- Hugo (4/5): Terrible service - I stayed at this hotel for one night and was treated in an unwelcoming way- when I asked for tooth brushes the receptionist looked rather annoyed and her attitude made me feel bad. And then I looked for an iron and an iron board from the reception, she gave me a hostile look and didn't seem helpful at all. I would absolutely not recommended my friends to stay at this hotel in the future
- Marcel (8/5): - Das Hotel ist tagsüber zunächst etwas schwer zu finden, da es sich in einer schmalen Gasse befindet. Die Rezeption ist im 6. Stock des Gebäudes. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, und der Service ist äußerst freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels: U-Bahn und Busse sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, und der bekannte Ximending Nachtmarkt liegt quasi direkt vor der Tür. Für einen Besuch in Taipei ist dieses Hotel definitiv zu empfehlen. *** The hotel is a bit hard to find at first glance during the day, as it’s located in a narrow alley. The reception is on the 6th floor. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the service is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent: the subway and buses are just a few minutes away, and the famous Ximending Night Market is almost right outside the door. It’s definitely recommended for visitors to Taipei.
- Paul (8/5): - Clean, modern small room. It would have been nearly PERFECT if it had a window. The Expedia listing DID NOT MENTION that there was no window in the room (or most rooms in this hotel)! Expedia REALLY should mention this -- having a window is an important feature, and I've had this problem before in another country. If there's no window, it would be nice to have one of the lamps that simulates the light from the sun rising. They're not very expensive. It would also be nice to have a better place to set luggage and maybe some drawers. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping was excellent except that snacks were left on some days but not others. Location is fabulous ... Just a few minutes walk to MRT and Red House. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind not having a window.

- Gyeol (8/5): - 2박을 묵었는데 객실에 들어서자마자 묘한 냄새가 났다. 뭔가 상한 우유 냄새가 간헐적으로 났는데 몹시 불쾌하긴 했다. 그리고 방음이 거의 안 되는 듯한 느낌? 양 옆 방에서 그런 건 딱히 없었는데 있으나마나한 창문 덕에 밖에 비 오는 소리가 정통으로 들렸다. 그럼에도 불구하고 시먼 숙소 치고는 저렴한 가격, 푹신한 이불, 환상적인 위치와 같은 장점도 돋보인다. 위생과 청결에 힘을 조금만 더 썼으면 좋겠네.
- MIHWA (10/5): - 아들하고 둘이 4박 잘 지내고 왔어요 리모델링 되어있어 깨끗하고 침대가 폭신폭신 했어요 매일 청소도 되어있고 시먼이어서 어딜가도 좋았어요 부산의 남포동, 서면같은곳이었어요 다만 화장실서 악취가 ㅠ 화장실 문닫으니 덜 났는데 하수구서 올라오는거 같았어요 우린 운이 좋아서 윗층 옆방 아주 조용했어요 재방문 의사 있습니다.
- LC (6/5): - 酒店位置👍，房間寬闊，可以平放兩個大旅行箱還有足夠空間走動。但缺點在廁所- 淋浴間和馬桶之間無擋水屏設置，淋浴後整個廁所地面全濕，又無設施放置要更換的衣服，只能把要更換的衣服放上毛巾架，每次淋浴前後都要踏住濕滑的地磚上更換衣服！
- Ka Po Raine (6/5): - 被安排到茶水間隔壁的房間，晚上客人在洗衣服，吵到不能入睡，已經12點，早上有客人在外面看電話坐在沙發，電話的聲音也很大，才7點多
- Kin Wa (10/5): - 交通便利，由桃園機場捷運過來都是半小時車程，房間寬闊，設施齊全，還有房間外面有一個pantry,方便人客携帶食物進餐，不用弄污房間，總括而言，我個人極力推薦這間hotel

- Amy (8/5): - The property maintenance is in a good condition. However, I experienced traffic and taking loud noises outside of the room. Even though, I requested for a quiet room. This made a challenging for a good night sleep.
- Emi (8/5): 1人旅にはオススメです。 - 西門駅には近いし周りには申し分無いくらいのお店が豊富にあります。夜遅く出歩いても全く問題ありません。ただたまたまでしたが滞在中夜遅くまで子供が廊下を走りまくっていたのでうるさかったです。それ以外はとても良かったです。
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good on paper but not what you expect. - Walls were paper thin so any noise outside the room was very clear. Room was generally clean for the obvious parts but was dirty at the places like toilet roll cover and toilet flusher cover. The material of the hangers make it seem like it was very dirty/dusty. The design of the shower area was very poor as water get splashed to the toilet seat area while showering making it very wet. The floor does not dry after returning back to the room. Location was quite good, outside of the noisy busy shopping district. One of night there was a crazy loud water dripping sound as if a pipe burst, it was so noisy making hard to sleep.

- Rachel (8/5): - The hotel is very well located within 5 minutes from Ximending MRT and with many shops and restaurants around. The room is a bit small, but clean with all the necessary amenities. The only downside is the noise during the weekend if you're a light sleeper.

- Yasushi (6/5): - 西門町にあるので、非常に賑やかです。 部屋にいると喧騒は届かないので静かです。ただ、エアコンが効き過ぎていて寒いです。クーラーのリモコンを使っても、恐らく建物自体の空調なのか、操作出来ません。 2日目の15時ごろに部屋に戻ってきたところ、清掃希望の札を出していても、掃除がまだされていませんでした。タオル交換だけしてもらおうと、入口にタオルとマットを出していましたが、回収されただけで、新しい物は置かれていませんでした。 清潔さは、かもなく不可もなく。 利便性を優先される方には向いていると思います。

- Stephenlee (10/5): - 這是我第二次選擇日光樂居,之前的體驗良好,所以我再試多一次,今次我選的是豪華客房,因標準客房已滿,這一層是新裝修,所有設施都很新淨,而且保安也非常好,進入房間前是有一個大門口,要刷房咭先可進入走廊,再行去自己的房間,而且房間亦都很整瀠乾淨,給人很舒服的感覺,另外地點衹隔一條街就已經行入西門,吃喝真的很方便,下一次我也會選這間.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 感覺很新的住宿 - 第一次找門口花了點時間，指標有的只有中文有的只有英文。隔音不好、幸好鄰居都很安靜，只有偶爾經過門口的說話聲。整體環境整潔舒適、大廳有放秤行李重量的機器很貼心
