• Nina (10/5): Mycket bra hotel och servicenivån är underbar! - Personalen var fantastiskt , vi kände oss mycket välkomna dit. Rummet var välstädat och faciliteterna var mycket bra. Älskade att det var mycket plats för kläderna och att det fanns krokar för ytterkläder , dom fanns också i badrummet och sovrummet. Sängen var bekväm. Tyckte att rummet var finare i verkligheten än på bilderna. Det här har egentligen inget med hotellet att göra men området var inte den vackraste med all graffiti.

• Ian (9/5): A great base for exploring Athens. - Excellent location with many small cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Close to public transport options such as buses and the metro,. You can reach the Acropolis within about 20 minutes by public transport, or around 30-40 if you're prepared to walk. The hotel itself is very nice, modern in style, with clean, well-appointed rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and available on site from the morning through to early evening (after hours they are on call).

• Slava_Bucuresti (10/5): nice modern place to stay in Athens - Very good option to stay next to historical center. It is located in the old building but fully renovated. Area is nice and has a lot of modern/local places to eat and have coffee (I was told this is more like students/artists/hipsters area). All necessary facilities where in the room, wi-fi was good and stable, staff at reception was very polite, welcoming and helpful. Really recommend that place to stay. Our room had a very nice terrace, which could be a big advantage during warm period, but we didn't use in January. all was good

I asked Charis if he had any reccomendations for a restaurant one evening, we spoke for almost an hour about his personal favorite restaurants. He was also kind enough to book us a taxi and provide us with additional towels and even a scale. 10/10 would reccomend!

• Marco (10/5): Contento di aver scelto questo posto! - Ci è piaciuto tutto: dall'accoglienza calorosa alla camera che era molto pulita, spaziosa, con una doppia esposizione su due terrazzi (uno piccolo e l'altro molto spazioso e coperto). Il bagno finestrato con doccia chiudibile senza fuoriuscite di acqua sul pavimento. Il quartiere è pieno di locali sia per mangiare che per bere qualcosa ed è vissuto per lo più dalla gente locale nonostante si trovi a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. In camera abbiamo trovato anche un bollitore e tutto l'occorrente per farci caffè e tè. E presente inoltre un frigorifero e in dotazione ci hanno lasciato spazzolini monouso con dentifricio, cuffie per la doccia e tutto quello che serve per passare un buon soggiorno. Il letto é molto comodo e le lenzuola davvero morbide.In aggiunta non si sentiva alcun rumore provenire dalla strada (che è un senso unico) o dalle altre camere. Ma la cosa migliore di tutte è stata davvero la gentilezza della proprietaria (che parla italiano) che ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Grazie di nuovo Nulla! da tornare

• Dorothee (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel, angenehmer Aufenthalt - Sehr netter Empfang, alles sauber und neu, bequeme Betten. Uns wurde ein Parkhaus empfohlen, mit dem das Hotel kooperiert und man einen Sonderpreis bekommen sollte, der Mann hinter der Kasse wusste aber nichts davon und berechnete uns den vollen Betrag. Statt 15 Euro bezahlten wir 23 Euro für den Tag.
• Piotr (10/5): - Bardzo czysto, nowocześnie, bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Było wszystko co potrzeba, nawet takie rzeczy jak czyścik do butów, zestaw do szycia czy jednorazowe szczoteczki do zębów z pastą.
• Eleni (10/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Μέσα στο δωμάτιο μας παρείχαν τα πάντα...Από παντόφλες μέχρι ατομική οδοντόβουρτσα. Το προσωπικό απλά άριστο σε συμπεριφορά, σε εξυπηρέτηση. Μέσα στο χαμόγελο και τα δύο κορίτσια.. Η περιοχή κεντρικοτατη, αν και κακόφημη παλαιότερα, τώρα δεν μας ανησύχησε καθόλου. Πάρκινγκ στα 200 μέτρα, κλειστό και οικονομικό. Αφήσαμε εκεί το αυτοκίνητο και κάναμε τις βόλτες μας. Τα αστέρια έχω να πω ότι φάνηκε πως τα αξίζει από τα πρώτα λεπτά της κράτησης, καθώς σε ερώτημα που υποβάλαμε μέσω booking , η απάντηση ήταν άμεση. Εντός πέντε λεπτών. Αυτό το μέρος φτιάχτηκε με μεράκι και δουλεύεται με μεράκι. Όλα άψογα.

• PHILIPPE (8/5): Hôtel très sympa bien situé - La situation géographique, dans un quartier étonnant, un peu anarchiste avec pleins de tags et des cafés sympa, à 20 mn a pieds du centre. Hotel très propre et d'apparence neuve avec un personnel très sympathique. Des clients Polonais bourrés ont fait beaucoup de bruit à deux reprises vers 1h du matin... Ils ont pris en compte les remontrances de la direction un jour puis ont recommencé. Coïncidence malheureuse pour nous.

• Colin (10/5): - We have stayed in 3 other apartments since we have been in Athens, some more expensive and some cheaper than this one. Exarchia is it far the best place we stayed. The reception staff are fantastic and so helpful. The room was ready in the morning without us having to ask for an early check in. The room was immaculate. Some people note the area but it is no different to any other city I have visited. Just use common sense. We had no issues at all. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well done Exarchia House Project The only thing that was wrong is us not staying there from the offset. Cannot fault the place.
• Ed (10/5): The hotel is wonderful and the staff make it a return stay. Thank you. - Breakfast wasn't offered at the hotel, but just down the block was a very good bakery and coffee shop. The hotel was a terrific find, and the staff was very friendly, invaluable, and most accommodating. A few blocks away, there are several coffee shops, restaurants, and bars that can meet your social needs. Because I was alone, I was given the smallest room. I would suggest a folding chair for the balcony, and a person would not have to sit on the bed when spending time in the room.

Merci Harry et sa compagne! pour notre dernière nuit à Athènes, c'était très confortable et à un prix intéressant.
