Monica (9/5): Very good choice fir those who want to visit - The main advantages of this hotel are its location, very close to all the main attractions, and its cleanliness. It is a small, simple hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is also modest, but the fact that it is served on the rooftop makes up for it. If your purpose is culture and sightseeing, this is the perfect place; if you’re looking for luxury and opulence, look elsewhere. Small improvements on breakfast, maybe some omlette, salami or small sausages.

There is no drawers nor wardrobe in the room.

Sara gave us a warm welcome/reception, briefed us about the hotel policy, simply answered all my queries, where to go, the direction to Acropolis and even the taxi fare. The night Desk receptionist Yanis (John) was very nice, he even offered cigarette GREEK blend to my spouse. This is a Family Hotel, and I will surely recommend Urban Frame to my friends, I took one business card as a souvenir. Thank you Sara and Yanis!!! The taxi driver going to the airport did not overcharged us, and was polite. What I did not like is one day stay only, it should have been three days !!!

Jó az ár-érték aránya, közel van szinte mindenhez, biztonságos környéken ta - Különösen tetszett, hogy biztonságos környéken helyezkedik el, ami számomra nagyon fontos szempont. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, bármilyen kérdéssel fordultam hozzájuk, mindig készségesen segítettek. A szoba teljes mértékben megfelelt az elvárásaimnak: tágas, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt, így kellemesen lehetett pihenni benne. A reggelivel is elégedett voltam, szerintem megfelelő választék volt, és bőségesen jól lehetett lakni vele, ami jó kezdést adott a napnak. Ami kevésbé tetszett, hogy a mosdó ablakának hiányzott a kilincse, ezért a márciusi esti hideg levegő beáramlott a szobába. Ezt jeleztem a recepción, és próbáltak segíteni, amit nagyon értékelek, azonban sajnos addig nem sikerült megoldani a problémát.

The rooftop terrace for breakfast was a really nice touch, and the breakfast itself was a good, basic start to the day. The room size was comfortable and the bed was very cozy, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent. It is close to the train station, and we were able to walk to all of the main tourist attractions, which made getting around Athens very easy. The only small downside was the elevator. It’s quite small and quaint, fitting either one person with luggage or two people without much extra space. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but something to be aware of.

Rastislav (7/5): - Location in the city center, few minutes walk from Acropolis hills entrance Very kind staff Spatial room with a balcony and sofa, 2 large TVs Comfortable bed, A/C Kettle and coffee machine Poor lights (my eyes still hurt a day after) but unfortunately this is more of a common thing than exception in hotels. Forget about reading Bathroom 'decorated' with little flies. There was a nest or something somewhere, they should deal with it. Harmless but annoying

Mantas (10/5): Great place to stay. - Value for money. Very friendly receptionists and very nice breakfast attendant. Really close to everything in Athens. And safe area too. Recommended.
Julia (10/5): - Pokój był duży i przestronny. Bardzo czysto. Pokój dobrze wyposażony personel bardzo miły. Możliwość pozostawienia bagaży na czas zwiedzania. Brak żelazka
Eleftherios (10/5): - Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο, πολύ κοντά σε στάση μετρό και συγκοινωνίας γενικότερα. Μπορείς να περπατήσεις σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Έμεινα στον δεύτερο όροφο, με κλειστά κουφώματα δεν με ενόχλησε η κίνηση του δρόμου έξω. Όλα ήταν μια χαρά!
Zuzana (9/5): Personál na recepcii veľmi ochotný pomôcť so všetkým. Ďakujeme. - Páčila sa nám lokalita, všetko sa nachádza v pešej dostupnosti - všetky najhlavnejšie pamiatky, voda, káva, čaj na izbe k dispozícii, raňajky v poriadku.
