Princess Natasha (6/5): Not worth the cost - Nice location close to shops Bathroom had grimy grout tiles, noise disruptions all through the night and no water provided in room. Also there was an incident where I watched a security guard literally scream in the face of this poor woman on the Sky Rooftop. She was having a smoke and I was the only other guest there and there was no visible no smoking sign. I didn’t mind her smoking as there was nobody else around and we were outside anyway but the security guard quite literally charged towards her screaming at her and demanded she go with him to the wall like she’s a child! So horrible to watch and the lady was so shaken too

At some point, we needed to go to a clinic and it was just right beside The parking, need to pay every time we go out. And the parking for mercure is like inside another parking. And no signal in the carpark. Had to go out to to top up my card on the phone coz no signal
Nur Fatihah (9/5): Very good and satisfied overall - Friendly staff very accomodating and quick, room cleanliness, the fridge was good and water/iron/ hair dryer availability. I like the safety feature locks in the room and the extra more secure private parking place for hotel guests. The AC was not too strong would want stronger AC as sometimes it can get still be a bit warm in the room. I wished the skydeck city view could be open at longer hours than just one hour to accomodate guests' timings more.

Our kids are old enough not to walk out of the room, but I would have preferred if the door was in our room.

Royce Peh (1/5): Very Disappointed !!!!! - Location is very good if you want to go to opposite for work. Walking distance. Got a lot of food downstairs. But the hotel is really cannot make it. This is my first time staying there. The staffs and breakfast really cannot make it at all. Hotel should be rated 1 star instead of 4 stars. Breakfast - only egg can eat, the rest of the food cannot taste. Even the breads. Better go downstairs to have a good breakfast. Forget about the "Free" breakfast you have. Don't buy the hotel breakfast. One important thing is Mercure management wrote this below. As your booking was made via a third-party travel website, some requests and arrangements are subject to the policies of the booking platform. => I didn't request anything. => meaning need to get the room from direct booking from their website, cannot get through Booking.com. Below is the Summary of what I encountered. I saw this Skyline viewing access and i asked the receptionist during my check in. He told me to and wait at the reception at 750 pm, and the security will bring me up. I was there on time and told the receptionist and he asked me to sit around and wait. I approached the receptionist a few times and not sure what happened as only me was waiting there. From 7:50 pm, i waited till 8:31 pm. I was angry at that time, and I approached the receptionist the last time. Then he told me to go to the lift lobby and wait. i waited another 5 minutes to 8:36 pm. This time i approached the receptionist and asked if don't have, don't waste my time. Then, you know what, he told me he called the Security and he asked me to go to 55 Floor. The Security will bring me up. Funny, why he cannot ask me to go up and look for the Security and asked me to wait there for more than half an hour??? Shower Water is very hot after turned on for more than 5 minutes. There is NO cold water. There is NO drinking water. The receptionist didn't even inform me. Later than i saw the dispensers beside the water basin. The water is warm and no cold water. The breakfast - No breads, the noodles is so salty. Is it for human to eat? I was there around 8am, almost empty, no top up. Plates never keep all over the tables. I saw China tour group there. Is this how they treat Tourist ?

Mini (3/5): I would say hotel is nice for sure but staff is not as humble and accomodating. - It’s new and infrastructure is great The staff and their overall attitude were unaccommodating, which made our stay very disappointing from a hospitality perspective. Prior to arrival, I had informed the hotel about the purpose of our visit to Kuala Lumpur and our stay at the property—celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. I expected a basic level of acknowledgment or courtesy, such as a small celebratory gesture (a cake, wine, or similar), which is usually offered by hotels, especially when such details are mentioned in the booking. Unfortunately, nothing was arranged. I am an ALL Accor member and have been associated with Accor for several years, with numerous stays across Australia. However, this was by far the worst experience I have had at an Accor property. I never expected Mercure Trion to leave such a negative impression and spoil what was meant to be a special holiday. Additionally, we were charged for housekeeping due to some colour stains on the bedsheets caused by our children. While we fully accept responsibility for this, the amount charged felt excessive and made us feel pressured rather than handled with understanding and fairness. Overall, this experience fell significantly short of the hospitality standards I have come to expect from the Accor brand.

They even ignored a group of people eating at the lobby, imagine a 4 star hotel lobby became full of chicken rice smell especially the chicken rice chilly smell. Very disappointed.. one important thing is when I first stepped in the room, I was very surprised that the rubbish didn't clean. Very bad experience with a rated 4 stars hotel

Le personnel de l’accueil, un peu froid pas très accueillant on a l’impression de déranger c’est vraiment dommage.

Other than the few restaurants downstairs, there are not much of interest to tourists around in walking distance. The hotel is a bit away from the tourist points of interest. The free breakfast is very limited in food choices. I didn't wanna go again after the first morning.
