We went at 9:45 for breakfast, which was supposed to end at 10:30, and there was nothing left, and nothing was replenished. Also, we had requested a double room, but we were given a room with two separate beds.

Az elhelyezkedés kíváló, viszont a környező utcák higéniája borzasztó. A tisztaság kíváló. Az utcai környezet borzasztó. Koszos, büdös, tele hajléktalannal, minden második ház üres, koszos, tele hajléktalannal. Terjedő hugyszag.

Aéroport accessible en métro. Personnel de chambre aimable. Ménage correct, draps changés tous les jours. Décevant, quartier très sale à proximité immédiate, urine sur le trottoir sur plusieurs mètres, murs tagués. Vue sur un parking de voitures. Personnel à l'accueil pas aimable contrairement au personnel de chambre. Salle d'eau minuscule qui fait qu'on inonde tout quand on prend une douche. Lavabo minuscule. pas de possibilité de poser sa trousse de toilette. Frigo dans la chambre mais la prise est connectée avec le reste de la chambre, donc quand on enlève la carte qui sert à l'éclairage, le frigo s'arrête de fonctionner ! Matelas durs. Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite, ce matin, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner debout ! Offre des produits limitée par rapport à d'autres que nous avons eu à Paros.

V clean shower room with plenty of hot water.....does the job of overnight stay...with the benefit of desk staff. Stay regular....always the same It is what you expect for the money. Basic but clean...good bed...good shower...coffee at breakfast

• Judith (8/5): Great stay - We loved the breakfasts and the 24 concierge service was reassuring. The staff were affable and the room serviced each day. The neighbourhood while convenient was a little seedy.

• Ronny (7/5): In diese Gegend nicht nochmal übernachten. Am Tage war alles ok. - Unser Zimmer war für 4 Personen ausreichend. Frühstück war ok und das Personal war nett. Die Lage ist überhaupt nicht gut. Wir sind nachts angekommen und fanden es sehr unangenehm. Überall stand Polizei. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, weil es nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten war. Das werden wir nicht wieder tun.

• Marion (7/5): Mauvaise surprise - Le personnel était très agréable. Le lit était très dur, très mauvaise isolation phonique avec le palier qui reste allumé toute la nuit. La porte avait un jour de 1cm tout autour, donc la lumière rentrait dans la chambre. Le petit frigo très bruyant la nuit. Notre fenêtre donnait sur un mur et un petit square qui est le repère des SDF et "travaillauses" du quartier (rixe dans la nuit). Le quartier Omonia n'étant pas le mieux fréquenté d'ATH. Bref, il ne manque pas grand chose pour que cet hotel soit agréable mais en l'état, c'est raté.

• Dennis (8/5): Met expectations considering the price - +good price +close enough to the touristy spot +no objections regarding the quality of the room given the price and hotel standard. It was clean. -the area around Omonia is a sad place full of garbage, homeless people and drug addicts. They keep to themselves but it’s worth noting. Not the hotels fault but definitely part of the experience.

The area feels unsafe, there are drug users and syringes at the entrance, and the room is extremely dirty and unacceptable. We do not feel safe staying here and had to leave immediately. We are requesting a full refund due to misrepresentation and safety concerns.

• IOANNIS (8/5): Πολύ καλή διαμονή στο κέντρο της Αθήνας - Καθαρό δωμάτιο καινούριο, με καλό μπάνιο, ζεστό νερό και πολύ καλό προσωπικό που εξυπηρετούσε πάντα. Το πρωινό ήταν ανεπαρκες. Έλειπαν τα βασικά αγαθα, άλλο είχαμε δει στις φωτογραφίες και άλλα είδαμε στην πραγματικότητα. Ενω κατεβήκαμε να φάμε μια ώρα πριν κλείσει το πρωινό, είχαν τελειώσει όλα τα πράγματα και δεν υπήρχαν νέα στη θέση τους, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορέσουμε να φαμε.

• Andrei-Mihai (7/5): Good accommodation - The property was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was good. It wasn't as quiet as I expected. In the evening there were noises from doors closing/opening, in the morning I think the maids started cleaning quite early and you could hear things being slammed, brooms, mops, etc. When I was woken up by such noises I had a hard time falling back asleep because those noises kept coming at a certain interval. Also the breakfast was the same every morning. For the 3 mornings I had it would be ok, but not for more mornings

Pokój czysty , okolica słaba. - Lokalizacja w centrum wiec nalezy sie spodziewać tego co w centrum , ludzie bezdomni i ćpuny, już kilkaset metrów dalej mamy ładne okolice. Śniadania codziennie takie samo, więc nie mogę sie wypowiedzieć. Brak wyboru herbat i nie ma słodkich napoi do picia tylko jeden smak, ale standard hotelu tego nie wymaga widocznie. okolica, właściciele hotelu powinni zadbać o to wizerunkowo chociażby, i poprosić władze miasta aby przegonić tych bezdomnych.

Wenn der Nachbar die Spülung drückt, denkt man, das Wasser läuft durchs Zimmer. Bad sehr einfach. Vorhang zwischen Dusche und Toilette, das Waschbecken war im Zimmer. Lüfter im Bad extrem laut, der Toilettendeckel fiel einem ständig in den Rücken. Defekt an der Tür. Wir hatten offensichtlich ein nicht modernisiertes Zimmer. Was auf den Bildern auf Booking.com zu sehen ist, ist jedenfalls etwas anderes und offensichtlich besserers. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht gerade schön.

• Alfonso (7/5): hotel non male,quartiere davvero abbandonato a se! - FACCIAMO CHIAREZZA: l'hotel merita comunque un 7.staff preparato,camere abbastanza pulite,si dorme abbastanza bene.la nota negativa,ma questo riguarda il quartiere di omonoia,è la quantita' di tossicodipendenti anche proprio sotto l'hotel,nonostante la presenza di una caserma di polizia,sembra che a nessuno importi.siringhe ovunque lungo i marciapiedi e degrado pazzesco.altra nota negativa è la colazione:per essere continentale,come dolce era presente solo una ciambella e della cioccolata spalmabile.niente croissant,marmellate o succhi di frutta.come salato pomodori,peperoni,wurstel,uova sode,formaggio spalmabile.alla colazione darei 4,non di piu'.lìhotel nel complesso non è male.La metro di omonia dista a circa 300 metri,quindi vicina.il quartiere ahimè è davvero un disastro! il quartiere di omonoia è un distrastro completo.degrado assoluto.la colazione davvero spartana con pochissima scelta,ne succhi di frutta,ne croissant,ne altri dolci.

Great bakery at the top of the road. Lack of soundproof on internal doors, could hear everyone coming and going. No sound from outside though which was good. Breakfast wasn't great. No fresh juice, limited fruit options. Lovely Greek yoghurt and honey! Although the hotel feels safe and is a short (15 min) walk to the centre, the immediate surrounding area is questionable.

La posizione è in un quartiere degradato e pieno di malavita. La colazione era ripetitiva e molto semplice, principalmente continentale. Non tutto lo staff era sufficientemente cortese.
