• Vilma (10/5): - La propiedad esta en una zona muy buena de Cali y muy segura, hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para caminar y relajarse. El hotel tiene un servicio muy bueno tienen un equipo de trabajo excelente muy serviciales . Su desayuno muy bueno. Lo evaluaría de 10 le doy 10 . Sus camas limpias, pulcras yo tome la habitacion con balcon a la calle y es como un apartamento ,las fotos de la descripcion se ajustan perfectanente con lo que brindan. Te brindan el servicio de taxi , tiene elevador el hotel .

• Verified traveler (6/5): Stay for the location, not the amenities - Good location in Cali. Near many good restaurants and cafes. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. The shower head was clogged or damaged and sprayed water pretty much everywhere in the bathroom and through the shutters into the bedroom. My toileteries were constantly getting soaked. There is faje grass in the living area. I guess this absorbs the water spraying from the shower. It was a challenge to have consistent temperature in the shower. Breakfast was ok. You order from a menu with a few different egg options. Be prepared to pay extra. You want milk in your coffee? That costs extra. Make a change to the your eggs? That costs extra. There are areas in the hallways that had signs of black mold on the walls and ceiling.

• Gerard (6/5): Ok for the price - It was described as a "4-star hotel" but it felt more like a higher-end hostal. Cleaning was missed and had to be requested again (but only until 2 pm). Showers had design flaw in that water went all over the bathroom floor. Rooms are quite dark and there is no sound proofing whatsoever (both from the windows and the main door). The elevator was super annoying, slow and it set off a high pitch alarm everytime you got in / out of it (which you could hear from your room at all hours). Breakfast was included but was basic and was told that I had to pay 2,000 pesos to add milk to my coffee (not a lot of money but really?). The price was good so it wasn't a bad stay, just average, hence the three stars I've given it. The furnishings were cheap and will likely not age well (wasn't a fan of the artificial grass in the rooms which was already strating to peel). Communication with the hotel prior to the stay was poor (I should have written in Spanish since the answers that came back in English just did not make any sense at all). As a "4-star hotel" with high ratings, perhaps my expectations were too high. I wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel myself based on my stays at other 4-star hotels in Cali (e.g. Spiwak, Marriott, Intercontinental, Movich, Hotel Now etc) and around the world. Ultimately you get what you pay for so if you're on a budget it may be a good option for you. For me I thought that Spiwak and Hotel Now provide better value for my own personal preferences.

• Roslyn (10/5): - This hotel is like a loft located in a great area called Penon! Very centrally located by the river, mall, lots of restaurants and night life. Breakfast was good it’s total worth it if you like a kitchenette. It doesn’t have a swimming pool however if you’re in town for business or exploring you will love this place.

• Madeline (8/5): - Staff is great! They are kind and very friendly. This is like a boutique hotel so don’t expect anyone to carry your bags to your room or open the door for you. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Didn’t like that the hotel is on a hill or that the surrounding streets are hills. Quite a climb at times.

I think we received more than a great service for what we paid. It was a real good deal. Highly recommend for people that love to have a nice rest after a long day exploring the city or just chilling watching movie.

La infraestructura es mas de hotel tipo hostal. La ubicación es excelente. Descuidan cosas como proveer de papel higienico de reserva que nos tocó solicitarlo.

Anyone can just access your room without a key So many other problems to long to list here And no manager on site!! Spend a little more and go to a better hotel

Room was street facing the construction in front of hotel and the elevator. I was told it’d be “tranqui”. When I brought it up in the morning I left they said “we had interior facing quieter rooms.” Expedia platinum wasn’t honored even though there was availability (they wanted extra payment). Hard to lock entrance sliding door.
• EUGENIO (10/5): - I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)

We ended up leaving early and going to a different better despite not receiving a refund. Would not recommend!
• Odwane (2/5): Terrible experience - Arrived at hotel got checked in and once trying to enter room. It appears at least a male and female was in our room. The front desk staff said someone was now in our reserved room and hotel was full. Told us we had to find another hotel. They gave no support seeing that this was their fault After a few back and forth the hotel staff said one was available due to no show. it was very strange especially that they checked us in and gave us room keys for our room that was occupied. It felt as though some un registered guest were given our room…next morning was told they would reimburse the room. It's been over a month and no such reimbursement

El servicio de internet es bastante deficiente, no tienen TV por cable a pesar de que ofrecen el servicio, la atención de algunos de los empleados muy deficiente e incluso fuera de lugar… el aseo de la habitación muy superficial.. las reglas de acomodación y tarifas no se cumplen. En conclusión, le daría un 5 de 10. Tengo que resaltar que la infra estructura es moderna y los asociados de negocio en el 1 piso muy acertados..( pizzería y cervecería artesanal excelente servicio) la mayoría de empleados muy respetuosos y amables. Considero que deben pulir y ajustar algunos aspectos para darle a los huéspedes el excelente servicio que nos merecemos.
