• Aniaina (10/5): Bardzo polecam! - Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Basen, sauna, widok z dachu. Wszystko super! Lokalizacja jest niby blisko, ale przez brak chodników bardzo ciężko dostać się tam na pieszo z dworca. Aplikacja Grab uratowała nas 😀

• Holly (7/5): Fine for a short stay. - The pool is large and was quiet. Good location not too far away from centre but not on a busy road so not too loud. Easy to find and access. Good booking instructions. The wallpaper was completely ripped behind the bed, shower wasn’t totally clean and it might have been helpful to have a bedside table lamp. The pool was lovely but some of the tiles are coming off and it isn’t in the best condition.

• Darko (6/5): Pleasant - The condo is quiet close to the border checkpoint and the malls, taking the grab takes only 5-10 minutes.The Gym awas sufficiently equipped, and the sky pool was actually really great for swimming. When arriving, first thing I see is a huge waterspot on the floor. Everywhere dirty, and the bathroom literally had mold stains everywhere. The closet and accessoires in the room are bare minimum. And the worst part of all, for me obviously, was the wrong information about the room sizes. So overal not recommended. Far better and. cheaper options in Johor Bahru

• Sandy (8/5): Very good - Overall comfortable and the bed and pillows with the bedsheets are clean and new. My apartment is only good for one person. Facilities were great, swimming pool was clean. Apartment is a studio. There was no sofa, no dinning table and chairs. Just a bed, one folding chair, one vanity top and the kitchen. Should at least provide a dinning table and 2 chairs. No living area. The public washing machine is shared with workers washing their attires and the washers are filthy.

• Muthiah (1/5): Please, never book this place. My humble request - I did not check in. hey asked my to pay a deposit of RM 200 before arrival which I promptly transferred. When I arrived at 1 pm, the room wasn't ready. I was told the room will be ready by 3pm. At 3 pm, no one contacted me, thus I contacted them. I was told will take another 1-2 hours to be ready. I was so tired, I cancelled the check in and booked another facility nearby. Its now more then 2 days, my deposit has not been refunded despite reminder. I'm planning to make a police report. Looks like a scammers running a business to fleece people As above. management is a scam. Deposit not refunded. Room not ready as promised. Previous guest checked out at 11 am but room is not cleaned even till 4 pm.

Mini cockroach at the sink area 3. Bidget in one of the room was broken 4. Bulb cover fell off from chandelier 5. One of the toilet was not clean properly and had mould 6. Rack in bathroom was broken

Due to construction site outside, the direction and signage are poor especially at night and our car got directed to enter the multistory carpark of komtar when we actually want to go out of the premise. One enter wrongly no way out but to enter the car park and got charged for entry..

• Junaid (8/5): A comfortable and enjoyable stay with convenient amenities. - I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff response on the WhatsApp was excellent and would usually reply within seconds. The location was convenient, close to dining options. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money. I would definitely stay here again! Sometimes, the internet would get disconnected or slow. Also, the doors of the rooms were closer to each other and if the other room guests would slam the door, you could easily hear it. Sometimes if there are many guests, the doors would be slammed multiple times.
• Vanessa (10/5): Good! - The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. They really provided based on the exact numbers e.g. the unit for 6 guests' stay, really only have 6 bowls, plates, cups etc...Also the communication from the property is a bit lacking. I did not receive my check-in details way before my stay date, on day of check-in, lucky managed to contact and finally do the check-in, if not won't be able to stay.

Easy to access, Close to JB immigration - The first impression of the exterior was great, smooth check in. inside the room clean and bed was comfortable. Value for money. One of the things is the car park lots of construction items and dusty. Looks unorganized.

• Skippee (8/5): Good place to stay. - The pool was nice and water was clean. Being a private facility there was hardly anyone else using it. The gym was also well-equipped. Apartment was clean and adequate. Nothing much to really complain about. Everything was working well. Sofa was really hard. Could do with two more towels. Nothing at all around the area. But grabcar is just 5-10rm around town, so not really an issue.
