家族3人で同時に朝食をオーダーしましたが1人分だけ完全に作り忘れられてたようで40分後に届きました。※店内ガラガラの時間帯です

- Christian (9/5): - Unser Zimmer wirkte sehr neu, gut ausgestattet, war geräumig somit mehr als genügend Platz. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar neben einer U-Bahn Station, und in der Nähe einiger Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vor der Haustüre das Vergnügungsviertel Ximending. Hervorzuheben ist, dass man die Koffer für Late Check Out gut aufbewahren kann. Es gibt auch eine Kofferwage, sehr hilfreich. Europäisches Frühstück wird man hier nicht finden, auch ist zu beachten, dass aufgrund der Lage die Zimmer straßenseitig trotz guter Fenster, durch Lärm beeinträchtigt sind (Richtung Hauptstraße). Für uns war es gerade okay, aber kann gut sein, dass dies manchen zu viel ist.

- Lola (10/5): The BEST. - The bed, the pillow and the comforter were so soft and comfortable. The best I have ever slept in. The room set-ups are good. Many drawer and closet space. The best part is it has a chair and mirror for ladies to put makeup on. The rooms are clean. The Hotel also provides refills water station on each floor. The staff are very kind and helpful. I call for airport car service and they contact the car service on the day to make sure they will be there and are on time. They also supply many interesting goodies. Everything!

- Harald (8/5): Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit ein paar Schwächen - Die Lage unmittelbar bei der MRT Ximen (Ausgang 2 oder 3) ist natürlich hervorragend. Das Personal ist natürlich auch sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend und spricht sehr gutes Englisch - was in Taiwan nicht selbstverständlich ist. Nachdem wir 2 Zimmer reserviert hatten und diese nicht sehr billig waren, hätten wir uns ein höher gelegenes Stockwerk gewunschen (wir waren in Etage 3 - was in Taiwan eigentlich 2 ist - das Erdgeschoss zählt hier schon als Etage 1). Da fast alle Zimmer straßenseitig liegen, ist der Verkehrslärm, insbesondere das Piepen beim Blinken von den Bussen sehr laut hörbar und störend. Die Aussicht Richtung Ximen macht das meines Erachtens nicht wett.

- Michie Duong (9/5): - Spacious room. Loved how the toilet and bathroom was separate and the fact you can flush toilet paper down the toilet (a bit of an issue in other older accommodations). The location is also excellent. Right next to the entrance to the ximending MRT and ximending shopping area. Great food near by too. We booked a deluxe twin room with sofa bed for 3 people. The sofa bed is small so cannot fit a anyone taller than 165 comfortably. The sofa was also super uncomfortable as it dips in. Its also position where there is a massive draft if the aircon is on. Overall, great room unless you are the one who is sleeping on the sofa bed.

- LingJoo (9/5): Excellent Location & Comfortable Stay. - Location and Comfort - Convenient location just outside of Ximen Exit 3 (with escalators) or 2 (stairs). The hotel has everything we need - nice bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Vacuum packing and other stuff available at level 2 reception area. Can check the laundry availability via the room TV and usage payable using credit card - NT70 for washer and NT10 per 10mins for dryer. There is water dispenser at every level. The food at the restaurant at level 1 is nice, but can be crowded during breakfast. Reception staff are nice and helpful too. The lift may be slow at times but not a biggie.
- Ancoizaan (9/5): Most comfortable, quiet stay close to Ximending attractions - Incredible experience at this hotel, located really centrally: close to Ximending without being in the crowds. Also positioned right on top of a main train station. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to check in early after a very tiring long haul flight. Room was huge and comfortable, and exactly where you want to decompress after a long day of sightseeing

- irit (10/5): כמעט כמעט מושלם אמנם ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה לטעמנו אבל זה באמת היה זניח לעומת כל הדברים שכן אהבנו - הכל מלבד ארוחת הבוקר. מיקום מצוין, צוות אדיב, חדר חדול מאוד ונוח, אפשרות לכבס בעצמנו במלון ועוד ועוד לא אהבנו את ארוחת הבוקר. זה אמנם במסעדה אבל אין טיפת גמישות והאוכל שהוצע לא היה ממש לטעמנו

- Sooyeong (9/5): 교통이 정말로 편리한 호텔! - 호텔의 위치가 가장 좋았음. 시먼역에서 바로 연결됨. 교통 가성비 최고. 호텔 입구에 <세븐일레븐>편의점이 있어서 이용하기 편리함. 길 하나 건너면 바로 시먼딩 쇼핑가가 있음. 아쉬운 점은 특별히 없음.

Convenience: Situated right at the edge of the Ximending Walking District, guests have immediate access to the vibrant shopping area and the local night market. Dining Options: The surrounding area is densely packed with a wide variety of local food stalls and restaurants. Comfort: The guest rooms are notably spacious and clean, offering a more open environment than many standard city hotels. Amenities: All necessary in-room amenities are provided to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Storage Facilities: A standout feature is the ample storage space available for guests. The hotel provides large luggage storage and secure lockers for smaller personal items. Nil.
- chakraphong (8/5): Good - First is location, Hotel locates in popular area and MRT station is in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Comfy bed and clean, Big bathroom, Toilet. Generally nice place to stay. Hotel cost is acceptable for this rate star hotel. Some simple thing which is not costly hotel that much but they don't have. For instance a bottle of water. Just for small one no need to have a big one but the don't have it for guests. That was only one issue I felt.

- Anna (10/5): This hotel is in a great location with great price. - The hotel provides little amenities for all guests. It was a great location with good value. I suggest to add a hand soap in the toilet area.
- mika (9/5): 朝食以外は良いホテルでした。 - 2024年オープンしたばかりのようでとても綺麗で清潔でした。 ロケーションは西門駅3番出口とほぼ直結、便利。 朝食付きにしたのですが階下にある武蔵野森コーヒー店での提供でした。 メニューはサラダか数種類のサンドイッチプレートのみでご飯とか麺系は無し。 最近ビジネスホテルなどこういう形での朝食提供のホテルがありますが 一泊の金額(4万弱)を考えるとホテルレストラン提供の食事を期待してしまいます。
