Iris (10/5): Angenehmes und modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Größe war perfekt und ein wunderschönes Bad. Ganz toll fanden wir, dass die Toilette vom Bad getrennt ist. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war alles sehr sauber. Frühstück im asiatischen Stil aber in Ordnung. Es gab in der Lobby kostenlose Heißgetränke, was ein toller Service ist. Rundum empfehlenswert. Uns hat alles gut gefallen.

SACHI (9/5): オススメ！ - 日本語対応してもらえ、ロビーも広く，コーヒーなども飲めるのがとても良かった。スタッフの方も全ての人が対応よく、気持ちいい滞在ができた。部屋も綺麗でよかった。場所も西門の便利な位置で西門散策するにはとても便利だった。駅からも近い。ダメ元で伝えていたことも対応してくれてありがたかった。両親と子ども連れの三世代旅行だったがとても快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。しいていうなら駅からもっと近いとうれしいが、ダメなところはない。日本のGWだったのと、台湾の3連休だったので値段は安くなかったがとてもいいホテルだった。

Katsuyuki (9/5): 最高のロケーションの快適なホテル - 北門駅や西門駅に徒歩圏内で、空港からのアクセスはスムーズです。西門町がすぐそこで、朝食も夕食も街に出て手軽に食べられます。北向き高層階の部屋だったので、窓からは淡水河をはじめ台北北部の眺めがとても良かった。部屋も快適で、ウォシュレットは嬉しい。あえて探せば、天井からのシャワーと手持ちシャワーの温度が少し違ったこと。
AMI (8/5): 楽しかった！ - 適度にセルフであるところ。連泊中環境への配慮から清掃が１日おきとの事でしたが、私としてはありがく感じた。部屋に入らないという安心感もある。荷物広げる事ができるし！お風呂の栓が硬かった。湯船にお湯を貯めたら水圧で余計に固く感じた。なかなか回らなかった。朝レストランから帰る人チェックアウト等しょうがないけどエレベーターがなかなか来ない。
Lingyuan (10/5): Enjoyed the stay. Definitely will come again. - The Japan-chained hotel keep up with their standards in both facilities and services. Bright and openly-designed lobby provided a very welcome feeling for the guests. Staffs of the front desk and room-services were all very professional and polite. Especially like the clean room with modern design. The view from the room window was amazing.

Oxana (10/5): Beautiful hotel to enjoy Taipei - This is a gorgeous hotel! Everything is beautiful about it. The room is very cozy, everything is comfy! Breakfast is very good with so many choices. We absolutely loved our stay in that hotel. There is a self-service laundry, which we found very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and we walked to nearby sites. We loved the hotel.

The hotel should allow a reduction of days in view of the changes in timing by the airline. ie from 6 days 5 nights to 5 days 4 nights. Was asked by the hotel to refer back to Booking.Com for changes as booking was not done direct with hotel ! V inefficient.

Sylvie (9/5): Super hôtel, très bien situé, chambre très confortable, n'hésitez pas! - L'emplacement, le confort de la chambre, les boissons chaudes et les bouteilles d'eau gratuites dans le lobby, l'efficacité et la gentillesse du personnel. Quartier animé, mais chambre au calme, très bien insonorisée. Très belle vue de Taipei depuis la chambre. Nous recommandons fortement, n'hésitez pas ! Mon conjoint a trouvé les oreillers un peu trop minces, mais c'est le seul petit défaut de cet hôtel. Tout le reste est parfait!

takahiro (9/5): ベストチョイス - 西門地区でMRT、バス利用(九份行き含め)にとても便利なロケーション。近隣徒歩圏内に多くのレストラン、ショップ、夜市があり飽きない。海外在住のため、納豆や焼き魚のある和朝食は美味しく嬉しかった。セルフクロークは斬新で使いやすい。部屋は綺麗、清潔で効率良いが、やや狭い。台北全体の宿泊料金が上がっているのか、300ドル/泊は高い。

Huone ja kaikki yleiset tilat olivat todella siistejä ja sisustus oli kaunis. Hotellissa tuoksui aina ihanalta. Suihkussa oli hyvät paineet ja kylpyamme oli plussaa. Sänky oli loistava ja patja juuri sopiva. Ikkunasta upea näkymä kaupunkiin. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä.

Gregory (10/5): A fabulous place to stay. - Location is central, Room was clean and new. Staff was exceptional. Within walking distance of alot of things or a short Uber or bus ride. Price was great. Breakfast was adequate. Free Coffee, Tea and Water in the lobby almost 24 hours a day was fantastic. The breakfast was good, not great. Most of the items that I thought should have been at least warm were Not. That said we were Not in the US. So no harm their. I didn't go hungry. But everything else was fabulous
