• Rawako (7/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel - Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Klimaanlage direkt über den Tischen/Frühstück waren sehr kühl eingestellt. Ohne Jacke kaum nutzbar. Die Musik beim Frühstück war zu laut und die Handy zutzung für Telefongespräche sollte während des Frühstücks untersagt werden. Es gibt keinerlei Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern oder Kleidung im Badezimmer.

• Colette (7/5): Great location but awful a/c making for an uncomfortable stay - Great location for where we needed to be. The room was ridiculously hot which wasn’t helped by the large south facing window that couldn’t be opened. You couldn’t operate the a/c temperature independently from the a/c panel but had to phone reception to get them to change the temperature from their end. The lowest they could turn it down to was 19 degrees but that was still too warm especially through the night. I actually don’t think it was working properly as it was certainly not cooling. Never stayed in a hotel before where you can’t operate the a/c yourself in the room! As a result, terrible night’s sleep as too hot and stuffy waking up feeling really dehydrated.

• Jarosława (9/5): Pobyt w umiarkowanej cenie w dogodnej komunikacyjnie lokalizacji - Hotel ma bardzo dogodną lokalizację, tuż przy stacji metra ze sprawnym połączeniem z lotniskiem Stansted. W pobliżu jest park. Pokój był czysty , codziennie zmieniano ręczniki i uzupełniano zapas wody, kawy i herbaty , a także herbatników 😃 Dość skomplikowana, wiodąca przez labirynt korytarzyków droga od wejścia do windy. Zbyt wysokie poduszki nie były wygodne.

Breakfast ran out of food several times. The poor girl on duty seemed to be overwhelmed and it looked short staffed. lots of people waiting for food to be restocked. This is the only complaint I have

• sonia (7/5): - I had an overall positive stay at this hotel .Initially , i was allocated in a basement room ,which did not meet my expectations and presented some inconveniences, incluind a bad odour coming from the drainage system. However ,i would like to highlight the way the staff handled the situation .After i reported the issue the response was prompt and eficiente and satisfactory solution was provided within a short period of time.

Wir hatten meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und als das Personal das mitbekam, bekamen wir einfach alle einen Kuchen!! Danke nochmals dafür!! Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und würde es sofort wieder buchen! Leider mussten wir sehr lange auf unsere Getränke an der Bar warten

• Judith (10/5): Great night’s sleep, good breakfast and excellent transport/tube links to get anywhere in the city. - I have family in London so I have stayed in the area several times before, but wasn’t familiar with The Maldron until this visit. It was such a good experience and so convenient for transport links that I will always look for a room here first when I visit in future. The hotel staff are wonderful, friendly and have excellent customer service skills. The room was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable and the breakfast offered great choice and was delicious. Nothing - it met my location and travel links needs very well.

Very reasonable price compared to other places and had a much bigger room. Happily stored bags before check in and after check out, for free. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast with lots of options.

• Teo (5/5): Dezamăgitor! - Poziționarea foarte avantajoasă. Camera destul de mică, nu există posibilitatea de a deschide geamul pentru aerisirea camerei. Micul dejun slab și insuficient pentru numărul mare de turiști. După ora 8.30 haos și dezorganizare. Nu se justifică prețul plătit.
• Fearghal (7/5): Locatie en ontbijt zijn prima. Personeel, hygiëne en ventilatie moeten beter. - De locatie is goed, op loopafstand van metro- en busstation. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Alleen de croissantjes mogen beter aangevuld worden en er kan meer variatie zijn in het aangeboden brood. Alleen wit of bruin brood. Geen pistolets, piccolo’s en/of zachte broodjes. Het belangrijkste minpunt is de ventilatie op de kamer. Er kon geen raam open en de ventilatie werkte niet. Na het douchen besloegen de ramen. Het was benauwd en erg warm op de kamer. De warmte en het vocht konden de kamer niet uit. De airconditioning kon niet lager dan 19 graden. Dat is echt te warm om te slapen, zeker met 4 personen op eenzelfde kamer. Het personeel kan wat vriendelijker en proactiever zijn. Bijvoorbeeld groeten als je binnenkomt via de receptie. Hygiëne: De bedden waren niet elke dag verschoond. Er zat zelfs een opgedroogde bloedvlek onder de lakens. Briefje neergelegd voor het kamermeisje om de lakens te verschonen. Dit was niet gebeurd. Melding gemaakt bij de receptie en foto laten zien. Diezelfde avond werd het bed gelukkig alsnog verschoond.

I mentioned it to the receptionist on checkout and they were extremely rude and told me that I had specifically requested this - which I clearly hadn't. They also attempted to charge me a £30 'late checkout fee' even though I was leaving at 9AM

• anna (3/5): - Location for station 2nd visit to the hotel. Ended up in room 301 again, which is quite a dark room . Maybe a booking.com thing. This visit though, was disappointing. The room smelt terrible , a drain smell. The mirror had finger prints all over it . Probably still there and clearly someone couldn't be bothered to put the duvet in properly so I had to rearrange it as it didn't fit well. We were visiting my son and too busy with commitments to discuss at the time but wouldn't stay again .
